This is easily one of the loveliest stays I've ever had. The owner is so kind and friendly. The staff are also very sweet. The room and grounds were immaculately clean. Lots of thoughtful amenities such as a towel for your dog's feet. Super close to the beach. Cute rooms with comfy beds. Free parking. Check out at noon is also nice! There's no AC but if you open the window and turn on the big box fan they leave in there for you it stays cool. On top of that the cafe on site has some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had and I grew up in the south so that's saying something. Cannot recommend this place enough! We would love to stay here again!Nearby activities: Drive on Long Beach!Walkability: Can walk to the beach, the gas station, etc.Food & drinks: Get breakfast at the Seaview Biscuit Company on site!

This place is AWESOME. The management is amazing and very informative. Me, my girlfriend and our dog stayed in Cottage #5. It was very cute and honestly quite perfect. It was very quiet and clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was definitely well worth the price and very convenient for beach access. Definitely going to going to stay with them again.Rooms: The room is cute and comfy. It had an amazing atmosphere. It was also very quiet I didn't here anyone or anybody. Was able to watching some TV and just relax.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on property called Seaview Biscuit Company. Delicious food and the best Biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted. Across the street there is The Depot it's very good as well.

New owner is a machine. Cooking, cleaning, serving, saw him running around, he deserves all the success that comes his way. The whole team who manages this hotel and restaurant deserve it.My aunt and uncle came down from Kingston to visit me and booked a stay at the Seaview Cottages. They were blown away by this hotel. Super clean. Every tiny little detail is covered. Tons of places for chargers. A great informational sheet with full addresses for local businesses. Great beds! Modern, cute, colorful, charming. Will be my first recommendation for any friends and family that come to visit me. The biscuit restaurant embodies the same quality. The beach and paths are right there!

Great second experience. I stayed in quiet cottage 2, and I enjoyed my visit with no adjoining walls...and complimentary ear plugs (I about died laughing). If you don't care about neighbor noise, stay in one of the studios. They are very comfortable and easy to enjoy. Call the manager with any concerns, day or night. Great stay, and I will be back.Rooms: I mentioned the rooms in my description, but the rooms are CLEAN. The sheets do smell like bleach, so if you don't like that, you might sleep on top of the comforter. I love bleach and recognize that as a "clean" smell. The beds are SOFT and the pillows conform to your head and shoulders. Bring what you like for your own comfort (toiletries, pillows, etc.) You can log into your favorite movie channels. If you like quiet, get a cottage without an attached wall.Nearby activities: There's a list at the desk for people with active lives, including museums, sportsmen activities, go carts, and golf! Many great restaurants and coffee places (there's one on the property as well that is cute!!)Safety: Code doors so you don't have to use keys.Walkability: There are sidewalks for your safety at the street.

The cottages were in excellent condition and they were immaculately clean and had everything you should need for a great stay. There is a private fenced patio with each cottage. The grounds are very nice and well taken care of. There are laundry facilities, ice machine and a restaurant/coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch, as well as coffee drinks. Close to downtown Long Beach and many beach access points.

Very lovely. I got the cottage with the kitchen and separate bedroom /living room. I needed a quiet respite and being so close to the local sights made it all that much better. Seriously I couldn’t have been more pleased with the very reasonable rates and the cute cottage with nice cozy pretty furnishings. The people who work here are super nice as well. Adorable.

Off the beaten path only slightly, and a good place to spend the night. The cottages are cozy and clean, and even include little extras you normally wouldn't think about (earplugs for a snoring bedmate, a little heater in the bathroom, etc.) Would definitely stay again during a future trip to Long Beach.Rooms: The rooms are smaller but well furnished. If you're taller than 6 feet, you might need to duck a little into the bathroom, as it's smaller than the main room.Nearby activities: Long Beach and Ocean Park are the nearby beach towns, and South you have Cape Disappointment on the Washington side, and Astoria and Oregon activities across the bridge.Walkability: There's not really much exciting right around the cottages, but that makes it feel safer and more secure. Almost everything is within a ten minute drive or so. You could PROBABLY walk to the beach from here, but we were visiting from a coastal town so we're used to the beach and didn't go to this one.Food & drinks: Loose Caboose had excellent fish and chips and perfectly golden crinkle cut French fries. A few of the smaller bakeries in town also had a large selection of goodies. Do be prepared to pay a little more for beach pricing, though.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting family friends and this place exceeded our expectations! We got cottage #9 which was the king bed, kitchen and a nice little living room to watch tv. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet! You could see your car from the window and they had a nice little outdoor area to sit and enjoy which was private too! They stocked the bathroom was cute items as well. The only thing I couldn’t find was a laundry bag for dirty clothes but that was the last of our worries. This place was very affordable and the best place we could have picked at long beach! Oh! And last thing, if you plan on coming during the winter time, don’t worry they kept the place nice and toasty! Note: you are below someone so if that bothers you then I would pick a different cottage

