I was an Over-the-road truck driver, I have been to most of the 48 states and have been to many petshops. BFN - Natural Pet Market IS the best pet market out there. I know that they actually do the research on the quality of their products because they are concerned with the health and safety of all their customers furry pals. If this pet shop carries something, I know that it is safe for my kitties. The customer service was always good but I feel as though it has greatly improved over the last year or so.

Best pet store ever! They have a great variety of food, treats, health products, toys, leashes and harnesses...everything to make happy pets. Their prices are competitive, which I especially appreciate having 3 dogs. And, the personnel are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My dogs and I will always shop at Best Friends, because that's where our friends are!

This store has all the food, treats, and supplies that my special needs dogs require. If they don't have it in stock, they'll order it for you and are great about following up with phone calls. I highly recommend this store!

I love this store, always so clean and the staff doesn’t stalk you but are great when you do need help. The knowledge they have helped me on my dogs nutritional needs! It has improved his overall energy and his coat is no longer dull. A must stop if you are in Sequim or if you are not it is well worth the drive!!!

I love shopping here for my cat. The store has a great selection of high quality products and the staff are super helpful. The prices are fair and I would rather spend my money here than at corporate big box stores. My cat loves all the toys I’ve gotten for him and the Odor block litter they sell is the best litter I have ever used. Love supporting my local businesses!

Some really cute toys and unique treats for kitties. It seems like most pet places have huge dog sections, and tiny cat sections but these guys had quite a lot of selection including hand made mice toys that make purrfect gifts. 🐈🎁

Best Friend Nutrition is much more than a store with high quality pet supplies! Their staff is very knowledgeable and cares about your pet. My puppy, Harley loves to come there and see everyone and it's a wonderful social outing for him. I've been learning alot and enjoying it too!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, well laid out, modern and extremely helpful pet shop specializing in raw pet foods. A couple of years ago my kitty nearly died due to a digestive problem and ensuing stem to stern (and very expensive) operation! I was very thankful that this store existed to help with her problematic nutrition needs. Would thoroughly recommend.

Always very knowledgeable about their products. We generally avoid places in Sequim because people here are rather "old school" with their thinking and mannerisms. We have never had a bad experience here because the workers are attentive and have great communication skills, something of a rarity in this town.Thanks for all your hard work, we are customers for life and would not go to any other store.

We shop here regularly. They have the best selection of high quality pet food in this area. The owner and staff are very helpful and have assisted us greatly in feeding and nutrition issues. If you're scared to have interaction with other humans while in a store then don't go here. If you want to work with people who really care about animals and providing the best for them you will never go anywhere else.

What an amazing resource for nutrition information for my pets! I have two rescue kitties who have the silkiest coats, bright eyes, happy cats. Very grateful for Hope and her advice for providing my cats with a good selection of high value foods. She carries my favorite kitty litter, also. Best place in town for my pet supplies.

I have stopped in to this cute natural pet food store 2 different times while traveling through the area. This time I was looking for something very specific (freeze dried turkey hearts by Small Batch). They did not have any in stock but said they could order them for me. Since I was just traveling through, a special order would not work, so instead the gal offered a different brand of the same kind of treat that they did have in stock.

Too expensive, but I heard new owners are much nicer. In FACT they are fantastic now, prices are better, the store is clean and bright and my dog was welcomed in like she was a queen. Very friendly and helpful without being pushy like the previous owner.
