WARNING: DO NOT HAVE KAYLA GROOM YOUR DOG! Potential clients should be aware that Kayla is unqualified to be a groomer. She is a sweet girl, but an incompetent groomer. She recently totally botched the job and nicked my dog on his tummy and failed to tell me. I called the store and was told the manager was in and he would call me back. He never called me back. I called again the next day and spoke to the manager. He told me I could have him fixed by another groomer. Besides his hair being uneven, he was shaved down! When I said to him that you haven't even acknowledged he was nicked on his tummy, he said, "Well, this is Seattle". I guess insinuating I was lying and just trying to get money out of him. He said for all he knew; my puppy could have gotten his cut from running in a field. The manager was very unprofessional, lacked people skills, and I certainly would not want him to be the face of my company. BTW I was charged $120. I've included before and after pictures.

This place was nice. We were intrigued by the pet costumes. They have nice seasonal pet clothes at the front of the store. I like that the small clothes are actually small and can fit James! They also had this mini bakery It had tons of different cookies. We chose a peanut butter cake thing. My dog loved it. It tasted pretty good.

We LOVE this store! We’ve been glad to have a pet store that carries both the big brands but also unique dog food, treats and toys that you just can’t find elsewhere. We have also taken our Aussiedoodle for grooming there a handful of times now and have loved their full service. Their groomers know their stuff! Cash loves to come visit in general but now often looks super fly when leaves too 😜. We have done the more traditional cuts but we decided to let him rock out with this last cut. Check him out🤘🏽😈🤘🏽! And also check Pet Supplies out -they’ll take good care of you and your pooch!

Awesome store and the staff/management are so nice and down to earth. I went specifically to try out their dog was station for my dogs first bath at one of these, it was very clean and accessible and worth the money which is a very good price imo. I ended up getting dog food and treats too, which were the most affordable prices for the quality I've seen around. Will definitely be coming back.

I come here primarily to use the self wash service for my 100lbs American Staffordshire Terrier/Mastiff mix. They have a great option of buying a discounted 5 washes for only 40.00. They provide aprons if needed, fresh clean towels, and an assortment of shampoos. They have two stations for larger dogs that are elevated with stairs for easy entry, and a smaller, higher bathing station for smaller dogs. You can adjust the temperature as needed (always use tepid, Luke warm water when bathing -- never hot), and the blow dryer has different nozzles and strengths. I love their assortment of treats, toys, and food, and they are always sending me coupons via mail/email to help me save some cash! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The first day I took my dog He looked great but they asked me to come back a second day and clearly it was a different person it should be basic knowledge not to cut that low on a double coated breed they should have used a clipper gaurd. He has several cut marks on his tail and on his rear area. I tipped 20 the first day because I thought it looked good but if it was the second day I would question tipping them at all in fact I would have questioned even paying. This has been my worse grooming experience so far and they charged more then any other place I've been to. And his tale looks terrible very lucky that I can't get a good picture. They clearly left him in a kennel for hours then rushed at the end. I would like a refund so I can go to a better groomer.

Wonderful staff and owner, really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of items at great prices. Grooming center or a do it yourself dog wash, affordable and convenient. Why break your back trying to bath your dog at home when you can stand and wash them with towels and product provided.

We LOVE this place! The customer service is excellent and knowledgeable - staff is great and ready to help. Prices are very good too. My son went down tonight to grab a few things and the guy was so helpful with the grain vs no grain question - I figured it was to time to review since we’ve had nothing but great experiences!! The self serve bath is great too - clean and well organized. We are so happy to have you in Westwood Village!

Went in to wash our dog, u have diff options of shampoo/conditioner to use! Well for sure be back. Also left w a new toy for my dog and dog food! Check them out. New location they just opened up

An abundance of supplies, friendly staff, competitive prices. Recently used their self service dog wash, good stuff. Cheaper than local one down the road. They have 4 shampoo options and hypoallergenic one too. I brought my own stuff cuz my dog is bougie. He seems content the bath is over.