Thoughtful is the first word that comes to mind. We stayed in number 4 over night. The room is so tidy and so clean! It has all the necessary overnight features. The room darkening blinds are really cool! They provide privacy and can totally block the light! The bedding is so clean, soft and crisp. The space heaters make it very toasty. Nice lighting! and spartan, well chosen furnishings so space is maximized. Really tastefully put together. Again, so extra clean! The shower is fabulous! Great water pressure and all the soap and cleansing products. Plenty of toilet paper, a nice little fridge and coffee maker … great TV! You can pull right up to the door! Unloading our bags was super fast and easy and we were able to get right into bed and go to sleep. Very quiet surroundings. I just don’t think you could get a sweeter place at this price especially. I should note that my partner and I are fairly compact people…. Average height at most and if you are quite tall, you might need more head room. I think for most average height folks, the cottage number 4 is going to be a great fit.

Very clean.Safety: The area was quiet and secure.Walkability: Within walking distance to the beach.

We came down to Long Beach to razor clamming. We found the Seaview Cottages online and decided to book a cottage here for 2 nights and 3 days. We checked in on Thursday around 3:00 pm. Greeted by the lovely Noel. She gave us information on the room, the ameneties, local restaurants and beach information. She let us know her favorite place was “The Lost Roo” Restaurant. We checked into Cottage #9. It was just two of us. We just needed a king size bed. Had a bathtub/shower combo, a cook top with 4 burners, all the kitchen necessities and heat that controlled each room. The walls are pretty thin so if youre a light sleeper I highly suggest bringing ear plugs. I could hear the next door neighbors snoring and the people upstairs were walking around loudly and dropped something a few times. There was a clam/fish cleaning area and 2 charcoal BBQ next to the cleaning area with a picnic table- we didn’t use due to the weather. There was an ice maker that was useful for filling up the cooler after we had cleaned the clams in the sink.Richard the owner and Noel were very gracious and kind. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful this place was so amazing. The weather was alright for our stay and we look forward to coming back again and having the restaurant open.Nearby activities: Shopping, Astoria OR is 20 min away and Seaside OR is 45 minutes away.Walkability: Right across from the beach!

This place is wonderful. Whoever answered the phone when I called to let them know we were running late checked us in remotely and was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The only staffer I spoke to in person, someone in housekeeping who gave me extra coffee, was equally kind and professional. The cabins are adorable, with tiny little porches, and the grounds are cute and tidy. We stayed in off-season so didn't use any of the grills, but you can tell it'd be fantastic during the summer. The bed was lofty and clean and wonderful, the kitchenette had a remarkable amount of cookware, including a chef's knife and corkscrew. The wifi is super fast. The bathroom had a vaguely odd layout, and the cabin's floor had a noticeable tilt, but it all added to the charm. All the windows open, and they all have privacy shades. It seems there's usually a little restaurant onsite, but it was closed for reno when we were there. These cabins allow pets, so I got barked at a few times, but I don't mind dogs. (Someone who does mind dogs might not feel comfortable, as you're likely to run into a couple.) They're right on a direct beach access road, so you can walk from your cabin straight to the ocean if you like, it's barely half a mile, or you can even drive onto the beach since vehicles are allowed.Terrific place to stay on the peninsula.

We booked a cottage for three evenings at the beginning of October. Our cottage was very quaint and well kept. We had one of the bigger ones with a couch and seating area. I don't recommend getting anything smaller than what we had. Parking was so close to our cottage that emptying our vehicle for our stay was a breeze.Even though the location was on a main thoroughfare, we found it to be very quiet, especially at night. We also found the location to be conveniently close to a few different attractions. The cottages are less than a five minute drive from Long Beach's main street & beach, about five minutes to Cape Disappointment, and 40 minutes to Astoria. Two thumbs up.

Absolutely adorable place!!! Cute kitchen with all of the kitchen dishes (plates, pots, pans, knives, spatulas ect.) Bed was very comfy. There was a fish cleaning area, which was helpful. The customer service was great as well. The water pressure was not the greatest but we will 100% stay here every time we're in town now. Plus the restaurant next to it was fantastic as well!

Wonderful little cottages. Completely updated, very clean and the unit we had had a kitchen that was equipped with all the basics needed for cooking(nothing consumable except coffee and tea service). They alsohave pet friendly rooms. We were on the lower level of a 2 story and the only issue I had was the noise from above. Other than that all was great, the owner very friendly and informative. We will stay there again and would recommend it.

We started our trip through the Oregon Coast in the Northern Washington area of Long Beach Peninsula. The Seaview Cottages provided us with a comfortable cute, clean, dog friendly mini cottage. Perfectly located down the street from the ocean and walking distance to tasty restaurants. I wish we had more time to explore the area, as it was unique and the locals were so very friendly. Our dogs loved swimming in the ocean.

Although we were there for only one night, it was a very nice experience. These were old cottages that were run down, the new owner went through them all and made them new again. The price was good and they allowed small dogs. The next trip to Ilwaco, we definitely would stay again.Walkability: Easy walking to the stores and shores. The bottled water in the rooms were included in the cost of the room.
