Cass was amazing with our dog Manny! We had just gotten a rescue dog who had been transported on a truck from Texas… needless to say Manny arrived VERY smelly and even after a bath at home was still stinky, so we brought him in for a grooming. Cass took such good care of him, went above and beyond and Manny was in tip top shape afterwards, and smelling very fresh and clean. We will be regulars here for sure.

I had to schedule months in advance. I followed all the instructions on the website and answered every question. I came prepared with her vaccination paperwork. I was turned away because she has a heart murmur. This is the first time a groomer has rejected her for this; she’s had no problems in the past. I respect PetCo’s choice of policy for this, but the website where I scheduled the appointment should have made this explicit. The groomer did not apologize for the poor communication and would not pass my feedback about it up to management.

Our dog loves Robin and she loves our little dog. We bring her to Robin once a month , she is knowledgeable to what our dogs needs are. Coco is well taken care of by miss Robin. Robin really loves my animals and has a connection with them. She is gentle and takes her time as I have a nervous dog. She gives a great haircut!

Very poor service. Took over two hours for my dog to have essentially nothing done. She left with just as thick a coat, shedding all over, and they made an excuse that they were not able to trim her nails... Something no other professional groomer has claimed. Still was charged for everything including nails.

Made an appointment for dog grooming. Even took a screen capture of the appointment so I wouldn’t forget. When I arrived, I was told my dog’s appointment was an hour earlier (it wasn’t) and I would have to reschedule. What a joke.
