Wouldn't accept coupon, staff wouldn't help at all.when I let them know I had coupons before ringing up when ordering. First they tell me the $15 sandwich can't have coupons applied, then when I give them the other for other sandwiches they say "it has to be on the app" when I said it was on the app then they said we'll if you don't have a qr code then you can't have a discount. Ridiculous. You would think they would lift a finger on a $65 order. Won't be returning.

Learn how to multitask. Learn how to actually work. That's all I can say. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes (nobody else in line ahead of me) and all they could say is "sorry we're busy with lobby and online orders". Now we won't be coming back because this place is a joke. It's run by Shelton tweakers that just get high in-between orders.

I was sad to find out they don't do the chopped salad anymore. When I walked in you could see there were three workers and one in the back I wasn't acknowledged not event say I will benw u in a min. You could see one if them were being trained because he didn't know what she was doing. But I stood there a long time before I asked if they still made salads . I felt like I was a burden and felt word about asking

First and foremost: this is a 5star Subway, not a 5star gourmet restaurant. Don't get your hopes too high.Second. The crew were great. I had to insist that they finish their smoke break, cause this dude was ready to put out a freshly lit cigarette when I pulled up. Fresh lit, and he was ready to throw it away for a stranger.Third, I'm that a**hole customer who wants their sandwich made *extra* special. And this guy not only had no complaints, but seemed genuinely interested in finding out what I was looking for and getting it right. Which he did.I always appreciate the team here, but today it seemed especially noteworthy. The only complaint I have is that those veggie patties aren't on the menu anymore, but I am a dirty hippy, so you can take that complaint with a grain of salt.?

We just stopped by at 8:30pm to order 5 sandwich. They close at 9. As soon as I informed the girl we had 5 sandwiches she completely ignored us. We drove up to the window her headset was taken off and set on the counter. We pulled up front to get the owners number but then saw her walk to the back window so we pulled back to the drive thru. Again she asked if she could help us I told her we had 5 sandwiches and she ignored us again. I'm not into playing games. Extremely rude and would love to get in contact with the owners

Every person who we order from has been very respectful and friendly. They also make a great sandwich or whatever you order. I know it's subway, but believe me, I have been to others where you can tell they didn't care but not this one. The workers do a great job to make sure whatever you order is right on.....

Love subway anyway but being recognized & welcomed walking in the door was an added bonus. Opening at 8 am is really nice being a night shift worker...looking for dinner in the morning.

I have never been to a drive thru subway!! It was awesome and just as fast as if I went inside:) also, this is the best subway sandwich I've ever had, literally perfectly made. The lovely women who helped me had brown hair and was such a sweetie. Thank yall!!

Tammy is so awesome, I've lived all around the United States and a frequent to Subway, her customer service skills are awesome!! I come in for my regular and I just seen her deal with a line ahead of me with 3 families with multiple children and continued the orders and made all of them quality sandwiches, The perfect bell is rung every time because I am very satisfied as well as appetite :-),

Standard sandwich shop,carefully measured ingredients, and customary sub sandwich construction. The bread size stays the same only the insides shrink. The quality of those ingredients is good but limited. The expected uniformity of offerings is alive and well but the end product is pricy and under-whelming.

staff is friendly & polite, yet often kinda harried & pressed for time. management seems to consistently understaff. got the latest sandwich home & the veggies were scattered in the wrapper, bread kinda sidewise. ... probly won't patronize again ?:-\

Everytime I get a sandwich there it is always really good. The employee's working are always very nice with a smile. Best Subway sandwiches I have ever gotten.

Weird that it has a drive through you never see that (slow drive through service) to be expected i mean it is a subwayBut overall the sandwich was yummy ! And made to order !Staff was friendly polite and clean!9/10

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to be told that I had to wait for the next drive thru customer to be done with their order. I went inside to complain and was told to wait. Will never return to this branch.

First time visiting this location. Bread was burnt, vegetables were not fresh and double meat was not worth the additional money. Staff was nice and the wait was short.

We eat here a ton. Most of the time its great, the last couple times I've gotten old bread and it hasn't been awesome. Customer service is usually great.
