Let me tell you Mud Bay is a great place to get my Trixie 🐈‍⬛ supplies. I think I've spent 25 dollars there and walked out with well over 75 dollars in freebies from coupons and samples. I can't wait to bring Trix in there to meet the staff!

We love Mud Bay! Great local pet store chain. Our location has seen our dog grow from a tiny puppy and they're always so happy to see her. Very helpful and lovely staff. Great selection.

Meghan and Riley are STELLAR sales manager team and examples of why people become faithful to a location. We even posted on all our websites w our Film company showing our favorite pals Meghan and Riley! We can't get over how much we love being there and buy buy buy EVERYTHING @this location due to their customer service and broadcast it to everyone we know.. Lamb lung and Sprats are a new favorite!How'er today, to show you how a BAD experience w a rude front counter rep (gosh was HE a supervisor Zak?!!! was that his name) can ruin an experience for the customer and their pet. We won't be returning to that store again. Unfortunately when someone is that nasty it makes you not want to even be there. The complaint my pup was in the counter for a nano sec because two Huge dogs showed up and I didn't want her or them all getting too excited. He snapped at me Mam MAM MAM!!! while I'm struggling with my wallet to buy something and trying to contain the 2 big dogs from getting too crazy around our area cause they were 80lbs easy, to her 4.2 and she's super sweet and submissive. Well he wouldn't stop putting us down altho it was merely a 5mins transaction as I was clearly leaving (aside from being a senior with a hearing disability I shall never returned to be screamed at by that SOB who lacks complete people skills and knowing how to a little more understanding with Seniors (as an elderly Asian American elder, may the is just prejudice again certain kinds of people "Zak" I think that's his name by I cdnt see his hidden badge but perfect example of how a great bunch of sales people can make a difference and a terrible employee who thinks he's a GOD can ruin everything for everyone . Bad taste in my mouth!!!

the staff are always so friendly here! they always ask before giving my dog a treat, which I appreciate bc she has some dietary restrictions. the store is most focused on food, but I did get a really great machine washable bed here too !

I'm TinkerBelle the Fairy Chihuahua. I LOVE 💞my friends at Roosevelt Way Mud Bay. They are the BEST! BIG BARK OUT TO THEM, they're GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and an AMAZING PRODUCT. I’ve been here a few times since relocating and every experience has been positive. My last visit, I went in for a harness. Staff were helpful and so excited to see my senior dog. I also realized I lost my debit card around the store somewhere. I was helped by a staff who found it and I am still so grateful they went above and beyond.

Of COURSE this place is great! It's surprisingly affordable if you know what you're looking for. My cat has a very low tolerance for "garbage food", she's all about the chicken chicken chicken - but she likes variety, too. I like knowing that whatever we try is of a certain standard and won't have a bunch of filler in it, and that if my cat doesn't like something we can return the unused portion. The service is great, and the employees make a big fuss over my cat which she LOVES. Total sweethearts!

Best of the best!!! I’ve been a faithful Mud Bay customer for years. Their price are fair, competitive and they care about the quality of their products. That being said, this is my absolute favorite Mud Bay in Seattle. While I live near the U Village location, this new spot is worth traveling to. The good vibes, exceptional customer service and quality products can’t be underestimated. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Tucker is a Rockstar!!! He went above and beyond to assist my wounded Goldendoodle puppy and made several fantastic suggestions for my picky eater. Can’t recommend this store enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a delightful new Mud Bay location! We brought in our new puppy, who got lots of treats and snuggles from all the kind and knowledgeable staff. We've always used Mud Bay for our pet needs, and this location is so convenient. I highly recommend a visit (as does Babka :) )

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They’ve helped us make informed decisions about our cat’s diet, litter and toys and I like that everything there is very high quality and that there’s a thoughtful variety of everything we’ve needed. Good selection of raw food. Very reasonable prices, too, and their return policy can’t be beat.

Literally the most helpful pet store I've ever walked into. They have the most compassionate, kind, good willed staff, and you cannot find a better store to go too. If you want to go somewhere you'll be treated like they want you to come back, this is the place.

DO YOU BELIEVE IN HUMAN RIGHTS? DO YOU BELIEVE IN ANIMAL RIGHTS? The store manager here does not! He will SCREAM IN YOUR FACE (well with in the 6 ft) because a dog sat on a chair at Mud Bay! Violence towards others while shopping alone is not Okay! Yes and if you bring your own bag because they never have bags at the capital hill location he will scream in your face as well! He will actually FOLLOW YOU AND SCREAM DIRECTLY ONTO YOUR FACE! Be very careful! The rise in violence since the pandemic is all over the news! I shouldn't be exposed to this kind of behavior in Mud Bay.

I'd give more stars if I could! I know some of the staff from the U Village Mud Bay and I'm so glad they transferred over to this one when it opened. They're all so nice and fun to talk to. They brighten my day every time I come in! 💖
