I went on a 16 day trip and left my dog and cat here. During my trip I called and asked about them, and the owner was eager to tell me how they each were doing. Picking them up and finding the location was a breeze. My pets looked happy and healthy when I got there. The price was right and they seem like they were well taken care of. We are all happy customers and I would bring them back anytime I need to.

I dropped off my German Shepherd and Great Dane for boarding, they were completely unprofessional and instead of putting my dogs into a kennel they put them in a laundry room with a doggie door that my Great Dane didn’t even fit thru. They ended up calling me less than an hour later and told me to come pick up my dogs and that they couldn’t watch them. I arrived to get them and my German Shepherd had a cyst on her head that was now busted like she had been hit in the head. If you can’t handle a dog then say something, especially when I was flying out of the state for a week and this boarding kennel left me hanging trying to find care for my dogs 5 hours before a flight. Don’t expect good care for your dogs here. Run far far away from this unprofessional place!

Wanted to board my dog for the weekend,had to leave early Saturday morning....8am. Was told they couldn't help me because they don't open until 9am....The only alternative was boarding my dog for another day. Seems pretty inflexable.The lady seemed nice when I could actually get to talk to her on the phone..she seemed to be gone or away from the office on the few times that I tried to talk to her.Price seems more than fair,but I wonder at the quality of care on the weekends due to the reluctance to be open on Saturdays. To be fair,I never boarded my dog here but nor would I want to given the circumstances. Can't honestly recommend this business for anyone that needs to board their pet on a weekend.

Thankfully hubby knew them from using their taxi. They took care od the dogs as it was our 1st time dropping them off for 2 wks to go out of country surgery. The dogs were soo happy to be be home. Was thankful for them and they were also most affordable.

Caring and helpful folks who love animals and take good care of them. We have taken our dog there for years whenever we need to travel. He likes it there and never hesitates to go in.
