We switch vets to start our 8 week old Bengal out, not happy for several reasons with our local vet that treated our feral cat for a raccoon injury. We have been happy with Greywolf. The vet is personable and clearly likes Mishka. It’s a 45 min drive vs 15 but it’s worth it. The place is clean and roomy and they get us in right away even when we’re early. We signed Mishka up for the Paws Plan, we priced other vets and Greywolf was the best deal.

My two Amazon parrots had a grooming appointment for their nails. The grooming technician did an excellent job. I am also very pleased with the veterinary care provided for my parrots by Dr. Rose.

Appreciate that I could get my dog in quickly; I was pretty worried about her. Met with Dr. Riley. Liked him a lot, he was super-knowledgeable, but he talked so fast! Past clinics we have been involved with have had the vet-tech finish the session. Appreciate that ‘cuz they take the time to explain it all to us. Our dog is now doing OK. Yea!!

I've been bringing my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Molly, to Greywolf for about a year now and have been really pleased with her care. She checks in with a variety of different people on staff dependent on her needs...a tech for her glands to be checked and nails trimmed; the Vet to monitor her overall health that tend to crop up with the breed. That knowledge is so important when you have a purebred dog and want to stay on top of their overall health. In addition, the front desk people have been wonderful with getting her records transferred from out of state so they know her overall health and past procedures. I've found everyone on the team to be wonderful, attentive and treat her lovingly. I'm happy to recommend everyone to Greywolf - I believe you will have a similar experience.

The staff checked me in quickly. Waiting room is fairly spacious so I could keep my dog away from others. Dr. came up with a different Opinion than a previous doctor, so I'm glad I checked. Gave me a referral.

We took our new kitty Stan, adopted at Olympic Peninsula Humane Society, for his wellness check. I was able to get an appointment in just a few days. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff from the person who took my call and set the appointment to the front office to the vet tech and vet Dr. Faye. We had to wait a bit but once in the exam room, we were happy with the time spent with us and the willingness to answer our questions. Glad we have found Grey Wolf Vet for our new family member!

LOVE THIS VET!Very grateful to the Dr. Thiel, and her vet techs for taking such good care of my girls. While observing safety protocols, I still received a very welcoming visit. I've been to a few local vegetarians and this was hands down the best experience. My girls, in addition to receiving excellent medical care also got cute little report cards that push the quality of the visit to well above standard!

They got my fur baby in on an emergency and took excellent care of him and even called a few days later to follow up and see how he was doing! I said thanks to y'all he's back to his normal self and said we'll see you in March for his regular checkup and vaccinations! They expressed their happiness that my fur baby was doing much better and wished us a Merry Xmas! Thank you Greywolf and I would highly recommend them for all your fur babies health needs!

Competent and caring staff. My pets have seen Dr Tyler off and on for over 20 years. I've been very happy with all of my visits, not counting the expense.

My Doxie, Hazel, who is heading towards 12, seemed to be in terrible pain, not able to walk and crying when I started to pick her up and hiding her head deep into the corner of the couch or crawling under the bed to whine while she tried to sleep. Her regular GP was just leaving town for 4 days. I was desperate to find care for her! I called SEVEN veterinary clinics and finally got her in to Greywolf for a same day appointment. The young lady veterinarian was WONDERFUL and checked her gently and thoroughly. Hazel has a clean bill of health. Probably a sprain or muscle spasm from jumping, “hunting” or digging.

Hadn't been to Vet in a long time. Took my mother's mostly feral senior cat, (Shorty). I thought sure they would have to sedate her, but Shorty put up with a total exam. From first phone call to leaving, we feel good about this place.

I go in to see the exotics doctor. She's very knowledgeable and kind but the exam was only partly done (she didn't look at her teeth, her hocks or her butt) and I felt like she was in a rush to end our appointment. I had more questions but because I felt rushed I didn't get to ask them.

EDIT: Thank you for your narcissistic reply, Grey Wolf. That was CLEARLY not my issue with your business. I realize you dont have the staff at all times. My problem was how I was treated by your receptionist while my pet was dying. He died btw.I called tearfully explaining to the lady that I've called literally every vet clinic from here to Seattle, to Olympia, even all the way to Lynwood and cant get an appointment to see my dying bearded dragon, and the earliest we can get is Monday. Meanwhile we have to sit here and watch our poor little guy die a slow, painful death, and the receptionist had THE NERVE to get an attitude with me! I didn't speak disrespectfully to her until after she did that.UNREAL! To be treated that way while we are going through such a painful time is appalling and disgusting. Shame on her, and shame on all of you if you dare have the back of that employee.

