Love the Nordstrom with luxury brands available. Also I am Nordstrom spa client. I get my hydrafacials here. I live in Downtown Seattle and that's my place to go for shopping & dining and more! Also the cafe on top floor have amazing & healthy food available. Very quick and affordable delicious meals. They also have amazing perfume stand with Jo Malone, Baccarat Rouge and Chanel cosmetics stand.

The first time I came here was under the guise of girl’s weekend with my then roommate, but in actuality - she was trying to ruin her ex boyfriend’s wedding. I swear I didn’t know, nor did I support this. I have to admit though, that she did find some absolutely gorgeous lingerie in the intimates department. So points go to Nordstrom for that.While she shopped I enjoyed lunch. Of course, I had the tomato bisque - what else? I paired that with a nice glass of white wine and then off to the handbag department where I met a fabulous woman who gave me her single son’s number who I met later that night for a date, but it didn’t work out so I rode the Ferris wheel alone.Fortunately, my more recent visits have been far less eventful, but nevertheless memorable. There’s something so comforting about sitting down for lunch in Nordstrom, the store where my grandmother and great grandmother bought their expensive shoes that sadly never fit me. In a way, it’s like I’m getting to be near them… even with my big feet.In conclusion, while you might not find love at Nordstrom, you will always find a beautiful handbag. And I think we all know which lasts longer.(Note: My then roommate did not ruin the wedding, and he got married, and I moved out shortly thereafter)

Nordstrom's Grill (Main Level)I was disappointed with the food and service. I ordered the Ginger salad and the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts.The Ginger salad was not bad; and I did order it without meat. The lettuce was varied from butter, romaine and merlot; a few slivers of carrots, mandarin oranges and crunchy noodles broken in tiny bits. The dressing was very good, but the salad was over dressed (enough to put on 2 salads).The Brussel Sprouts were a huge disappointment. Firstly, throwing a couple hot peppers and some raw peanuts on a dish doesn't make it kung pao, and secondly, there was no spicy or sauce, which is key to kung pao. The Brussel sprouts were overcooked and dry. The plate was filled with a lot of burnt leaves from the sprouts, and the so-called chicken sausage was very interesting. It seemed to be ground chicken sausage, dredged in flour and then fried. Interesting, but not tasty.The Service started out really well, attentive and polite, but went downhill rather quickly.I have eaten at Nordstrom cafés across the country, and this one was miserable. I do not recommend these dishes, but next time I will try something else and see if my opinion changes. Right now it is not too positive.

I’ve been a card holder since 2018 and mainly signed up because of Nordstrom’s reputation for impeccable customer service. The customer service was top notch until about a year ago (especially in the women’s clothing department). I often see employees standing around the register while I hold a pile of clothes and shop. When I do get helped, it is often by the same few employees, I wish I could remember all of their names to give them recognition (like Lesley in the shoe department, she’s awesome). I hope that the customer service improves, this flagship store is very beautiful and well organized.

1. Hate the Chanel store here but 2. Love the Hermes! & 3. Love the Burberry here :) Pretty good service! The employees didn't feel so stiff and were more lively and informative than the other nearby stores. The display had a variety of new styles esp in side bags which I love! The only critique would to offer more handbag varieties and would love to see maybe more clothings/accessories to browse for (since my mom was interested in a handbag from here; I just love the trench coats but wanted to see more personally!). The guy helping us was rlly kind and came back on several occasions to check if we still needed help or any recommendations to help us decide. Overall felt my purchase was worth it! 10/10 from me!

I have been to this Nordstrom location many times but now I have the time to write a review. The store offers many high-quality items and selections from many famous brands. You can go up or down by using either the escalators or elevators. The men restroom is in the M floor while women restroom is in other floors. The service is always great and consistent between stores, and they have a good vibe also. I highly recommend everyone to check it out when you go around Seattle Downtown

Huge Nordstrom that houses luxury shops like Chanel & LV and many others inside. Extensive selection in all departments. Highly recommend a visit. They also have a huge cafe and lots of eateries near by. We usually park at a paid lot in Pacific Place. Not sure if they validate for parking.

Wth has happened to my favorite store?!? I have been shopping with Nordstrom's for over 40 years and the service has been cratering! Customer service calls terminated overseas, credits taking forever, etc! Credits take so long I am hesitant to shop with them again! They have 1 good store, South Coast Plaza, in Costa Mesa, CA. The mangaer has been there over 40 years and she has helped me out of a couple of jams. Thank God for her! There is too many competitors out there that treat their customers a lot better than Nordstrom does! I will definitely think twice before I do business with this store again!

Gorgeous store with a wonderful selection. They've seemed to make a shift over the last couple years to focus on high end designer clothing (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent etc.), which isn't for everybody but they've done a great job. I was pleasantly surprised to see they carried quite a few up and coming designers and streetwear brands too (Off White, Heron Preston, Fear of God). They have a pretty extensive selection of Nike, Topman, and some other entry level brands too. There is something for everybody here. The staff is pleasant and attentive too. Definitely give this store a visit.

Amazing department store. The merchandising and products are all beautiful. Store is clean and the racks are organized well. The severaltimes I have been here the service has been friendly and accomodating. Saw that there was a Santa Clause set up while passing by so we brought my daughter here for her first Santa. It was a fun experience.

I order something online to pick up because the website said the item was available. We got an email saying it was ready and when I got to the store, it was not. The employee helping did not know what to do and said it was "Probably in the back store room" with some attitude and told us to come back later. I specifically told her to not cancelled it please. I waited for a couple of days and when I recheck with my order online and Nordstrom had cancelled my order. There was no notification that it was cancelled until I had to rechecked it. This was terrible customer service and lack communication from nordstroms end. Please get your inventory correct so this doesn't happen again.

If you are downtown and need a chil place to grab a coffee or light meal go to Nordstrom Cafe on the 2nd floor. There.s lots of room to spread out. It.s my favorite place to meet up with people before or after an event downtown.

Typical vibe for a Nordstrom but it was impossible to get help in the department I was in (obviously shoes) from the pictures. They had some fun options but nothing that was for your casual wearer. If you're looking for the latest designer option that's where you want to go. They even had birkenstoks that I had never seen or knew they made. Unfortunately I was looking for plain white leather sneakers but that was not a thing and anything close was 600$. I think a wider range would be nice

Anastasiya in the fragrances department made my experience seamless. Had an answer for my every question, provided insight as to what fragrances I might like based off of my reactions to samples, and made it really easy to make a decision. Eventually helped me settle on YSL LNDL, will come back in the future to fuel a newfound interest (addiction) for fragrances

Went to buy some perfumes, yes I have an addiction, and the sales associate was so rude. When I asked her about a sample that was empty that I wanted to smell, she didn't even look up from her phone abd said," not my department I work makeup " and went back to her phone. Needless to say this was the first time I left Nordstrom without buying anything. I tried to find another associate in the perfume area but they were all huddled around a gentleman like they were in a class and I could not get their attention. Customers are apparently not important anymore there. Very disappointing.

Left a bad taste in my mouth. Went to try two pairs of shoes before deciding to purchase. The coordinator woman circled around the area twice and asked everyone if they need help except me. Every other customer is white and I’m not, not sure if that’s why. Fine. I have to reach out for help more than once. One pair of shoes they have is not the color I want so I said I need to think about it, and the woman bringing them started to make sarcastic comments right after I said that. Disgusting experience. Hope our path will never cross again

This place was a bit rough, but the sales professionals were spirited. I don't really shop here, but my mother was in town and wanted to buy a purse. Maybe I expected too much? With such lovely people, they should work on ambiance.
