Ordered one sweatpant for pickup. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes and I’m the second person waiting here. It’s 8 pm at night. Nobody is busy this time. Pick up close at 10 pm. What’s the hold up?

Usually get what I need at a fair price for the basics. Walmarts app is actually fairly accurate so I rarely need to ask for help from anyone although the staff is always helpful here. I prefer knowing if what I'm looking for is available before I visit. Not many stores have an app that is this accurate.

Went shopping today after work to pick up a few things. After getting to self check out an employee did laps around me several times as I was checking out. I could understand an employee walking by once or twice to see if you need help but after the 4th or 5th time I confronted him asking why he kept circling around me like that. He was beginning to creep me out. He stated it is store policy for them to circle their customers and this is how he gets his steps in. I thought pretty interesting considering I didn't see him do this to any other customers. It felt pretty targeted. After trying to bring up my concern with a manager walking by he said this is normal for employees and store policy. I have shopped here for decades and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, and never experienced anything like this. I for one don't plan on shopping here ever again. I'll take my business elsewhere. Nothing like checking out your own groceries bagging them and spending 350 bucks just to have some creep circling around you several times staring at you during the process.

I absolutely love April Miller. Everytime I am there she helps me out. She is always so kind and she deserves a raise. Each time I'm in I looking for something like the disposable pans that use to be in produce which is now in the kitchen area She goes above and beyond to help me by stopping what she is doing and taking initiative. Thank you April!

Associated by skitzos. Staff is no help. Prices are different in every section. The discount aisle is a joke I ship there because they carry my FAVORITE root beer for. Cheap. Beware of the crowd in the parking lot, some of 'em are strange

Loss prevention must think everyone is a thief. My biggest complaint is I was followed the whole time I was shopping. Made me feel like a dirt bag or like there was something wrong with me.

We did a pick up order, the young man Austin brought the order out to our car, he was very nice extremely polite. We offered him a tip, he declined stating they aren't alowed to take tips and wished us a good night. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Austin

If you want to shop in your pajamas with your dog who is not a service animal, this is the place. Rearrange the layout in a confusing nonsensical fashion and then add insult to injury by having mostly self-check stands so you have to scan your own groceries, bag your own groceries, only to finally have a real human checkpoint Charlie your receipt to keep you honest. No thank you. I only go to sporting goods for fishing and hunting licenses now, and that cash register is hardly ever manned. It could be a lot better. It's like they tolerate EVERYTHING now.

Wallmart carries most things I’m looking for. Cashiers are friendly. The lady that stands at the door to check receipts is very kind. Always smiling😀Fun to people watch!

This is the BEST Walmart I have ever been too. I don't use the self checkout due to I really have a hard time with that chick 😂All the staff is knowledgeable on where the product is, if they don't they have the gadget that can tell them where you can find it.Love 💕 y'all!

To the Walmart employee that was venting to your coworkers about your living situation, I empathize with your situation. My issue was I had to stand there with my family listening to you complain about your terrible home. You have a roof. We have a motel. We have lost everything and standing there listening to you gripe and moan and complain about all the suggestions that your coworkers gave you to help improve your situation aggravated me. We have literally lost everything including 3 family pets. Maybe next you are in a terrible situation in the future you will have to hear someone complain about a mild inconvenience.To Walmart. Do better, train your employees better, this whole situation could have been avoided if the employee had kept his personal life separate from his work life. I do not wish him to be reprimanded by his actions but educated.

I respect that our State passed a law about needing to charge of plastic bags but only having a $0.89 each option when the state law says $0.08 is just robbery (that lost 2 starts).When I politely asked to talk to managment and non where available and the staff person would not wait with me for management lots the other two stars for my visit today.

Wow this isn’t just a one star review for this store but the entire management staff.I went into to return a USB C & A plug because the USB A port was defective (not working). When I got in I was politely directed to customer service. At which point I witnessed the worst customer service ever. I was told I couldn’t return a product that was within the window because the computer said I couldn’t. So I was like that’s ridiculous can I get a manager to get this resolved.Waited maybe 5-10 minutes no big deal. But while I was waiting another customer came up and had to wait too. I felt horrible being the choke point.Then the manager comes up and I just explain I’m trying to do the right thing instead of a charge back on my card. That I would appreciate a refund instead. She looked at me with the deadest, cold eyes I’ve seen from a retail worker. Then she said “you didn’t have to go there I’m gonna do it for you”….. I honestly felt bad for her.None the less it was a poor representation of customer service. A return that should have taken 2 minutes took 15. The treatment of customers is very unimportant to the store and Walmart as whole from my corporate help too.

Stopped in for an oil change. Friendly staff and quick, efficient work. Store is nice, clean and well stocked! Not much locked up like stores in Eugene.

Please do not purchase your phones from Walmart. They do not back up the return policy. We had customer service print us off a receipt. We had missed placed the original. They told us that we needed the original. We talked to Verizon manager and he would do nothing for us. The Walmart manager tried to help us but they could do nothing. So beware of purchasing your phone there. Awful customer service.

I love the new remodel, it feels higher end and this store is always really clean, with convenient check out. We use to not shop at Walmarts because of my husband's family, but we are our own people now. And I gotta say this walmart has had a positive impact on how my husband always viewed walmart. Plus their employees seem happy and that was always our biggest issue with Walmart. The employees use to get under Paid, without benefits. Now it seems walmart pays better then safeways, the employees seem happier, the prices are better, and the 1 stop shopping is so convenient. Here in Shelton it is definitely our best option, but that's OK these days.

Got this coffee creamer yesterday afternoon it was a pick up order too! Swollen enlarged bottle it was about to explode! I like this creamer too disappointed that this happen a refund would be just fine so can try n buy it again because it is very good but obviously the workers just let it sit out unrefrigerated. Not cool.

Many times, things are out of stock, or they do not carry it. My online orders pick-up have had damaged items. Currently, remodeling is being done, and (multiple trips) staff doesn't know where items have been moved to and will have to look up location on their handheld if you ask for help.

Unhelpful and rude staff. I spoke with a 'COACH' (supervisor?) who was even less capable and seemed to care less. The Shelton Walmart Store is the worst Walmart I have visited! I recommend shopping elsewhere!

So I went in at 10pm. I needed tires because I had two flats. They lady at the sporting goods section was AWESOME!!! at first she told me that I might have to come back when the tire center is open and said she would do what she could. She called a manager and went into the dark and closed tire center and brought me 4 brand new tires!! She went above and beyond to help. The us interested of at Wal Mart. Too many times they pass the buck. But not this lady. Then she rung me up at sporting goods. :). Awesome. She deserves a raise because she went all out to make a 400 dollar sale when she could have passed the buck. And to to it all off she made people wait that were in line after me at sporting goods. 20 out of 10 do not recommend! The employees have turned into personal shoppers who don't have time to help people actuallyin the store. They have been out of certain products for months, notified and still out. The fake hand sanitizers in the meat department look hygienic but have never worked. New store look with too many fails! BTW where the heck did you move the soda water to this month?
