I wanted to call out the great job that Jodi did! I needed to find certain products and put together a fun gift pack for a friend that has been sick. Jodi buzzed me around the store and I got everything I needed as well as some other fun things I didn't know exist. Who knew I could find great gifts in the Co-op. Jodi is an asset - great customer service and personality!

Growing up this was in the old grain tower. Not sure when it moved to it's present location. I always find what I need, and the customer service is excellent.

No waiting and very fast and efficient with propane fill up. Have a lot of specialty foods and things inside, but can be a little pricey.

Can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me with my propane tank but he is awesome.

Membership has it's benefits, charged a bale of peat moss and some seeds. They will have spring chickens for sale pretty soon. The bulletin board in the loading dock is available for personal local farm sales. Check out my variegated hellebores

I do like this place and the customer service is great, however I just learned the baby chick's they are selling get shipped in packages and some of them die along the way.Not only are the chick's taken from their mothers, but how horrible the suffering they endure being crammed in packages. Please stop doing this!!

The Co-op has many of the hard to find items you need to finish a job. Plus, the employees are helpful and really know what they are talking about. Prices are higher than the big box stores.UPDATEI was at the co-op 10/3/23 pricing a piece of equipment. I was shocked when the price was $400 less than the next closest price from 3 different competitors. Plus the individual who sells it also services it. I am going back today to spend $600 instead of $1,000. That's why I gave them 5 stars!

It’s a great place if you enjoy being treated like THEY are doing YOU a favor. It’s the “farm store” that has an notable selection of, their specialty…greeting cards. Same stuff as available elsewhere but more expensive

I stopped here to get my propane tank refilled as so far it's the only place in Sequim I've found that will fill your own tank instead of swapping tanks out.I had the opportunity to browse the rest of the CO-OP and really love the place! It's really awesome!

Love to go in there. They have a big assortment of everything from a tiny screw to a summer hat. They are always friendly and helpful.

I like this store. Somethings are priced a tad high but it is the last store of its' kind. You need help in nuts and bolts, hardware? Someone will be there to help. And speaking of nuts, bolts, screws.....wow tons of them, in bins so you can get what you need, NOT 400 of them. Gifts, toys, pets, bird feed, horse feed etc. Don't forget to check with these guys first.

Since moving to Sequim I've put my money into local businesses. I was spending thousands a year at The Co-op, but no longer!I picked up the fencing panels this week that I had ordered, but after unloading at home had found one of the panels had manufacturer's damage. I brought the panel back after talking to customer service to get an exchange, but they didn't have the same panel, even though I was assured they did. What they did have was one and only one of the next grade of panel with an extra support bar.Instead of making the exchange for good will because I was spending thousands a year I was charged the difference. Never mind I already had nearly $1000 into the fencing I was charged the extra fee of $30 for the panel. I was told that I could wait for another panel, but they had no idea when those would come in.So according to the manager I'm supposed to wait or pay because they sold me a defective panel, and didn't have an adequate supply to make an exchange? The Co-op isn't the only farm store in the area, so I'll take my thousands elsewhere and leave this review as a reminder that a short sighted business isn't long for the community.

What a great alternative to the big box stores on the other side of town. I was just looking for some screws and nuts, but the sales people went out of their way to help me. They have a great selection of everything (especially pet food!) and I can't wait until my nieces come into town to see their toy selection.

Nice selection of nuts and bolts but unbelievably high prices. Two 6mm nuts (not bolts) cost me 72 cents. It's hard to do business comfortably with a store when you feel they're turning the screws down to get every last cent they can out of you. Agree with the another poster about too much yak yak at the counter holding up the line. Also grumpy personnel on occasion at the back desk. I'll go back again but only if I absolutely have to.

I went in to buy canning jars and needed assistance loading them into my cart. Both a nice employee and the cashier assisted me. I am recovering from an injury and was touched by their kindness. They are always so helpful.

I found the best area rugs here, I love their Washington State gift section, and the old-timey children's toys aren't sold anywhere else.
