My ductless unit was making some noise and it had been 3yrs since my installation so I called them up and they came out the very next day. Cleaned and serviced both units and they are working like a charm. Guys were very professional and even wore booties on my new carpet. Excellent Service Yet Again!

Eli has just left after repairing our heating system. It appears that Eli found a "smoking gun" that was indeed the cause of the failure--a broken wire to the defrost valve in the heat pump on the concrete pad outside. I was very pleased and impressed with Eli's work and expertise. His interpersonal skills in dealing with a concerned customer (me) was also exemplary. I speak from the perspective of someone who spent 27 years working on legacy IBM mainframe computers, in which the job was seen as more important in its impact on corporate customer relations than it was in simply repairing a fault. Eli worked in the best tradition of what IBM would have required of its personnel in that time frame, 1960-1990 and beyond. I give him an A+++. Prior to his arrival, I had one concern about dealing with Air-Flo which I'd like to share. When we called for service, we were told that someone from your Sales force would be coming first, to give us an estimate of what it would cost to replace the entire system. Of course, such an effort would be FAR, FAR more expensive than virtually any normally anticipated repair, and an EXTREME response, with very difficult to imagine justification. We were told that at 18 years of age, our system was approaching its normal lifetime, and the systems could be reconstituted for a mere $27,000 (approx). For what? Another 18 years? Why would I, a homeowner, even ever want to get another heat-pump system if it is only going to last 18 years and require that much to make it healthy again? It is easy to do the math. Any possible savings in electricity to generate heat via the heat pump versus simple resistance heating is virtually eaten up by the system's replacement cost. If there is any better example of a technology that is ripe for invention of something new to send the entire heat pump industry onto history's scrap heap, I cannot think what it might be. Inventors--get busy! There's low-hanging fruit here for the picking! You might want to reconsider your policy of sending out the Salespeople beforehand, as you did. It seemed slimy, and predatory. It made me want to cancel the appointment already made with you for service and go somewhere else--anywhere else. You, of course, have the freedom to run your business any way you choose. My mission here is simply to provide honest feedback. I have no way of knowing, nor do I care to pursue for an answer, but I suspect that you have had customers that were repelled by this policy, and that they have probably just silently faded into the night, never to be seen again. I was ready to. Eli basically saved your butts, in my humble opinion. He took you off the scrap pile and placed you squarely back onto the "possibles" pile. Best Wishes.

Technicians are wonderful. Great service. I question the pricing however. $450 for 15 minutes of in warranty work is crazy. They discovered while doing my annual check that 2 sensors needed replacing and there would be no charge for the devices, just the labor. I had paid $313 for the annual check already, so the $450 was on top of that.

I selected Air Flo after getting multiple competitive bids on our complicated multi-zone ductless system install. The entire team is top notch. Ashley worked tirelessly answering my questions and revising quotes more times than I want to count. Tanner, the lead installer on the job runs a tight ship. They showed up when they said they were going to, communicated about the entire process, working the best they could around both my wife and I since we work from home. Over the five days, they left their work areas clean and nothing lying around each night. Diego, Matt M., and Zach did great work and then Tim came on another day with Zach to add one part we were waiting on. Ellie was very helpful with scheduling and troubleshooting an issue that ended up being my Alexa integration turning off one of my zones. I'd have any of them back working at my house again. I'll be recommending Air Flo to others who are looking for a great heating contractor.

Monday 2/12/24 we had a ductless heat pump installed in our home. Air Flo employees Big Mat and Little Mat and Electrician Berry (don’t remember company name) performed the installation. They did an excellent job of installation and communicating how the work would proceed. At the completion they throughly cleaned up their mess. Big Mat then educated us on how to operate our new heat pump answering all our question. It was such a good presentation I suggest he make a YouTube video and get an Oscar for best educational performance. Loved these guys.

We wanted to get a multi-zone heat pump for our home and the Air Flo made the process so easy. Todd was great about explaining our heat pump options with no hard sell, answering all my questions, and being a great resource from start to finish. Tanner and Diego handled the installation and I was very impressed. They were professional, polite, responsible, and knocked it out in a day - even while dealing with some PNW rain. Air Flo installed a great heat pump system and this is first service, we are in far south Kitsap County so availability of a service appointment was limited to times the company was in the area, which was ok as we’ve had no issues. Service tech was on time, efficient, and friendly. He answered all questions. Will definitely continue to use their services.
