Great experience. I felt very safe with limiting the amount of individuals and was greeted upon my arrival right away. It was a smooth experience and made my Mary Jane needs satisfied. They have a wide variety of products and they are happy to explain 7 different products to help you make an informed decision on which one will suit you best.

When it’s good it’s good, but that isn’t often. Typically you’ll get very long waits in line, not so friendly door staff, and slightly higher prices, they also run out of certain products regularly, little to no customer focus & plenty focus on giving your change in 1 dollar bills so you can tip.Over all one of the worst dispensaries I’ve been in in Seattle. I also believe they were robbed at gunpoint twice.

I worked nearby for 5 years and loved this place. After not returning for a while, it’s usually good, but the employee made me feel bad as I struggled to communicate after working 10hrs.It’s on me, but after we agreed on specifics, they gave me the wrong strain in a similar jar, made me feel like I annoyed them by asking questions, and then gave me two wrong products. I just wanted to get out after feeling like I was bothering the employee, so i didn't double check and I was really sad with the product I got.My friend has reported similar experiences with some new staff. It's disappointing b/c this used to be a great spot with good people. Make your own decision, but I used to drive out of my way to come here, won't anymore for a while.

I had a horrifying experience at The Joint, where I was brutally assaulted by their security guard. The management’s indifference to this violent behavior is shocking and unacceptable. Legal action is being taken to address this matter. I urge others to avoid this place to ensure their own safety. The Joint must address this issue immediately to prevent further harm to its patrons.Btw this particular issue of the security guard assault and extremely bad service are not new and have happened many times.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting at this place and I must say it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an overwhelming sense of disappointment. First and foremost, the store's layout was incredibly confusing. It seemed as though the management had no idea how to organize their merchandise, resulting in a chaotic mess. It was nearly impossible to find what I was looking for, and the lack of proper signage only added to the frustration. Furthermore, the staff at this store were completely unhelpful and disinterested in assisting customers. I approached multiple employees with questions, only to be met with blank stares and shrugged shoulders. It was evident that they lacked any knowledge about the products they were supposed to be selling. Their lack of enthusiasm and professionalism was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, the store's cleanliness was appalling. Dust-covered shelves, and dirty floors were just a few of the unsanitary conditions I encountered. It was clear that the management had neglected basic cleanliness standards, which made me question the overall quality of their products. In terms of pricing, the items are outrageously overpriced. The items I found were marked up significantly compared to other stores in the area. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, which left a sour taste in my mouth. Lastly, the checkout process was a nightmare. The lines were long and moved at a snail's pace. The cashiers seemed untrained and struggled to handle even the simplest transactions. It was a frustrating experience that only added to the overall disappointment of my visit. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this store. The disorganized layout, unhelpful staff, lack of cleanliness, exorbitant prices, and inefficient checkout process make this store a complete disaster. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere for a more pleasant and satisfying experience. So please do me a favor and rate this place a 1, it deserves it.

I normally love this place and I hate to one star it right now, but today I have to. Today there were three employees I hadn't seen before. The first, a tall white dude, gets condescending with me because he didn't like the way I worded "the deals you usually have for ounces". One is leaning on the counter on their phone, not that I care, but she didn't lift her head or even say what's up, welcome in, nothing. I'm paying for my stuff and I'm in the middle of their "so and so is coming in soon, she can lock up the store" because they "don't feel safe" but "she will".Like I get this not being the best job ever, but anytime I've come in there the staff was real and professional. And it isn't this painfully annoying experience. If the budtenders I'm used to are no longer working there, may they be on to bigger and better things. And if it's just these fools left, I'm going to cap hill.

They don’t care to help you out or listen to you when you go in to get weed. Went in one night and specifically asked for live resin cartridge, budtender helps me out and gives me the wrong stuff. Called back to return, explained the situation and even the fact that the budtender seemed distracted even while I was there… they didn’t care to help me out. Don’t go here if you’re looking for QUALITY strains/ weed.Especially if you actually like talking with your budtender and getting a full on shopping experience.Also very expensive! Compared to other places in the city.

As a trans woman with an outdated (but not expired!) ID, it can be somewhat stressful going anywhere that requires identification. But everytime I've been here, each staff member has been really cool about it! That is a huge plus in my book, but then on top of that, the product and service is always top notch!

I love this shop in Seattle. I’m from NH and I make sure to stop in whenever I am in town. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Compared to the east coast..prices are amazing…out here (in New England) prices are about the same if not more however you only get HALF the amount. Highly recommend this shop.

We came in from outta town. We have been here a few times. It's always hit or miss with the staff. But today! It was great, the gentleman at the door was very polite and friendly compared to before. We needed guidance to say the least, Malcolm helped us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to next time.

I have been coming here for about 3 months. Each time has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive to the market. I would highly recommend to anyone in the University District area. Out of all the staff, I found that Shelby was my favorite. She is very personable and reliable to suggest great products.
