I absolutely love this place! The employee named Drew is amazing and is always so helpful whenever my husband or I shop there. He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things pets and he's helped us out so much with our dog Hattie and new cat! He'll answer all your questions and has such great info on all the products in the store. He's helped us a ton with our crazy picky eater chihuahua. The other employees are extremely sweet too! They are always smiling and everyone is always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for always making our shopping experience enjoyable!

I buy most of our pet supplies here. The staff are amicable and greet my family by name. My pups love walking to the pet store and feel very comfortable here. The selection is considerable, and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Just love this place. Took my daughter that's 12 to get all she needed for her Betta tank. They were so helpful and just seemed happy to be there. Anyways we bought our fish but we were not ready for it. They held it for us for over a week. When we came back there was this super nice gentlemen that was being very helpful and telling us he would give us a bunch of coupons. He ended up being the owner. It was just a great store and a great experience.

Pet Elements has been our go to pet store since they opened. We love the staff, trustworthy products and overall vibe of the place. We feel supported there and part of the West Seattle community.They have everything my dog needs and some things he doesn’t need but I want to buy anyway.Fun place highly recommend.

The friendliest staff, ever! My rescue dog is shy, but loves treats and every single person who works here is so sweet and patient when giving her treats and attention. I really feel like they care about your pets here, which is shown both in how they interact with animals and what they stock for them. By far our favorite pet supply in all of Seattle.

Pet Elements truly cares about pets and their well-being. They aren't afraid to spend time to talk with you about what your pet needs and really problem solve how best to help. My cat has IBS and it's been a journey to find the right food that will help her feel better. Pet Elements has been there every step of the way and provided support for her as we figure out what her stomach can handle. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic pet store! I have a very shy puppy who needs socialization and the clerks are always super welcoming and treat my puppy like a little king. It's always a wonderful experience for him so we'll definitely keep coming back. They have a fantastic selection of foods, treats, toys, leashes/harnesses- basically everything you need.

LOVE this place!!!! My dog is always so excited to come in here because of the amazing staff. Every single staff member is friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything I buy here is priced equally to Amazon, and even if it wasn’t I would still shop here because of the wonderful customer service.They have a fantastic selection, and carry high quality products (no antibiotics, raw, organic). I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. Of all the great pet stores we have in West Seattle, this is my absolute favorite.

Truly the BEST pet store in Seattle. Always well-stocked and the friendliest, most insightful staff! For weeks they worked with us and took their time to develop a custom diet for our dog that struggles with medical issues and needs specific supplements daily. Went in for the first time to look for new food for my kitty after she was diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. The staff was so helpful and informative, and food was labeled “kidney” or “kidney rx” which was so helpful in understanding the (many) options. Will be doing as much of my pet need shopping here as possible!

Always get amazing service from these folks and I feel that their pricing is on par if not lower than most other pet food stores. Not only do they sell raw food for cats and dogs but they have so many different kinds. If your dog or cat doesn’t like the food and won’t eat it, they’ll take it back and donate it to a local shelter! ❤️❤️

Too bad the clerks don’t wear masks with every customer. They offered to put one on for me, but that’s not really the point. We need to work together to prevent spreading the virus to everyone we come in contact with.
