Their gas station is 40 cents cheaper than the Chevron down the street. Go here instead. Staff were pretty helpful.They need bigger washrooms. A stall and a urinal just seems... a bit cramped.

Sunday April 1, 2024The white man at the deli section wouldn't acknowledge me. I was the only customer but he was doing something else. I stood for a good 5 minute before leaving.

Good place to shop at just wish. They had the clothes section like other Fred Meyer's do. Tracy at the gas station is an amazing employee, very polite, very helpful she deserves a raise. This is a great example of amazing customer service!!

Always love this store. Great selection. Friendly staff. Well stocked. Never have enough shelves. Excellent deli products. Always can find a good variety of meatless options. Cheek out can have some pretty lengthy lines, that may just be at the times I tend to go, but they move pretty quickly. Checkers and baggers are always very friendly while still providing fast service.

Today about 3pm Sunday 10/08 We had wonderful service from our cashier Barbara and (maybe) the front end manager. I didn't catch her name. They stopped and took care of me and it was so nice and made my whole day. Thank you ladies! I appreciate you both so much!

This Fred Meyer always provides excellent service, a large selection, and a much nicer shopping atmosphere than any other grocery store in Shelton. It is always my first choice in grocery shopping. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantastic service and a very clean place to shop.

I like the store overall but it bothers me that the restrooms are so filthy and smelly and that the people preparing the food at the deli are using the same terribly unkept bathrooms makes me about the healthiness of their food

The girl in the seafood department was just awful! She was rude, distracted (high i think) and got the wrong items multiple times! I found out later she lied to me about what they had in stock so I missed out on the sale. Department generally filthy plus literal algae growing in seafood case i told the work but she said “its not my responsibility”. Honestly disgusting!!!

Lines at times can be silly AF, deli rarely has adequate staffing, the bathrooms are consistently dirty -- all of which has zero to do with the employees and all to do with the store owner and management.It's a great store with loads of variety, great sales, fresh produce and an excellent sushi selection.

Worst Fred Meyer I have been in! Staff was moving in slow motion. Huge lines, like forty minute waits to checkout! Cashier was just slowly moving without a care in the world. Several employees shopping for customers were in the way and not polite. Pretty bad customer service all around.

This Fred Meyer is predominately a grocery store. If you use their app, the prices are reasonable . They arealways busy so the must be doing something right.

The sushi recently took a huge dive in quality. Overall this store has a highly commercial selection with only items that move large amounts. Smaller selling and more interesting items are tested and dropped regularly. Dont get attached to anything, especially in the freezer section. It will be removed forever after two weeks of 'low', sales.Anyway, the only things this store has that walmart doesnt (and for less money), are the organic section, and the fresh deli section, such as their nicely made hot soups and sandwiches. Those are good things I like about this store. Otherwise? Lack-luster and too commercially minded.It is the only place ive ever seen this particular Formaggio. If they ever drop this Formaggio from the organic section, it will break my spirit and I will never come back.

People don’t wear mask. They socialize and hug each other. They don't give anyone else including me any social distancing. They kept shopping around casually endangering the lives of others. The employees and managers don't care.

This is not quite your typical Fred Meyer because it’s not near as big as Mostar, but it does have quite a good selection in this location.The store is a little bit worse for wear and you can tell it’s an older store and I think it would be helpful for them to remodel it but there’s nothing bad about it .

My 83 year old mother in law was humiliated at the check stand when they refused to allow her to purchase a bottle of wine. Her WA State ID had expired 10 days prior on her birthday. She can no longer drive, reliant on others to take her to the DMV. The lady at checkout was loud and rude. Shameful.

Middle-aged Neanderthal type women running self-checkout constantly grabbing your stuff, pushing your cart, blocking access to the pinpads to pay and then barking at you when you try to leave their miserable area as quickly as possible. If I wanted to be subjected to your awful customer service I would have picked a regular line.

The store is always clean and bright. The cashiers are welcoming and friendly. The bulk foods and natural food selection are tidy, easy to find and they carry everything for health. The produce is never shy of the best.I give these folks a thumbs up.Thank you all so very much.

They'd get 5 stars if they'd resolve bottleneck at the check stands. Lines are always backed up into the isles. Some genius needs to discover supply & demand. Too much demand for the check outs...? Probably should increase supply, eh?

It's my favorite grocery store. The Shelton Fred Meyer is very clean and welcoming. Their produce dept is colorful and fresh. The shelves are organized. The meat dept always looks good, and I've never had a problem with any meat I've bought there. The employees are friendly and helpful. There is always an employee standing up front, if you have a question. I have never had to stand in line at the checkout, they always have an abundance of checkers on hand. I love our Shelton Fred Meyer.
