I went in to purchase some pig ears. Clerk was super helpful and made some good suggestions. In addition, she helped my buy some food for my 7 month old puppy. I was hesitant in case my dog didn't like the new food. She said they have a policy with the company and that I could bring back the food if my dog didn't like it, and I would be refunded and so would they. The food would then be donated to the White Center Food Bank who comes by weekly to collect donations. The clerk was super friendly, shared some upcoming events they were having, and invited me to come back again and bring my puppy. 5 Stars and I'm a stingy grader ;)

Popped in on a whim to see if they carried our dogs' food and to my delight, they actually had it, and everything else in the product line too. The person who checked us out was utterly delightful! Nice, clean, friendly place. Will be coming back often. Highly recommend checking them out.

Usually quick service and friendliness. However, I, an older person have troubles sometimes with ordering online. This is the 2nd time I've tried calling the store for help. The first time a nice young woman took my order by phone. Today I had problems again, spending 1/2 hour trying to order by phone and was told, in no uncertain terms, they couldn't do this. The young man refused to assist me at all. I am confined to home and can't go into the store.

The young man was great- I called in believing I was not going to be there by closing time but I'd try. He said no problem to come.. I did get there one minute before close, but I have no doubt even if I was a couple minutes late he was going to stay and make sure I got what I needed - thanks Bro.. 😎😎😎

My favorite pet store in West Seattle! They have a good selection of high quality treats and food, the staff is always so kind and helpful. I knew I loved them when I found out none of their chews had rawhide in them.

Very excited about this location in the Jefferson Square Plaza in WS. There’s nothing better than walking into this place talking with the associate who is just as passionate about pets as I am, who friends my furry clients while I frantically find what I need, simultaneously demanding answers to questions I’m stressed about.Very supportive and educational experience each time. The two clerks were very nice and both greeted me. When I was done, they asked if I found everything I needed which was nice, but by then, I had made my decisions and was ready to check out and leave. I would have liked if they’d asked if I needed help or had any questions while I was shopping and trying to figure out which dog food to try. I was the only shopper in the store. I live close by and am writing this because I want your store to succeed.

Great, friendly, and helpful store! They are always happy to order in advance if it's something that they don't normally stock, and they keep track of your purchase history in the event you forget which exact kibble your pet eats. Highly recommend this store!

We have been going to the Pet Pros, in West Seattle, for years. There are many pet stores here but we don't go anywhere else. They are fairly priced and have an excellent inventory. Honestly, the main reason we keep coming back is because of the amazing service we receive from the staff. They are knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and true animal lovers.

Love this little shop! I work a couple doors down, and my chiweenie, Rosie, loves her some of those twisted treats they have so I stop by often. Stella is an absolute gem! She gives every customer an extremely personable experience and makes sure everyone gets the best of the best for their fur babies! I had a great experience at Pet Pros while searching for a new brand of food for my finicky English Bulldog. The staff members were so friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked inside. They took the time to listen when I explained my pup’s digestive woes as had lots of suggestions for how to help. They were highly knowledgeable of the unique needs of the breed and even knew the company history for each food they recommended to me. I was beyond impressed! Plus, their return policy is very flexible. They clearly want you to find the products that are the best fit for your pet. So happy I found this store!

I love Pet Pro’s! I have been shopping there for years. Although the new location is a little bit inconvenient for us, we would not go anywhere else for our pet food. When our vet gave us information on the perils of grain free dog food, the staff was very helpful in finding a food that met with the vet specifications. They also order it for us monthly so we do not run out. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the management of Pet Pro’s’s.

Pet Pros in Westwood Village has been my go to for all my pet's needs. The employees are clearly treated well because they stick around which I appreciate. I was sad when they moved from Westwood Village but it is not far and totally worth maintaining the relationships. My cat's food is spendy so getting a free bag after I buy 12 is a sweet deal and they keep track so I don't need to. It's a win win, though I would continue to buy from Pet Pros because they are great.So reasons I maintain my relationship with Pet Pros:*The employees are professional, knowledgeable, really great people*Free bag of food after 12*Assistance finding a new food when my cat decides she no longer wants what she has been eating for years, haha. The nature of cats!

I randomly picked the brand of dog food that was on special for the month my first time. So you can possibly be as lucky as I was, by design, by asking what this month's featured brand is. If your animal is not picky, you can get a discount from here. My Dexter loved the changes of pace, asked for another bowl of the new one, and he was actually leaving a few pieces of the old stuff in the bowl and ignoring it for days, no matter what you did. I got five dollars off of the 9.95$ bag, so I saved 50%+. Good program. For rotating stock and keeping it fresh, too I imagine!

Use to be the only place I would go for my pets food. They moved which was actually closer to me but their selection has suffered. The food I use to buy from them was always on back order because it was so popular (that's what they told me). Now they don't even carry it at the new location. Stating "since it was on backorder, we didn't think it was a popular item" how is an item that's on backorder not popular? Is you have a pet that is not a cat or dog avoid this location.

I had the best experience today. I was looking to change up my cat food and went to pet pros because of their rewards program. The wall of food is huge, but someone who worked there came and gave me the best service I've ever received in a pet store. They didn't go on and on but they made expert recommendations and even found some samples. Awesome store!

I'm a dog trainer, and I visit this pet pros regularly for supplies and training with clients.They're so helpful, always willing to answer all my questions when figuring out the best option for my client.They are also so respectful of my dogs, and never even ask to pet my dogs unless I ask if they would, to help me with a training goal. And even then, they respect my instructions exactly.Love these guys!
