Fault advertising on price and when I said something about to the employee the individual blow it off nor did not want to give the product at the advertised price. See photo attached. The product came up 81 something before taxed. I was in yesterday the another employee acknowledged the priced because I was comparing prices.

I left with more knowledge than I had when I came in, and was very happy with my experience there. 4 plus stars for me, only bc they didn't have anything that we came in for, however the plus is for the fact that they had plenty of samples for my puppers...

They used to be friendly and give out 3 free treat and kibble samples without hesitation with a purchase. They no longer give treat samples to take home and they were argumentative when I wanted to try some kibble samples. It’s time for me to buy online, save money and get less attitude.

Amanda was super knowledgeable and helpful when I needed to find a new brand of high quality of dog food. She really understood my needs and helped find the right kind of food for my picky dog. We got to try a few brands and flavors until my dog picked the one she wanted out. I’m very grateful for Amanda and all the help I got from this Mud Bay location! Five Stars!!!!

Because of the heatwave, I was desperately searching for a gel cooling pad. I spoke to Angela or Angie on the phone, and she reserved one for me. My cat has been laying on it nonstop. Glad MudBay stocks products like these.

3.5 stars. Mud Bay is a premium pet store that's mostly geared toward cats and dogs (and their well-off owners). They have much of the premium feed, treats and basic supplies on offer in this part of the world -all conveniently located in one place. Very convenient. They even make ID tags on metal plates for your loved pet's collar for around $10+ taxes.Prices are steep. So, if you're not burning through cash, it's not necessarily the best place for regular purchases but for convenience and quality, they are hard to beat, especially if you are looking for lots of premium choices under one roof.I must say that I do hate all of the lamb, duck and other less common dead animal foods on offer throughout, as well as the seeming total lack of vegan and vegetarian options. On Capitol Hill in Seattle, that's just lame.On the flip side, they score a few 'extra' points for their hours, being open every day until 7:30p (Sundays until 7p; holiday time hours vary).

You can’t get authentic human care from ordering online. Unsolicited the staff helped ease some of my stress that comes with bringing an eight week puppy home. They are knowledgeable, kind and attentive with great customer service….and who cares about an extra dollar or two when you’re talking about your dog?So glad and thankful I have this place in my neighborhood.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. About to go camping and felt very good about my purchase. One item I did need to return/exchange and it was extremely easy. No hassle. I love the quality of the products sold here, I don't feel like I'm giving my dog something unhealthy/companies sneaking something unhealthy that I (as a consumer) don't know about.If I'm correct, there's a process in which all items in the store have to go through BEFORE being sold/enter into the store. Even if that isn't true, I still appreciate knowing all these products are safe and healthy. My dog definitely appreciates it and I can tell with his demeanor and overall health that switching to Mudbay had paid off. (Used to buy things from QFC or quick off the shelf items).I specifically love this little location, I don't feel overwhelmed with choices (unlike the bigger store down the road). Again, staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.Love this location!

Truly the BEST customer service! My dog loves going in there, even when we don’t need to go in. I’ve been to multiple All the Best stores and I always am helped by the rudest people. I recommend this place to everyone! They always give treats and are ready to answer any questions. Very happy to have this store close to my apartment.I’ve been coming here for years and the products and employees are AMAZING! And if you don’t like what you bought you can return it or exchange it.Thank you to everybody that works there!

This is our dog’s favorite store ever. It’s close to our home, and great neighborhood store. The people who work there seem to love it there. Our dog now expects and demands treats by going behind the counter. The photos are of our dog enjoying mixed berry flavored ice cream we got from there. Wish it had our brand of dog food but that is its own challenge. We don’t want to support Amazon and reduce shipping to our home.It’s fun to take our baby to just get a little joy and lots of enrichment and treats.

I'm visiting Seattle and wanted to bring back some treats for my pup. I stopped in to this location and they had a great selection of pick-your-own dog biscuits. The best part was the welcoming staff! Any customer service role is a difficult job and I wanted to make sure these employees got some recognition :)

Popped in during an emergency, where my dog and I were many hours from home with a family member in Urgent Care. Found dogs normal food on the shelf and the representative assisting made us feel cared for during an uneasy situation.

I really like this place! They managed to put quite a bit of different merchandise in a relatively small space but arranged it really intelligently so you never feel cramped.Probably the main attraction is the volume and variety of products. There a many, many different types of cat foods available in different styles, portion sizes, flavors, dietary needs, etc. They also sell general cat need stuff like bowls, mats, toys, and even litter in a number of varieties. While there are also things for sale for dogs, I didn't pay much attention to those; sorry!!!The litter in question even has its own quaint display showing what the different kinds of litter look like and some of their desirable attributes, like whether or not it clumps, whether it tracks easily, whether it produces a lot of dust, whether it's sustainable, etc.The staff is always great and super helpful as well; it makes the stress of shopping for a fickle cat a lot easier.Overall 5/5 would recommend.

The spoiled kids of our day and age work here. They really don't like to spend much time making a sale, or ensuring that you and your pet receive something within your budget. They really didn't care less if I needed help. These specialty stores are far more expensive than the average grocery. Don't you think the extra we invest in our beloved pets at this store should be rewarded with gold star service to ensure we're getting the most benefit to our pet and our pocketbook.

Excellent store, Excellent staff. I actually like this store more than the one between Pine/Pike but does unfortunately have a smaller selection. However I do find the people here know more? But that could be some sorta of confirmation bias.Anyway... the store policy on cash is classist (not everyone has bank debit cards or credit cards). Store policy on prohibiting the displaying of Pride/BLM support is also a trash move on them. Again the workers are top notch and this company is lucky to have compassionate people working here but this new corp façade starting May 2022 is gross.Bad corporation. Bad! I mean like you're in Seattle, in Capital Hill. That's a Bad Mudbay, Bad!

We were passing through Seattle on a Sunday evening around 6 pm and we needed food and a halter collar for our little dog. At that time parking was not a problem. The store saw well laid out and has just about everything you need. The male staff that was working was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoyed shopping here. Well done.

My dog has Covid-19 anxiety and I bought a muzzle for training her back to normal. I left with a few extra bags of treats, because the staff is awesome and very welcoming. They understood her playful attitude!

Costumer service is good, but with the pandemic they are often our of the flavors of food my cat needs for variety in the brand she needs given her digestion. I've been told that it's a supply issue but it seems more related to distribution since I am able to buy the food online from other sources.

Mudd bay is by far the best place for pet food. This location is especially fantastic. Great staff who know what they are talking about. They are always happy to refund and give out samples too. I think this location is moving. But I'm sure the quality of the new location will be just as good.
