I went in today to purchase a laptop, I had them get me the one on display. The Associate scanned it and it was $200.00 more than the price listed. I asked why, he said; " the one showing the price is not the one on sale". I said, that seems like a bait and switch to me ? He got his manager. Boy, this women was a real treat to deal with. I repeated what I asked the clerk and she said it was a 3rd party that does that. I said, "you're still responsible for what they do", she says, "oh, one of those- you can leave now". I said, 'what?", I SAID LEAVE NOW, I'M NOT GOING TO LET AN ADULT STAND HERE AND HUMILITATE ME". At that time everyone stopped. I said "I'm not, but give me 5 min" ! I went and got the acting store manager (Jim) and he was very understanding and it's shows why he's in charge. As we arrived. I saw her with about 5 Associates complaining and pointing at me. When Jim handled it and he gave me the advertised price she threw a fit. I left a little embarrassed by all the attention she was causing. I had a set of tires I was also going to purchase, but I left never to return. How she is a manager is beyond me !

Walmart is walmart. It's usually busy and the store is pretty clean I've been there a number of times. But they implement all these changes I don't know about them because I haven't been there in a while only when I go with friends but sometimes it's just easier for me to order things online.

I went and got a 74 cent reusable bag and imidiatly bought it at self check out. Was told that I was stealing by checker as my receipt printed out with bag purchase on it. Will not shop there again. Very disrespectful. Had another employee verify purchase on the way out.

Went to photo department to download some photos. Their machines are very hard to use if you get to use them at all. No help at all from the associates. They stand at the corner of their cabinet and talk to other customers who just happened to pop up while I sit there for thirty minutes. Tried to do the point to transfer. It doesn't allow me to get my photos and come back and actually transfer. It shuts off and makes me start again. They offered no chord to plug into their usb. I've been there twice already with the same reaction and result.

They shut down self-checkout. Clerks say they are losing "millions." In the news yesterday, government fines Walmart millions for ripping off customers. Big Box is reaching the expiration date.

I go in here every day so often in fact the employees don't ID me for Alcohol they know me that well and yet a certain woman manager who I wont name(works mornings) keeps racially profiling me and harassing me, I no longer shop here and instead give my thousands of dollars monthly to QFC , I mean hey Quality is not in the walmart name right.

They’re selling sour milk. I was wandering through the store couple evenings ago they had three pallets of dairy products out there waiting to be stocked. how long did those pallets stay there. Got to use a little common sense when working with dairy

It's a great Walmart for our little town.It's a Supercenters so it has both groceries along with the typical Walmart departments electronics sporting goods beauty supplies ETC. If anything that they lack is any consistency with whomever their vendor is stocking sports collectors cards for there's no baseball basketball football cards which is kind of a letdown especially with the rising popularity in the past couple years, other than that great store.

Poor checker! Tried everything but the register wouldn't read my check!!! Thankfully I had a credit card, which I didn't want to use!! Nile, the cashier was so nice and apologetic! I stopped at customer service on my way out to tell them what happened. Their resonse: sorry about that. We've been having trouble with that! What if I didn't have a credit card!! Plus no more bags but buy one!!! Obnoxious!

This is one of the best Walmarts I’ve been to. I’m not from Sequim, but residing temporarily and come here often. Usually the staff are good and helpful. Only big downside for me is their card readers don’t take tap or Apple Pay. This company is worth almost a half trillion dollars. They should get better pay options.

As a customer, 2 stars. Nearly impossible to get assistance when required, employees rarely have keys on them, and are rarely at their posts. Even when they "look for help", on many occasions they either dont return or return with news that they cant find help. I've had to wait hours on about 5 occasions just to get into glass cases, etc. Customer service is high quality, and kind. 90% of the front service staff are high quality and kind. A specific manager (not naming them) is impatient and rude. Most of the employees are helpful and kind. The store manager is excellent and I highly approve of him. As of employee resources for assisting customers, and staff quantity, its minimal. Having shopped there Hundreds of times I feel this review shouldn't be taken lightly. Staff turnover rate is absurd, and for good reason.As an employee, I would rate it 3 stars. Not being given proper resources to assist customers makes the job 20x more stressful, and being thrown between several departments virtually every day didnt help. Neither did specific management. (Note: I no longer work there) I'd take a job that pays HALF and be 10x happier. All due respect, the store needs major improvements. The shelves are often disorganized and not well kept. Although, I do have great appreciation for the majority of employees and the store manager, they have always been good to me and deserve a genuine kudos. Anybody who puts up with such strenuous work consistently deserves props.To clarify further, I genuinely respect the store manager. I've spoken with him about situations on several occasions and he's always been helpful. I was also granted leave for about two months for mental health! I was treated well by a majority of staff, and given any time and days off I required, for whatever reason. I truly worked my hardest and appreciate all the support given during my journey at Walmart. I'm not being critical out of spite, I'm genuinely concerned for the mental health of the staff and wish every individual who works there well. Stay safe out there, and keep your heads straight. So upon going to Wal-Mart tonight after I got off work (mind you I stop there before I go home on a daily). I was walking through the outdoors section and saw this. Since it was priced at this unbelievable price, I went ahead a snapped a photo of it to show to the workers during check-out... It actually rang up as $30 so of course I pulled my phone out and showed the worker the photo I snapped of this particular item which if I'm not mistaken, they USED to honor those kinds of things but apparently not anymore... Instead the worker that I had showed the picture to, went over to a female employee at that time and told her about the predicament and I clear as day heard her tell the male employee that he should probably inform a manager and that I (the customer) probably just swapped the tags out... I am appalled by that statement that the female employee said and quite offended by her judgment of character... I also want to add in the fact that just the other day I had gotten some cream cheese brownies and there were plastic shards all over the tops of them and the plastic packaging was not broken in any way possible, I found that out upon my first bite into one when it had stabbed me in my gums... Good going walmart, I could sue you for the fact that I got injured in my mouth from one of your brownies after biting into one, unknowing of the shards of clear plastic that were all over the tops of them... I am never shopping at the Sequim Walmart again...

