Possibly the best customer service I ever have had. My combination cable bike lock got jammed and nothing was working. Desperate to get my bike off my car I went in to the Co-OP to get cable cutters. In steps store associate, Renee. They had some cable cutters in the store and believed in "helping people." She got them and went out to my car to start cutting the tenacious cable. Another associate, wish I had gotten his name, came out too. After two sets of cutters and finally a hacksaw plus a bit of sweat n muscled he got thru the cable. I so appreciate them both not just for liberating my bike, but for being so kind.

I have never had a good experience here. I never get asked if I need help and if I ask for help all i get is deep breaths bad posture and a slow finger point to what I need. Maybe you all should get younger staff with a upbeat attitude and something called customer service. Coastal is my go to and and you only got one star because i had to put something but I don't mean it at all

The Co-op in Sequim has the best and most helpful staff, especially their salesman, Kevin, who has helped me work with their products that sometimes have problems. He takes the time and knowledge to make things work out and finds solutions to repair tools and items that there is no service anywhere who will fix them. I highly recommend the entire staff for being far more patient and knowledgeable than any other hardware or building supply in this area. It's comforting to know that you can get real service at the Co-op when you go there, even for the smallest item. If it's important to you, then it's important to them. A 10% discount is offered to seniors on friday for most items, depending on the item purchased. All coop members get a 3 % discount on purchases every day.

Love the hardware selection, you can buy what you need. They have bulk nuts,bolts,screws and washers. Not always the cheapest option but good service and selection for farm and home.
