Unbelievable customer service! Joe went above and beyond to ensure we were fully taken care of. Even though we were there 5 minutes after they closed, he showed no impatience and made sure all our questions were answered and found what we were looking for. I highly recommend this location.

We brought our senior club here while out in the community for them to have a little sensory tour and see some animals which give them meaningful connection in their day. Joe , the store employee was so kind to pull out a few of the animals from their lodging places and artificial habitats to let our seniors pet them. He was gentle, patient , eager to help and serve , and he was fun. He knew how to handle the animals very well to and made us all feel comfortable and safe. He also was knowledgeable about them so we all learned some facts and it made the tour a better experience . We thank the store and Joe, it made the senior's day and brought a lot of Joy. Thank you.

I stopped to get a wild, bird suet pack. Unfortunately, you only had one, but these very nice sales girls said that more were coming. My check out was a nice experience. The man behind the checkout counter was very friendly, and made buying there out of the normal because it was nice

It sounded like the team was short staffed on New Year’s Day and only 2 people were working. Although it was probably a stressful day for them, the staff member at the register (light colored curly hair pony tail - athletic built woman) took the time to help me find the item I was looking for. She also took the time to look up information online to answer my question. I appreciated her willingness to help during a busy day.

We have visited this Petco location before and always found the people working there friendly and helpful. The store has a huge variety of prt food and items needed to care for your pet. We will definitely continue going there.

They usually have a good selection of dog food and supplies for my doggos. Some locations even offer vaccinations for pets. The fish and hamsters are even cool to look at. I don't mess with snakes. *shivers*

They were beyond superb when I got my dogs trimmed. I had tried to cut her nails myself (don't recommend) she wiggled and cut too short,so my pup was very nervous and not easy to handle. Quick and patient,very good price...definitely recommend wish I knew the name of the person that helped me,I'd thank them again definitely going back!

My “home Petco” because of (1) great staff and (2) LGBTQ representation - including non-binary and trans - among the employees. I buy crickets and cat litter here, but I almost always get a day-brightening quick chat, too. And bless Ava, David, Jessie and their colleagues for their patience in looking up the VitalRewards coupons in my account, every time. I’m docking a star because of the awful Petco app, but that isn’t the individual store’s fault.

Groomers review.Cass did an amazing job on my puppy, Evee. She came out smelling clean and fresh and happy. It was Evees first groom ever and I felt like Cass took her time and was very patient with Evees puppy energy. We will see her again ✨

Routinely apathetic staff can't even answer the simplest of questions about their own products and availability. Prices don't match what's on the shelves. Reptile food that should be live was frozen dead. Unless you have a dog or a cat, these folks just couldn't be bothered to care.

Great people at the store. They are always helpful and friendly. The groomers are very busy. The skill levels very widely, so if you care about which groomer you get, book well ahead of time. But also know that they can change last minute. Be kind to them. They have very busy schedule. Overall very professional and helpful staff.

The store manager, Josh, and the staff were so helpful when my new puppy had his first vaccine and turned out to be allergic. They gave me resources and assurance and helped me after clinic and store hours! I'm so happy to have our local store care so much about his well being!

The store itself is really good and well maintained however the assistant groomer doesn’t know what they are doing and can’t cut nails of a dog. They blamed my dog for showing his teeth when they were cutting too deep into his nails and now he is banned from all Petcos from getting groomed. Every other groomer that he has been to never had a problem.TLDR: don’t go to the assistant groomer when they are by themselves. They don’t know how to handle the pet and is an assistant for a reason

I left a $10 tip for the young lady who clipped my dog's nails but the front desk even though it was cash they said she could not get it till she picks up her paycheck. If I give somebody cash nobody has the right to hold that, for their convenience. It should have gone directly to her right then not in 2 weeks

My pup and I have been doing the puppy level one class with Autumn and it has been the highlight of every week! My now five month old Frenchie has improved SO much with her walking on a leash, tricks (shake, coming when called, leave it, sit, speak, roll over, etc) and we constantly learn new things each class for both of us to work on. Will absolutely do the puppy class two and would recommend Autumn to anyone and everyone! She is fantastic at working with dogs at any energy level and has given me great advice on all sorts of puppy questions. Thanks guys!

Went to get my dog groomed for the first time. They made us pay first and we left tip for courtesy, then when they gave us our dog they said they were unable to clip his nails due to him being aggressive… we have never had any issues with our dog being aggressive from other groomers. They had the audacity to charge us for nails but didn’t even do it? Ridiculous service and highly unprofessional. Do not go here.

The store had very low (or absent) inventory for several of the items I was looking to purchase. The items that were in stock had limited selection and were difficult to locate. I know the store is undergoing a renovation, but the needs of the customers should still be paramount. This is why people shop online.
