Tim is awesome! His inspection was meticulous and very easy to follow with attached images/descriptions pointing out exactly what was going on with the house. In his information, he even noted what should be done about certain things he found and/or had recommendations about what should be done moving forward.He was also great with my family while he performed his inspection. My dog is very skittish and he had no problem handing her treats to keep her comfortable with a 'stranger' in the house. He was very kind and treated my son/mother-in-law with friendly enthusiasm.Overall, I was completely satisfied with our services and I can't recommend All Islands Home Inspections enough!
