I completely dropped the ball and forgot to get my cat food during my Saturday errands. I always hate going into a store ten minutes before they close because I know the employees are trying to get everything closed down for the day. The young lady that worked here went out of her way to be extra kind and helped me find the right food for my kitten. Bonus points-she also helped me pick out a new toy for him that has become his absolute favorite. He carries "blue mouse" around with him everywhere. I will be frequenting this local business from now on. Would recommend to anyone!

Every time I go in there they have exactly what I need when I need it from toys to medicine. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. And I got to say I don't know what these bully sticks are made out of but they're not bad tasting.

Small store with limited selection but the super helpful and thoughtful staff were happy to order the product I needed on a regular basis so I didn’t have to drive all the way to SODO for the cat litter my old cat preferred. Now that I have a new dog they have been great with recommendations and returns when my picky pup turned down some of the things we tried. Special thanks to everyone who works there!

I give this place 4 out of 5 stars not for the reason it a bad place but the stock on animal supplies is not the greatest but it a small store. I go there often to pick up stuff for my guinea pigs and hamster and the food selection I great cause they actually eat! I am happy for that but other then that one thing that would be great I'd having animal treats for cats and dogs. Other then that the prices are great and the staff are always super friendly.

These guys carry all the same high end pet products as All the Best and Mud Bay and are similarly priced. What stands out is the customer service. I am always greeted at the door and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have multiple frequent buyer programs. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome Employee Alert , Isabelle !! I've trying to get my pooch some tendon chews and they have been sold out for weeks , She called me from another store that had a supply and brought them to the Magnolia location so I could purchase them !! 5 Star customer service !!

Quick in and out !!! Staff here are awesome !!! They do have online shopping for fast fast pick. I also hear that Bark and Walk Seattle is pick up orders from pet pros magnolia and bringing it to your home for 15.00 $ per online order after 2pm daily and they offer a free first walk with them and free meet and greet !!! Their product is great and the selection is great, however the employees I have come in contact with on several occasions were not knowledgeable or helpful, except for the deli/bakery. It's exhausting in there sometimes . I'd rather go to Met Market but the selection of items at New Seasons is superior so.....

Great local service. I know everything can be bought online at this point but it's good to have a local shop that can answer questions and make recommendations on food and other pet supplies. Like all dedicated pet shops prices can be a bit high but I find pet pros better than the bigger chains.

Horrible customer service. The first clerk basically called me a liar when I tried to return a product there. Then the owner was condescending and passive about the situation. I walked out leaving approximately $100 of merchandise on the counter that I was going to buy! I will never go in there again! Back to Queen Anne businesses!

I walked 2.5 miles with my dog into the Magnolia Pet Pros looking for a flea collar. I entered the store and asked the young female, who was more or less draped over the front counter looking extremely bored, where the flea collars were located. She told me the store didn't carry them. In a state of disbelief I summarily turned around and left the store.Well, excuse me all to hell, but aren't you a pet store? Do you normally go out of your way to be unhelpful and turn customers away at the door? Are you too 'exclusive' and PC to carry normal pet brands and items? You can bet that I'll never darken your door again.

My regular pet store stopped stocking a type of raw bone my dog loves and couldn’t order it. Pet Pros ordered it for me instead and gave me a call when it was in. I’m glad I gave them a call!
