Super high prices, bad attitudes when you ask questions, and many sharp things in the parking lot to ruin your new tires. Had tires installed, wound up with a bead leak, told it would be $40 to redo it. No thanks.

Came to about the trailer and an employee Alex was in a bad mood. When I asked when he thought the trailer would be done he gets upset with me.tells me it will be done when we gets done and then says you know what you can just take the trailer.

VERY rude owner who wears the suspenders. He was talking to customers about the area and when other customers came, he recognized them and continued to talk with them for another 10min! He then comes and asks "what do you need?" He was obviously bitter at the get go.He was complaining because customers came during his lunch hour so this made him more irritable.The youngest guy there was a hard worker and worthy of his wages. The owner wouldn't let him talk to me while he was working.What do you do? Well, I decided to get on here and leave my first ever review because of this grumpy, irritable owner.I hope he sees this and understands that his attitude needs to be checked and left st his home. Treat your employees with more respect and be an example!

The worker Allen refused my Mother services and mocked her son because he has Autism. He discriminated against her and said to "come back" when there is no one in the waiting room although they were going to walk across the street while the work was going to be done. She was embarrassed and crushed, the child even to his admission was doing nothing other than "twirling his hair". I called and he was just as rude to me and told me he had people waiting, when I explained that he refused services to an older woman and her son with a disability. I would NEVER support a business like this

We were concerned about our lug nuts. We stopped by this shop and they were busy but took the time to alleviate our fears and make sure all was ok and wouldn't accept payment. Kindness, friendly and great service is what I went away with. I'd highly recommend this shop.

They were the rudest dudes I've ever met. Make u feel stupid and all of them are cocky and just make u feel stupid for bring in ur tire to pay them to help you. Worst customer service at any tire shop I've ever went to. And expensive. I'll never pay for there help again. That's for sure

We try to give back to the community by using the businesses here... However, we received the worst customer service this morning. Had an appt to drop off Camper Van at 9am for front end alignment. Upon arrival, was told "nope, can't do it today". Asked when they could do it. Reply was "I don't know", and that was it. We left.30 minutes later, l called and spoke with Alex. Explained we had an appt, and the experience we encountered. He was very rude as he said "it's not a perfect world, we have alot of cars here, call back next week or go somewhere else"

Great service at a great price. While staying at a nearby RV park I had a leaky tire on my 5th-wheel. I brought in the tire, they soon made time to look at it and then fixed it quick, explaining exactly what the problem was (nail) and how they repaired the tire. Tire Hut is an excellent place to re-tire.

Alex and his crew are absolutely wonderful my vehicles seem to eat alot of tires never fail at the worst of times as well Alex always manages to not only find the tire(s) I need but manages to make the $ I got at the time work as well in this world we live in today it's nice to have a local tire shop that works with the community!!! They saved our bacon on our road trip! We got a nail in our tire and luckily decided to stop here. Took all of fifteen minutes to fix our tire and had a nice chat with the owners to boot.

Would of gave zero stars if it was an option. The owners dad was very rude amd disrespectful. Very impatient with my blind husband. He continued to yell and argue with us as we were paying he was yelling and very intimidating to us as he was walking g around counter. Woman behind counter tried to get him to calm down and stop yelling he did not. He yelled if that tire wasn't fixed he wouldn't fix it. He says he has too much business and didn't need ours. I will make sure that I recommend the busted knuckle for tires and basic repairs to anybody I know. They were very nice and their prices our better and our tire is now truly fixed.

We had a flat on our travel trailer, and a couple of the other tires were ready to go also. We pulled into Tire Hut and they jumped on it right away. Put 4 new tires on for us and we were on the road quickly. Great Service, reasonable prices, and fast. Highly recommend them. Thanks Guys!

For starters I pretty much know nothing about cars but I had a rattle in my new exhuast and I needed it looked at. A super polite guy ran out and asked what I needed and when I explained the problem he immediately found it solved the problem with 4 turns on a wrench. It was done so fast and he went back to finish his other job I didn't get a chance to get his name.

Excellent service. Thought it was going to be a whole day to get tires switched from one truck to another mount and balance. But it was done with in 2 hours. Great work too. Thanks and would recommend them to anyone on the peninsula.

These guys are always busy for a reason. Good work, fair price. These guys bust their backsides to get work done and I appreciate them for it. They always take care of my grandmothers rig when she needs help and I am not around to do it.

I bought tires for my van from these guys a few years ago, got a screw in the tire this weekend and limped it back to Tire hut to get a patch. That afternoon the van is delivered back to my house (which is close by) I did not expect this level of service, but I sure appreciate it. On other occasions Alex (the owner) has talked me through some issues I was having on the road. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Hands down recommend them.

I highly recommend this tire plus garage local shop. The prices and work repairing my RV tire were excellent. These Cooper Tire shops tend to be 30% to 40% less than the Goodyear company store in my recent experience.Plus these local community shops take the time to explain the whole story of what you need.Thanks for your assistance.

Went in for an engine oil and filter change and differential oil drain and replace, I provided the engine oil and filter. I was charged $302.63. Seems like a BIT MUCH to me. Had considered them a reasonable place to do my business; not anymore!