We shop here almost exclusively for our dog and cat. Like other reviews mention, the service is phenomenal every time! We even switched to a different, better litter on the recommendation of an employee. The last time I was in there was a small system hiccup and my online order didn’t process properly (to no fault of the store itself). The owner went above and beyond to make up for it, despite — as I mentioned — it not being his or his store’s fault. We were already loyal customers before that, but it really solidified our trust in and happiness with this location. Thank you to Bob and team for excellence in every area!

They have a huge variety of pet supplies. My puppy is a very picky eater. I was able to return the dry food he didn't like, and get another brand, no problem. (He will eat the Royal Canine Chihuahua type).

Came here for the self-serve wash and to get my little doggie a coat. Very nice setup, you have your different choice of shampoo (including hypoallergenic shampoo for dogs with skin allergies), blow dryer and towels, apron, etc. Also very clean!! I love the fact that it’s very inclusive and has supplies for a lot of different species of pets; Dogs, cats, small animals, fish, reptiles, birds. And I also love the location, very convenient as I live close by. Staff are very welcoming and kind. Overall 10/10 experience for me and my pet!!

Changing my review.I have bought several fish from this whack place, and three have died.I bought a fishnet because they only had one size when they finally did get the right one, I was unable to exchange it. DONT BUY FISH FROM HERE,THEY WILL DIE PAST THE 14DAYS OR BEFORE. THIS PLACE IS A NEIGHBORHOOD RIP OFF PURE AND SIMPLE.

Went to use their self dog wash service. Where the wash is located is set up like a gym bathroom. It is completely open. No privacy. If a customer were shopping there & you are washing your dog, you could reach out and touch that customer. I really don't want people to see my Shephard and myself completely totally wet & sweating. Just no privacy at all. I walked in & walked out.

It was by far the worst experience ever...I made an appointment for full services dog grooming for $125. I brought my dog to the shop, and I knew my dog's hair was matted a little bit.After shaving 1/3 of my dog, I never confirmed the final price all of a sudden groomer told us that they will be an extra 100 dollars upcharge for the matted fur, after shaving 1/3 of my dog.So I officially complained to the Pet supply plus CEO and he made an agreement with me that he will be paying any upcharges for this grooming($100) but the groomer refused to service my dog and after having an argument with a groomer, I had to walk out of the shop with 1/3 of my dog's fur naked.This is unacceptable and especially this Seattle "Pet Supplies Plus" is using this type of method to scam people to pay more service fees, starting cutting before confirming the final price and asking for more money.If you don't want to get scammed or walk out of the shop with 1/3 naked DO NOT GO THIS PLACE, there is so much better place with better services and staff.

Love love love this place!!! I’ve been multiple times and every single time has been extremely pleasant. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I also met the owner during my last visit (didn’t realize he was the owner until I was about to leave) and he was absolutely amazing.

Fantastic store with helpful and friendly staff. One even bought me a bag to carry my cat food cans in because I regularly clean out their stock of chicken pate. I'm here every other week to buy wet food for my 8 year old cat who is missing most of her teeth, as well as dry cat kibble for my 3 year old cat and the crows I've fed for around 6 years now. Thanks for everything!!

Love this place! Locally owned and stocked with everything you need. Super clean. The staff are the friendliest. They go above and beyond, including staying open 15 minutes later so I can run home to grab my wallet.We’ve come here a few times and never a complaint. Our Golden Retriever loves coming here and picking treats too! We look forward to using their self-wash service soon.

Kayla does not listen to our directions for grooming our dog, she looked horrible after her groom, it was like she used incorrect grooming sheers on our baby. The long fur on her head is now in her eyes, the growth of her body fur is undergroomed. We are making another appt less than 1 month for a caring groomer.

I have 2 cats and started coming here right when it opened because it's in such a convenient location. The staff have always been nice and helpful. The owner(s) have also introduced themselves to me and definitely come off friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great variety here and even deliver. Excellent customer service. Walked me through multiple dry canine food options to find the most comparable to our current brand with a comparable price point. With the frequent coupons I receive as a member we are seeing a very significant savings. I love using the self service wash stations and the quality soaps they have are perfect for my mutt. I always get assistance when I need it. Today Sage took her time helping me find the right product for my kitty. She was knowledgable about the products and friendly. Kiki was also so nice, friendly while checking me out. It is always a delight to go to this store!
