Anna helped me order new blinds today, and it was the most amazing customer service that I have ever received anywhere. I didn't even notice her as I walked around lost. She asked if she could help me find something. She lead me to the blinds section where she measured my current blind that I brought in and happily offered to cut the new one down to size. I was concerned that the one she had in store wasn't an exact match, and so she recommended that we order on Home Depot's website for the exact one which is what she did for me. I am so impressed by her customer service that I had to post this. Thanks Anna! You're awesome!!

I am attempting to have new blinds. The closest Home Depot to me is an hour away in Sequim. My first trip there was great had an associate take my measurements and cut the blinds to size. Got home installed no problem. I had 12 more windows to go. I can only afford to buy 3 at a time when I get paid. My next trip a different associate helped me. Got home he did not cut them to size. So do I make the 2 hour round trip? I called the manager. She said she would make it right. After all 2 hours of driving is about $60 in gas in my truck. I went back had them recut got home and they fit. Payday came I went out and bought 3 more blind and unfortunately the only associate was the guy who cut the last ones wrong. I wrote down the measurements he cut them got home and they were the wrong size again. I take it this Home Depot management team doesn't believe in remedial training.

I ordered a chandelier online and two of the glass shades arrived broken. Unfortunately the electrician had already installed the unit and I had no way of returning the whole thing. Anna and Shawn were extremely helpful in figuring out a way to replace the glass without having to un-install the light fixture. Thank you for all your help!

I found what I needed quickly, despite the immense floor-space and the prices were reasonable. It would be nice if they had a check-out counter at both ends (east and west) of the store.

Don’t pay for dishwasher installation, installer are not skilled, got them 2 times to fix a problem with my new dishwasher, I was not able to use it for 2 month, Home Depot just we send installer back wait 3 weeks …… finally called Samsung got scheduled quick and the problem a kinked hose, installer from Home Depot was not able to figure that out, great on delivery but rest forget it

When in another city it's kinda fun to check out establishments you frequent regularly while home. Needless to say, in general this store was pretty much like the Aurora Village store, employees were helpful and as usual found more than I needed! Hi Mike Perry!!

A saving grace in a small town! Each time we interact with staff they are helpful and want to resolve your problems. The “Pro” they recommended to us for an install job was top notch and got back to us quickly and job was completed in a couple of days.

Very helpful customer service, seems as though each individual has there own specialty section which they know quite well. Plus if they didn't know they send you to the right person that does. If I think about it, I have always found whatever it was I set out to purchase. And at a reasonably good price. With all the purchase options available I'm glad there are folks that know how to help at Home Depot.Set out to find M2 hardware that I needed to finish building my FPV drone. Could have ordered from a FPV site online. Yet I needed my hardware now an did Not want to wait 3-5 days. At the same time I was also able to pick up M3 washers.

We just bought our second washing machine from here. The associate in the appliance department was great. He was very knowledgeable and he actually knew the answers to our questions! He didn't have to find someone else to help us. He even knew right away when it could be delivered. Kevin was very nice and knowledgeable.

Not enough can be said about what a great wonderful place Home Depot is. I have been a contractor for years and they've always been there to help me whenever necessary. The thing that I have liked about them is that management is always available and are a great help to with your needs. As with all good businesses the employees are certainly well trained and appreciative of the job they have and very welcome to help you and realize that you being there is why they're there. I've been there from the day it opened and with the use of their products every modeled an apartment and several houses. They have always been there and eager to help in any way they can. I have made many lasting friendships with the employees that are there. I have seen many come in as new employees and as the years have come and gone they are managers of different departments and very knowledgeable of the products that are necessary in our industry Thank You Home Depot.

Home Depot cool love it there. It's too bad that people like to steal from there because now it's very difficult to return something if you've lost the receipt other than that great place to shop. Experiences everybody's very helpful
