Excellent service and very good dog and cat food brands and excellent high quality products. They are very kind people and they advise you and clarify your doubts kindly and with a lot of patience. Nice place and excellent service. The prices are a little lower than in Petco and they have more variety of high quality products and what I liked the most is the attention of the employees. Super recommended. They also have home delivery up to 1 mile around the store. 👍. There are employees who speak Spanish and English.

Everyone at the store is phenomenal and treat my dog Clark like he's a rock star. The selection is fantastic and the prices are more than fair. The worst part about going to Mud Bay is convincing Clark that it's time to leave. Love this store.

The staff here are amazing and remember my dog by name. They always seem very happy to help and are very knowledgeable. Their prices are really reasonable and they have a great selection of dog food to choose from, compostable poop bags, clothing etc. It's a fun experience to shop with your pet and my dog loves this place. I'm so happy to have this pet store in my neighborhood and it's good to support local businesses! Also their return policy is fantastic too as my dog is a picky eater.

The chain has a reputation of being more expensive than all the other pet stores in the area, but that's not necessarily true. I'm surprised that some of the food that I buy for my dog is actually cheaper here than other places. I really love the small double-ended leashes they sell for dogs that are $8 and the bins of loose snacks that they have. I do wish that there was a reason that they asked for your phone number, like a rewards program or something like that, since most of the other big pet stores or local chains do have some kind of rewards program.

Awesome products, Excellent customer service! Every time we visit Mud Bay, the folks who work there are very knowledgable about their products. It is obvious how much they love animals as well as their work. We buy all of our pup's stuff there, food, treats, supplements, poop bags, you name it. Our pups love to visit too because they know they will get treats!

Every time I go here,the staff is super friendly and helpful! I never feel like my questions are dumb here, and I never feel like I'm putting anyone out by asking them. They also have samples of some of their foods so you can see if your pets like something before committing to buying a whole bag of it, which has definitely saved me a lot of money, because I have a couple of picky cats! Yes, they're more expensive than some of the bigger chain stores, but to me it's well worth it.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's kind of like a Whole foods for pets. It's on the pricey side but has great quality. I love their kitty litter section as they have trays where you can test the litter to see what you like. Litter is expensive and there's nothing worse than picking one out that you hate and get stuck with. Highly recommend store. Also they give coupons out at adoption centers in Seattle.

Best pet store in Seattle! Katelyn is super friendly and helpful, I used to be a shopper at next to nature, and was sad when she left. They didnt have my dogs food so I went to Mudbay and was so happy to see her working there! They didn't have my doggos food in stock either, but she did have my food in samples, and put in an order. She gave me enough sample to last me the two days until I could come get the order. Amazing girl, my dog has allergies and is very particular/picky about what he eats so I am so thankful for the service I received and Admiral MudBay is now my goto store!

Mud Bay has great healthy options for cats and dogs. The staff are super friendly and helped us find the right food for our picky cat. The free treat samples are also great for our picky eater. I know if I buy food from here I don't have to worry about the quality.

I love the west Seattle Mud bay, I’ve gone to this place multiple times in the past but this specific time was the best! I recently went in to get recommendations on dog food. I was super stressed out because my dog recently had dental surgery and got 5 teeth removed and he was on a hunger strike. He wouldn’t eat any soft foods, but he would only eat treats! So I needed a solution to get him to eat actual food so we could give him his pain medication. (Didn’t want to give it to him on an empty stomach). I went in and worked with Kisha and her manager! They were both absolutely amazing! They helped me so much, and they genuinely cared about my dog and the situation I was facing! At the end the manager helped me pick a few things out, and she comped both items! I wasn’t expecting that at all but I was absolutely grateful. My dog finally ate all the food they recommended me! Thank you thank you thank you! Every time I’ve gone into this mud bay everyone is always so helpful and truly caring. Thank you ladies so much for helping me in me time of confusion!
