Love Love Love Paws in the Park! We met Ramona shortly after we moved to the area. After explaining that we have a pit-boxer-bull dog that is “challenging” to get toenails clipped, she assured us that she specialized in challenges 😜 She spoke the truth!! 🙌 Our pup gets freaking excited when he knows he gets a spa day and to see his girlfriend!! Let me be clear, he doesn’t get excited about many things! When we get to Paws in the Park, I can barely hold on to him while he beelines for the spa door at the back of the store. I don’t think he really wants a bath. I know he is excited to see Ramona and give her some sloppy kisses. And Julie always shows him love too. Treats help. 😂 Julie is also knowledgeable about products and able to make great recommendations based on our pups needs. It is fantastic to walk in and Pete is greeted by name and loved on from beginning to end. 😍❤️ We appreciate and love Ramona and Julie!!

I can't say enough good things about Paws in the Park. We take our large dogs there to be groomed and they always are well-taken care of. Ramona and her team do a fantastic and thorough job. Julia is a dear and is consistent with her great client service. Paws in the Park also has an expansive variety of treats and food. It's likely that you'll find everything you need to keep your furry friend happy and healthy.

Highly recommend for pet food and supplies! Honestly I would rather support this local store than Petco. I’m sad I just found it today. The worker I spoke with today was so helpful and recommended some great options for my pup that has an upset tummy. Also a bonus, they sell Acana. My pup loves that brand and they had a wide variety of flavors (dry and wet). They are reasonably priced. They had great toy selections and chews. If you are in the area and own a pet, support this business.

Julie is awsome and is very nice and knowlegable in the product in her store. Its a homey atmospher and the store has a good variety of food toys and other pet needs. Their grooming staff are very friendly and are good at their job.

I actually went here by random chance and was hoping to find maybe one or two treats made in America and was blown away by the selection of treats I'd never even seen before at PetSmart or Mud Bay. I've been trying to move my dogs to a 100% American diet after seeing so many recalls and "linked to" reports about foreign-manufactured dog foods and treats. The staff were very helpful in making recommendations. I can't speak to their other offerings or services, but their treat selection was exactly what I was looking for--not just made in America, but flavors/content my dogs had never even tried before such as alligator or elk.

I can't begin to find words to say how much I love this place! I took my Pomeranian, Sebastian, here to be groomed after just moving from Utah. I had the best experience with the staff and he looked so beautiful. I felt confident he was treated with love - and I feel I have several new friends.

Paws in the Park is a great pet store, with good staff. They carry a really good dog food from New Zealand called Wishbone. Love the types of ingredients they put in this food.

I go to Normandy Park at least 1 a month. Whenever I am there I have to stop. Julie is the nicest and most helpful. She really takes the time to get to know her customers and their fur babies. If gas wasn't so expensive I'd do all my pet shopping here. Thank you Julie and Yvette for your help.

The groomers are AMAZING! Truly, I've never seen work like this! Why three stars? It's never appropriate to condescend to your customers.I asked them what I would need to bring with me when I made the appointment. I am the dog sitter, I told them that the dog's parents were out of town with a 13-hour time difference when I made the appointment. They said "nothing." When I arrived they asked me for a lot of information that I did not have, all of which I could have easily brought had they shared this with me when I asked for it. They proceeded to condescend to me and when the parents didn't call fast enough (13 HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE!) threatened to charge me. Hey - I was just being nice and phoning you back with a different number even though it's 2:00 a.m. there.Whose fault was this? Theirs. Work on your people skills. I wanted to give you 5 stars.

I went to this groomer for the first time in desperate need of getting my dogs knots removed. They got me in right away and did an amazing job! I forgot to ask her name, but I'm sure she was the owner. Every employee was so nice, and they all seemed to love their jobs. I will be back for sure! I have never had such a good experience at a groomers before. Highly recommended!

Rude customer service most places allow returns if your dog doesn't like the food. Unless you know that your dog likes the food, stay away. The lady here was rude and disrespectful when I asked about trying to return it. Will be going else where.

Awesome groomers! Had a new groomer, Jason, and I asked him to be especially gentle with my little dog because she had severe health issues. I hoped that he would have her in and out quickly as to not stress her out. She was ready in an hour and a half and he did a terrific job and she didn't seem to be stressed at all. I've always had great experiences with this place in the past three years. The owner is always pleasant when I come in. I always get a smile and warm greeting from her.

This is definitely the best place to get pet. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. I give it five stars we have a very very old miniature Dotson and this is where we go to get her nails done. These ladies are totally. This is the only place we go and we live in

I love this pet store so much. The staff are always friendly and whenever my dog gets his nails done, it is always quick and easy. I can tell he doesn't get stressed with them unlike other places. They also have great products. I would drive 20 minutes from my home just because this place is great.

Took my long-haired cat to get groomed on her nails and feet. They don’t post the prices online, so I expected it to be a fair price and based on the community, this place came highly recommended.I really don’t know why. My cat’s mane and bottom were groomed and turned out okay, but they couldn’t even get her in the bath (my vet can), they barely trimmed her nails, and didn’t even trim/touch the bottoms of her feet.Maybe this is a great place for dogs, but we did not have a great experience here for our cat. Way overpriced for what they did and the work was sloppy. The two stars is for the lady who rang us up.

So easy to get my cat's nails clipped. Just show up! (Be sure to call the first time to get the exact times.)I also used them to groom my dog before she died and appreciated their care.
