These guys and girls are hands down the best budtenders in town-- knowledgeable, friendly, polite and courteous. Cam and crew will take care of all your cannabis needs and at a much better price than the other dispensaries in town. I come here for carts and flower and both are always top notch. ABSOLUTELY EPIC CANNABIS SHOP!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! Staff were SUPREMELY helpful and cool. THEIR PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY BEST IN A 25 MILE RADIUS, AND IF THEY AREN'T THEY PRICE MATCH!!! Was always treated with the UTMOST respect and DEFINITELY didn't feel like I was being rushed. I consider myself a connoisseur and like to try ALL KINDS of dabs so I like to make sure I'm gonna be happy with what I got, so it takes me a little longer than the average customer. Floyd's in Shelton is DEFINITELY the place to go. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Product overload, the display cases are so full its overwhelming. It's impossible to see where one thing begins or ends. When asked what you have in sertain strains the employee couldn't even find anything and ended up recommending something else that doesn't even match the price. Recommend cleaning up the store and not store everything on the floor behind the counter so you can rummage through it. And not find what I asked for... 😒

Two stars for the nice ones on the staff.I had truly liked this shop -- until tonight. I sure wish I could remember the name of the young man who ensured that I will never, ever go back there -- and, if asked about why, I will be truthful. Because it sure seemed to me tonight that hate is served there, too.I came in on a good note, having picked up some garbage from the parking lot -- this same young man clearly initially bore me no hostility because he looked surprised and appreciative. That would soon change.Like many of us, I'm really upset over the events in Israel on October 7. I'm Jewish, and said so -- I'm not ashamed of it -- and despite the surprising number of people who think I have no right to be upset over it, still, I am. I am also grieving for the innocent Palestinians and I made that clear.Suddenly that friendliness was gone. He started by quizzing me with what sure seemed like overt hostility over my computer knowledge -- baiting me, trying to prove that I didn't actually know what I was talking about. I had trouble getting money from the ATM -- he was clear that had to be my fault (it wasn't. It was the machine). Then I was talking to the guy who was actually trying to help me when this same young man came up and coldly told me that it was a dispensary, not a place for politics. I replied that it was genocide, not politics, at which point he informed me that his people had experienced genocide as well.He then essentiallty told me to shut up or he would tell me to leave. Alrighty then. I get it. It's not like I haven't seen it before -- no empathy for another people who suffered genocide, too. But then, I've noticed that often the only people who seem to grieve for the Holocaust are other Jews. The world grieves for other people but Jews apparently don't qualify. Right. Got it.Here's the irony -- had he been civil and just said, "Hey, that's not energy we want in here. I hear you, but can you leave that for another time?" I would've responded with a shrug, an apology and I would have left off it. As it was, despite him not overtly saying anything specifically antisemitic, that's absolutely the impression I got.I have terrible insomnia and I spend a fair amount on my "sleepy meds." Over the years, I would have given them considerable business and up until tonight, would have steered people their way. As it is now, I will never, ever set foot in that store again. I don't need any more hate than I already get, especially now.

Floyds was our favorite shop. But when you try to speak to a manager or owner they will never get back to you. Odd.. Caleb yelled at me on the phone today which was the final straw,, and then hung up on me when expressing a need. It's gotten run down with young kids who care more about their tips than customer service or the community rather. I've been asking to speak to Rick the owner for over 2 years. I was told he is "too rich and too picky" in regards to community partnerships. Baffled.

It's pretty good.. selection good... prices okay... atm is sometimes down.. no signal there either it seems.. they have a knowledgeable staff and online ordering. UPDATE: I have to take away a star... Terrible underqualified new worker , with a an attitude.. makes me want me to find a new place to spend my money.. very irritated.

No one acknowledged I even came in...there were 3 people besides me no one even acknowledged I existed I even had an online order so it would've been simple...but I walked out...my money is good everywhere but I will not be returning after this. After being a pretty loyal customer for two years...TRAIN YOUR NEW KIDS BETTER. IT SHOULDNT BE A POPULARITY CONTEST...maybe hire some over 30's that have actual retail experience 🤷‍♀️

Long and short, I had an unsolvable issue the manager solved. This shop has great bud tenders was fantastic taste and great knowledge. I'm happy to know that a shop like this exist still. You can tell how much How much staff appreciates their customers by how they treat their own shop. I will be back over and over. Thank you again for fantastic customer service and dedication in an industry where both these qualities are lacking from most shops.

Hands down best place for discounted cannabis in Shelton! Went in for the first time a few weeks ago, and Carlie was a major help. Not only did she kindly explain the products she recommended to me, but she also informed me on their weekly deals that I definitely wouldn't pass up. I'm more of a flower guy, but they have specific deals for oils, edibles, and more if you swing by!

I love this store!All the bud tenders and managers are on top of it. They all are very knowledgeable and are so friendly. They have so many new products and farms there and are offering 30% off the entire store!! What could be better!?This is the only shop In town I’ll go to now! Order online or do curbside to stay safe!If you haven’t seen the inside yet, please do it’s gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed in their glass selection either!