My husband and I have been fortunate to have Dr. Tyler and his exceptional staff take care of our beloved cat for the past two years. Without a doubt, Dr. Tyler is the best veterinarian we've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment we step into the clinic, we are greeted with warmth and professionalism by his attentive staff. Their dedication to the well-being of our furry family member is evident in every interaction. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless, and the veterinary technicians handle our cat with the utmost care and compassion.Dr. Tyler himself is a true gem in the world of veterinary medicine. His expertise is unmatched, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our cat receives the best possible care. His diagnostic skills are impressive, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain any health concerns or treatment options, providing us with the information we need to make informed decisions about our pet's care. What sets Dr. Tyler apart is not just his medical expertise but also his genuine love for animals. It's evident that he has a deep connection with each patient, and our cat, Nico, seems to sense this, as he is remarkably calm and trusting during his visits.Over the years, Dr. Tyler has guided us through various health challenges, always with a positive attitude and unwavering commitment. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more complex medical issue, we trust Dr. Tyler implicitly with Nico’s health. In addition to the excellent veterinary care, the clinic itself is well-maintained, creating a clean and comfortable environment for both pets and their owners. In summary, Dr. Tyler and his staff are truly exemplary. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine love for animals make them stand out in the field of veterinary medicine. We are grateful to have such a dedicated and caring team looking after our cherished family member. Our years of positive experiences with Dr. Tyler and his staff speak volumes about the quality of care they provide. We wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner seeking the best for their furry friends.

Very happy that you were able to fit in our son's visiting dog to get her some antibodies for an UTI. You got her in the same day right before Thanksgiving. Very grateful and their little dog is doing great. Thank you.

This vet office has given my family PTSD terrible place, i got a snobby letter in the mail saying that now Greywolf would take revenge out on my birds cuz of my bad review, i wouldn't bring them back anyways now this office is taking their anger out on my birds, because they were caught playing games with our large exotic dog breed, trying to get more money on every level. This is exactly what i was talking about with poor service, they keep proving more of who they are as each new bad review comes up... This vet was wrong on so many different things. We went to Greywolf for a few reasons, first being because they were closer, second being they had a doctor there who delt with cropped ears and rare large breeds. But after taking our very rare exotic breed of dogos to Greywolf we were not pleased at how the service was, nice people, friendly place but there was something not right about the service. We were seeing one doctor and he ended up telling us our male dogo had a 3rd level heart murmur, but with our breed of dogs their heart beat is already faster than normal so he wanted to send us to someone else because they didn't have the equipment so it was a referral so more money when the dog came from Argentina and already had a bear test done he would not of been able to travel if he had this 3rd level heart murmur, than my husband said he didn't want the dogs seeing that male doctor anymore because he was already warned by the previous kennels about vets trying to make more money off of rare exotic large breeds, so we stopped seeing him at that office, we switched to a female doctor, only to have that doctor do something off too, which was diagnose our pup with first a eye infection, than later on a eye disorder, the medicines she gave that i asked for because the eye cream wasn't working, so i asked for eye drops, she prescribed eye drops but never explained to me that they were steroids and if my pup had got an eye ulcer it would of done some damage.. This is very important information to tell your clients, this information needs to be told not left untold. Then after 2 visits and 3 telephone conversations and a run down of what it would cost if they did the eye surgery and being asked for blood tests on our pup the doctor says she won't touch our pup until she was 8 months. Leaving 3 months of torture for the dog. Than after we drove all the way out of state for the pups eye surgery that is where i was explained by the professional animal eye doctor that the eye drops i had were not good and that my pup had an eye ulcer, i had already stopped giving the eye drops because they weren't working, than i asked her about the blood work she told me that they don't do blood work on pups this young not knowing why the vet would ask for that knowing the pup was healthy and wanting blood work was beyond her thats when she said it's just common sense not to do that to healthy pups. On top of that Greywolf doctor's office never called to check on our pup, we took our pup to port angeles and they removed her stitches for free didn't even charge us. Than after my husband went to go get both pups records from Greywolf the lady kinda threw the papers down on the desk and my husband didn't like how she did that. We are so done with this horrible vet office, they could of been truthful to us, when you spend over $6,000 dollars on one pup you want impeccable service not mediocre. To go through all that money, time and worry to have a doctor tell you they won't touch our dog for 3 more months knowing that in the beginning would of saved us money and time and to never have the right equipment for their dignoses gets annoying. So it was a lot of pain, worry and feeling like they didn't care and that is not how you want to be left feeling when you pay people for their services.

The wait to be seen was a bit to long. They were short staffed. The staff is awesome though. They genuinely care about critters. I appreciate the vet sharing his knowledge of foods dogs eat.

We felt fortunate to find a veterinarian who could accommodate our needs. We have two dogs with different types of anxiety. The Greywolf staff was able to come up with a solution to decrease the anxiety levels during office visits while providing quality care to our pups. We are thankful to all staff involved in their care. Your compassion and expertise make us confident that our dogs receive quality care every time we bring them for routine or urgent appointments. Thank you for being there when we need it!