This morning at 7am (senior time), I was the first to do the brand new grocery pickup at the Sequim Walmart. It was absolutely perfect! Big kudos to their staff! I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes. They built a new section of parking back by the loading dock for pickup. Couldn't be easier. Used the Walmart app for about 3 days creating an order and adding things each day. Place your order on the app, click check-in from the email they send, keep your windows up, open the hatch. The app knew my location and estimated my drive time to get there. They load the groceries and check my ID for alcohol through a closed window. They gave me a cool goody bag, maybe because it's the first day. Now I can shop even faster than the old days and stay safe and healthy. Support your local Walmart!

All I have to say is please never apply at this god forsaken place. I worked there for little over 9 months before I had enough. The managers, Tina, Brianna, Lindsey, are extremely rude, and actually straight up mean, to both employees and customers. I’ve been yelled at very loudly by Brianna and Lindsey that I “suck” at my job. Coach and manager Mark tried refusing to give me my paycheck more than one time until I threatened court. It’s honestly shocking how bad it is, multiple of my coworkers quit before me but I needed the money and had no other options. Working there drove me into a very bad mental state from the constant bullying and degrading from my team managers.Other times I would be simply doing my job and putting items back on shelves and Tina would follow me around the store and peek at me from around the isles and if I even looked the wrong way for half a second she would yell to get back to work and stop wasting everyone’s time. I wish I was lying when I say all of this but I’m not.There were multiple times where I would ask for PTO because I had saved up enough and they would refuse to let me because I was a minor and was therefore in Lindsey’s words “not important enough”. They also tired firing me for “skipping work” when I got stuck in Port Angeles traffic during a power outage and was incapable of making it in time for my shift.Coaches would stand and have conversations ignoring customers asking for help and would make me leave my register to go help other people. I got in trouble and yelled at and they threatened to fire me when I tried to help clean up and alcohol spill on the ground by wiping it up with cleaning supplies because I wasn’t “qualified” to touch alcohol even though i was just trying to get it out of the way so someone wouldn’t slip on it. I finally got around to writing this review after a year of working elsewhere but I strongly advise anyone and everyone to not waste your time applying at a store that doesn’t care about your well-being.

Smaller than other Supercenter, but you I found the things that I needed. Associates are mostly friendly. We went there at 8pm, and there were only a few customers shopping. Perfect timing. Sequim is quiet at night. There was was even a police patrol roaming around the Walmart parking lot. We felt safe.

Always great values, nice employees and clean store. Lots of seasonal specials. They carry all my favorite items. Lots of "in season" items. Their reusable shopping bags are a bargain. The self checkout is our favorite.

Alot of missing items. No help or friendly employees till you get to the lone cashier.Sometimes it's nice to have someone wait on me as my business helps these people have a job.Prices are ridiculous. But, other than Costco, we go to Walmart. Do spend more money at Costco nowadays.

First time I had been in this walmart. I purchased 3 items - select tech dumbell, plastic measuring cup set of 3, and a funnel set. I went thru the self check out and scanned each item and was about to pay when the lady standing there comes over and says sir you didn't scan all of your items. She reached into my cart and pulled out the measuring cup set, then said never mind and tossed them back into my cart. I finished paying took my receipt and turned around to head out when there is another walmart employee standing literally right behind me and wanted to see me receipt. Made me upset that someone was almost accusing me of not paying for some items. THEY COME AS A SET. THAT MEANS THERE IS MORE THAN ONE. AND ON ANOTHER NOT THEY Are HELD TOGETHER WITH A ZIP TIE. ONE TaG FOR ALL ITEMS IN THE SET. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT STORE AGAIN. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE and embarrassed 😕.

I wish I could afford to give more of my money to small businesses, so I always feel guilty shopping here anyway. Now, they almost never have staffed cashiers, expecting us to check ourselves out. Okay, irritating, but I'll do it. My budget Demands I do it. BUT, then you add a door guard, who doesn't distinguish whether I self checked out, or used the almost legendary checker, and am accosted at the door. Less and less desirable to shop here.

A clean Walmart that is not super huge but has a good selection of items. Staff is generally very helpful and friendly and will walk with you to aisles to help you find something. This Walmart has a deli and bakery area that is well staffed and stocked. They also have a great indoor plant selection.Self checkout area, clean bathrooms, and a drive up and go.
