If you want a luxury experience then this is not the right place for you. But if you are a fisherman and just want a decent and clean place to rest for the night, then this place fits the bill quite nicely. I appreciate the upgrades they did: the campground bathrooms are clean and docks have been upgraded!Ask them for fishing tips too. They talk to a lot of fishermen so they can usually point you to the general direction of a good bite.Shoutout to the young guy last year at the shop. I forget his name but he was super friendly and helpful.

I dry camped for few days over at Sekiu to fish, Olsons’s was perfect spot! I believe it was $30 a night, and the each camp spot had a fire ring, picnic table and flat space for your tent or a camper. Bathrooms were always clean. I don’t have a RV or a boat, just a dude with few fishing rods in the car chasing salmon. Perfect place to get away! They also do provide full hook ups for those of you traveling rvs and boat. The spot was very quite and peaceful entire time i was there.

I've been coming to Mason's for years. It has a good vibe everyone is helpful and it's a fun camping fishing experience. The rooms are underwhelming and I was surprised they had no bedding towels soap or anything. So bring your own stuff. We always more the boat there and the staff is friendly and helpful. We took the boat down to Neah Bay and caught the biggest fish of the day and the biggest king I've seen in a long time

Do not always believe what they say at the resort when it comes to a fishing update because they will tell you it is good fishing when it is bad. Beware of that. With the fishing regs where you have to release the wild chinook and silvers….go somewhere else and save yourself a ton of money.

Has some nice places for tent camping, although the lots are very close together from other campers. Neat to watch the sunrise here as well as watch the tide go out and then come back in. Pretty quiet area with lots of individuals staying here who are seasonal fisherman. Bathrooms have showers as well which was nice. Ryan was super helpful with information that we had questions about.

Stayed in a room here and had a reservation for ir. They remodeled them and were clean. It's a fish camp and that what we were expecting! Had 4 beds and a shower with a place to moor the boat. Places to clean your fish and they will vacuum seal them if wanted (we brought our own).I only wish you could reserve camp sites for RVs. It's a long haul out there and the possibility of not having spot to camp is nerve racking. Hoping for a spot this summer!

I highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway with great fishing, friendly neighbors (other fishermen) and scenic views. The best part about this place is it doesn’t have frills, it’s a fishing village. Very clean grounds, clean bathrooms and showers, the owner Brandon is extremely attentive and personable, and the staff is friendly. The general store has a good selection of basic needs: fishing gear, food, beer, toiletries. Mooring spaces are assigned so you never have to worry about being in a different location whenever you come off the water. Great cell service if you have Verizon. I live in a Texas and I’m already planning a full week trip next summer because I enjoyed my few days at Mason’s Olsen Resort THAT much.

Great place for fishing. The main building is wonderful as it is stocked with all the amenities you need for camping. They also have a great selection of fishing gear too. Staff was friendly and helpful every time. Only thing I was not thrilled about was the camping spots are extremely tight. There are hookups for power and water.

As always great service and they even turned our lights on and heat on for us, because we were running very late. It's a rustic and very clean resort. I have been coming up here from the being, it's a great getaway. We had our own problems and they are always offering help. Also I can count on 1 hand how few people issues that have happened and that was stopped immediately. If you don't mind rustic with beautiful views and nice people this is it. Sekiu is Washington's jewel.

A very nice place to fish from. The staff are all very helpful and happy. The rooms could use a little love. Bring your bedding, towels and what ever else you may need.for a room with a shower, three bunks and not much else. I'll be back!

Keep in mind this is a fishing resort so if you don't mind the smell and the birds..... Salmon fishing has gone south to almost nothing. Fished 3 days with 3 lines in... 1 keeper. Great service as always. Got an out of state pass in less than 5 minutes.

Pros: friendly people, easy access, great store hours, great rate, pet-friendly, clean bathrooms at the store, no problems parking. good water pressure, a place to wash the boat down. Cons: cabins are about to fall apart they need a lot of TLC, some supplies were very low/out/limited at the store.

Goods selection of fishing items, boat ramp is good too. Best part is the couple who have a fish cleaning and filleting business is the parking lot. They did an amazing job with our fish and we will definitely be back.

The cabins are "rustic", so your wife may not enjoy a weekend escape (mine doesn't come anymore). The bait shop is well stocked though and there are a lot of slots for mooring. Fishing is great and the owners are kind. What more can you ask for!?! This will be our second bachelor fishing trip 👌

We come up every year. Stay at least a month or more. Great fishing salmon, halibut, rockfish. Great owners. Prices are great reasonable compare to State Park. Full hook up $40 a night they also have weekly and monthly rates. State Park $40. each night no discount for weekly or monthly rates. Come on out and camp and fish or just come out and camp...😀😁🤗

This is a real working fishing dock. Lots of boats coming and going. Lots of fishing, fish cleaning, and fish weighing. The views of the straight here are spectacular. It's very rustic here. We stopped for lunch at a picnic table down by the water. Nice and simple.

Decent place to stay on the bay. Plenty of salmon fisherman. We slept in a tent for one night at $30 a night. A little over priced for a table and fire ring in a parking lot. Bathrooms we're decently clean, we were told there were showers but didn't have the chance to see or use them.

We had spent one month in 2018 and 3 1/2 months last year at Mason Olson camping and fishing. Looking forward to getting up there again this year. Great camping and enjoyed the fishing. Thank you to all of the Mason Olson crew that always make it such an enjoyable time.

I stayed at the waterfront dry sites, so can't review any of the campground amenities, but my site was level and had an unbeatable view. My interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional, although finding the office proved a bit of a challenge at first (could be just me, but I didn't see any signs).

Freshly back from Seiku and launching/mooring at Mason Olson's resort. First, I will do everything in my power not to go back there for a few reason but it wasn't because the staff was bad, they were great. the launch is okay, but it goes way down' hill from there. The docks are in shambles and I mean shambles. The cleats are non-existent. It's really a joke I think that they call this a resort, I think it's just been called a resort for so long, that they just kept it, like everything else. Super old and tired. He's the other gripe. It's so loud there. The launch is literally going all night and people returning is into the dark. So, if you thought you'd sleep on your boat, forget about it. It'll be the loudest sleeping experience every. From people walking the docks, generators from the RV's, dogs, people walking up and down the docks, the trucks launching and retrieving their boats, it's just the loudest place i've ever encountered. I'm sure when Neah bay opens up or some of these other places, maybe it'll quit down, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I would try and find a place not around the town at all, I'd look somewhere else to stay and keep your boat at someplace else or Olson's if you have to.

This place needs some serious updating. The location is terrific, but the rooms don't appear to have been maintained very well. The room that we were in had 3 windows in the front that did not open and 2 small windows in the back that were missing screens. With no air conditioning and being unable to open any windows due to the many bugs flying around, I'm glad we were there in September and not July or August.
