Tried using the dog wash. Was confronted by another customer and was told I could not use the wash cause her dog was aggressive. When I went to get an employee to have her leave since her dog was already washed and dried but wouldnt leave the room cause she wanted to brush her dog there for whatever reason. They all stared blankly at what to do. Even though they even admitted aggressive dogs are not allowed in the store.

I always enjoy my shopping experience here. They have a small supply of clothing and boots, a great clearance rack, which I always end up leaving with something 😀 I've always found everything I've gone looking for when it comes to pretty food. Dogs, cats, birds and deer. Have also purchased a really heavy duty wheelbarrow, chicken wire, seeds, plants and garden supplies. They even have munchies and drinks in checkout. Staff is always helpful, friendly and professional.

Maaaan I call looking for a product, this little girl runs one place & then I said oh I'm sorry I meant.... she runs again for me. I walk in & hear her voice" Brittany " as delightful & helpful in person as on the phone. Bailey checked us out, also just a love.. Unsure of the " grumpy" lady's name at the other register BUT the kid in back who loaded me up was also warm & inviting.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE kiddos!

I signed up for the tractor supply credit card for one reason, zero interest if paid in 12 months. I picked up the equipment and shortly after that I was having problems making the first payment online. The store is 3 miles from home so I just went in, they informed me I couldn't make the "in store" payments till the 23rd of that month, so I came back around the 25th and tried again. Nope not able again. My first payment ended being late because I couldn't pay or get any help to pay. Then BOOM massive interest. I just payed the whole fifteen hundred dollars and canceled my account. Tractor supply absolutely lost a costumer! But trust me, TSC doesn't care!

Great customer service and quality goods. I'd of gave them 5 stars but, I did have a somewhat negative experience at my local store. They were 3 minutes late opening because they thought it amusing to see 15 people standing outside waiting to get in. The problem was resolved, but it happened none the less. I'm all for finding things amusing, but when you openly admit that to your customers is a entirely different thing. So for 3 minutes of my time, I deduct 1 star.

I am normally so happy with this store. Laura is amazing! Today my daughter went to the store and noticed a man following her and taking pictures. When she notified the manager she was basically told "that doesn't sound like him, he's here all the time". I called to ask why they didn't offer to walk her to her car or listen to her concerns and was told she didn't have a reason to be scared. My 19yr old daughter was scared and they were unprofessional.

We were able to get a 1100 gallon water storage tank at this location. It was the only one on the Kitsap peninsula that had it available. We were pleasantly surprised by the inventory in the store and it appears much more orientated towards satisfying rural customers then the store we normally visit in Silverdale. Also, they were very helpful in assisting us to secure the tank in our pickup . One of the employees actually gave us a tip telling us to be sure and use ratchet straps to secure our load versus just ropes as he mentioned that the local law enforcement might have had a problem with us relying on rope only to secure the load. They had a very reasonable price on ratchet straps and we got an additional discount after purchasing them on our combined purchase. I would highly recommend visiting this location if you have any needs around your farm or even residents. Their selection goes way beyond the normal yard and field needs

Constantly out of the products I need. Then tells me they have something else, so I’ll try that. Go up to the front and now magically they are out. So feed up with a feed store in a country area not providing the products that are actually needed. If you see an item is being bought more then others, then you order more. That’s how supply and demand work. Then when you ask the cashier to figure out what’s going on she gives you attitude. Don’t be rude to me because you and your coworkers don’t know what you’re doing. I WILL NOT be returning to this store. I will drive an hour up to oly instead.

My very first visit was a few days ago and I couldn't have been more happy with the building, the prices nor the customer service. The staff was great, the store was clean, the other patrons said hello and we passed by each other. I felt I was in another world. I went in looking for superior quality waterproof work boots and they had a great selection and 1/2 sizes and Widea available. It was perfect. Thank you Tractor Supply ... keep up the great work.

This store is massively disorganized and there is a serious lack of customer service. Other reviews claiming this store has good customer service must be smoking the really good stuff. The shelves consistently look like black Friday shelves or the day after Christmas year 'round. The customer service manager literally runs from you or sighs heavily as if she just can't even the whole time she is "helping" you. Other associates that are young seem to be trying to help but seriously lack guidance.

Hard working and helpful staff. Barn supplies are frequently wet and damaged. Barn supplies are frequently out of stock. For example straw bales are wet and moldly, hay is inconsistent quality, you never know what to expect.

Upon entering the store there were four massive, aggressive dogs inside. One being a Rottweiler that was as big as the cash stand and started barking ferociously and snarling at another large dog. This is extremely unsafe for customers. Shouldn't have to worry about getting caught in a dog fight in a store. Sign outside said vet clinic on Sunday. It's friday. Don't know if it was on the wrong day or if people are that senseless, and It's obvious the employees didn't care. Was planning to buy a trailer and some fencing but will go elsewhere and never go back here.

I took my dog there to use the dog wash station. The staff was welcoming and helpful to show me the room and explain all the items that were available to me to use to care for my dog. The wash room was clean and well stocked with every item needed to properly groom a dog. The staff made me and my dog feel welcome. The cashier even gave my dog a treat as I checked out. I will definitely be a returning customer!

This place has pretty decent stuff all around. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Whether it be basic farm tools, all the way up to more industrial equipment, you can find a lot of what you need here. They always have new seasonal items, so if you're gardening in the summer, or getting big, heavy jackets in the winter, this is always a good place to check first.

Updated from original review a year ago:This tractor supply has slid in customer service and cleanliness over the last year.The store presents as an "organized mess"The dog grooming stations are often very messy, falling apart, and not well kept or stocked.The newer staff seems very inexperienced, and not very knowledgeable.[Some here really need to acknowledge their personal hygiene, as some are extremely strong in their body oder.]The weekend pet clinc here, too, has really become something of a mess. Having pet owners wind in and out of the clothing section, with many animals relieving themselves from their anxiety around and very near to the clothing. [ Another reason I've stopped buying clothing from this store, I'd rather not have my items sprayed by dog pee.]This store, in particular, always seems to have a hiring sign out front, yet from many friends, we have heard they never hear back even after Inquiring, that their phone calls are allowed to go to an automated messenger.[ so we put this to the test, sad to say what we had been told is true. This manager is very unprofessional in this manner, leaving a hiring sign up to collect resumes in a small town like shelton is unprofessional when there are many high-schoolers and others looking for employment locally.]I think this particular store is slipping in part due to poor management.Unfortunately, I've felt the need to bring what business I used to bring to this location to other stores and suppliers.Which is a shame as this store was conveniently close to me.

Stores are suppose to help customers. An old man needed a price check on an item he was purchasing. Neither the cashier or this other worker near by assembling a cardboard display would help him even after i pointed out that it simply takes walking back there and checking. This all happened after the guy in front of me and I gave each other looks because the cashier had to talk to the guy in front of him for 15 minutes. She said she's new, but don't they train these people in customer service? I will go to the port orchard store from now on.

I have shopped at several Tractor Supply stores throughout the US and I usually have a great experience. The Shelton store seems to have supply problems. I go there and I often cannot find what I came there for. The staff has been rude and curt when I ask for help on many occasions. After my last experience there on Wednesday I will not be returning. I hope management or corporate can get to the bottom of the problems here in Shelton. This store is needed and if property managed could be an asset to the community.

Nice open layout, which makes for easy shopping. Parking lot is always impeccably clean, customer service is quick and knowledgeable. What a great addition to our town.
