Our sweet elderly dog started having digestive issues, so our vet recommended Just Food for Dogs. I've always fed her kibble and a little canned food, so transitioning to fresh food was completely new to me.Lauren and her team have been a delight to work with every step of the way. They have helped guide us through the right food and portions for our dog, and every time we place a new order, it's always so fun to catch up with them.Most importantly, the food helped my dog! Her stomach issues have calmed down, and she's back to her normal self. We are grateful for this food and this team, and I'll be a customer till the end. Thank you, Just Food for Dogs!

Might be considered pricey, but we are what we eat & my old dog is always at his best when he eats real food, which they produce. Also the staff has only ever been great & kind.

My Miss Molly is extremely picky and due to some health issues starting 3yrs ago she stopped eating and dropped about 8lbs. We have tried everything with little to no luck. Specialist and vet both recommended Just Food for Dogs. Guess what, she not just loved it but has consistently been eating every day and is now part of the clean bowl crew. Looking healthier and has more spunk. Just placed an order for another month of the Turkey and the Beef. Highly recommend stopping by the store and buy a couple of the smaller packages to see if will work for you and your fur kid.

My Pomeranian Bella loves this food!We have try the venison and squash, the fish and sweet potato, chicken and rice, turkey and macaroni, beef and potatoes... she devours her food!Her veterinary clinic recommended this place because Bella needed to lose weight.

We started with Just Food for Dogs for our late senior who was diagnosed renal failure. We continued with them for our puppy and use the pantry boxes when traveling and the fresh frozen for everyday consumption. Great quality ingredients and I appreciate the kitchen in store for same day fresh food pickup. The store is always clean and great customer service.

Love! Wonderful company with compassionate staff and a much healthier food option for my dog who needs a prescription diet. So grateful for JFFD, and the Westlake store is the BEST! They were very concerned when I needed the prescription food that I got it in time before I had to leave for a dog sitting job on the peninsula. They made sure I got what I needed, despite the fact they were out of stock when I originally called. Amazing staff, beautiful store, quality food, fast and affordable shipping! I feel it is important to share our experience with other consumers, who are supporting Just Food for Dogs SLUOur vet recommended their food and we have been loyal since 2019. Unfortunately in our experience there has been a fast turnover on staff and I understand mistakes happen, in the past staff was great to correct. My latest experience when our 25lbs box of food was delivered frozen, I called Just Food for dogs and I won't mention the persons name, she was unhelpful and extremely rude, I did write corporate a email and the response was we are happy to pick up and refund your money, I wrote back and said my dog will not have food.Why am I ordering fresh food when it comes frozen? It took me a few hours trying to package it while chipping away.I am not sure if they have grown too fast but definitely the quality is not as it use to be. I did reach out to my vet and she also said she has been having issues with the inconsistency.We all want the best for our pets and going forward I am exploring Farmer's DogI hope this will be helpful to others who may be noticing inconsistencies.

10 stars!!! You've got to try this place!I'm no vet but it makes sense to me that giving your dog human quality food would make its life better and help her/him live longer. If you're even slightly thinking about visiting this place it's an absolute must. My dog is really, really picky. I have tried about 12 different dog foods, she won't eat any of them, she survived off sneaking cat food. So I came here, the staff is incredible, they gave my dog treats and she got to sample different foods until she found one she liked. I have had my dog for about 6 months and she had NEVER eaten food like she did there! They have fresh food (on certain day/times) fresh/frozen food, even supplement powers, oils and recipes to create balanced meals if you want to do it yourself.My dog loves loves loves the fresh frozen food I purchased as well as the recipe I made at home. I really enjoy making it at home. The recipe ingredients are all readily available in grocery stores and you just mix in their supplements and optional oils. I have an extra freezer in my garage so I just wrap in daily portions in butcher paper.They even have a small assortment of cat food.Asher called me about a week or two later to ask how my dog and cat like the food and if I had any other questions. And sent a post card! Excellent service!!!Highly recommend!!!!

I started giving my dog JF4D about 2.5 years ago now. She was 13 at the time and having several health issues that made me (and the vets) think I should enjoy the time I had with her, because it likely wouldn't be much longer). 2.5 years later she is almost 16 and while her eyesight isn't what it once was, she has so much more energy than before (acts more like a 7 year old pup). She's able to go on about a mile walk with me each day and even runs up stairs. I'm so thankful to still have her here and while yes, this food is expensive, it is worth every penny!!! Izzie's favorite is the venison and squash recipe, but she also likes the beef and potatoes and the turkey macaroni recipes.

Cat owner review! The staff were very friendly and happy to tell me about their Just Food For Cats options. I've always been interested in fresh/raw food, and this has the added bonus of preparing locally. My cat is on a wet canned diet now and loved the recipe I brought home. The only potential gotchas:- Only one recipe available for cats, though their Fish & Chicken recipe is a hit.- No free cat samples, but I got a (heavily) discounted meal to take home and try. This may not be great if your kitty is not into it and you're stuck with waste, but it's nice to get the full experience of multiple meals.Overall, a wonderful experience. I'm hoping to get more in the future.

My Samoyed has a very sensitive stomach and does not tolerate any other food without having to cook it myself. Even top expensive kibble creates, well, stinky messes. However, it was already expensive, and prices just went waaay up. But it is worth it when you don't like cooking or cleaning up mud-butt.

Great place, great vibe. My dogs love their treats. The staff are super friendly and remember you and your dog. They even sent me a card and an email thanking me for my purchase and naming my dog saying they missed her.

Great snacks, meals and meal kits. The meals look like something you'd cook in your own kitchen for your own dinner. Needless to say my pup gets quite excited when we're nearby and at dinner time.

So ive been going threw alot of brands of kibble with nothing but bad results my dog throw uo what kibble he ate no matter the brand. I changed him over to jffd and glad to say he eats his meal not throwing up and is so much more playful i got my puppy back couldn't be happier with a company and the price is great.

This review is not for the products that they sell here this is for the management staff. I thought it was very unprofessional for you all to host an event through indeed... whom I will be contacting as well- and not be there to greet the people who RSVP'd for your hiring event at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Seattle. I would like to address why you would host and invite individuals to interview if your not going to fulfill the hours listed on the invitation? If your businesses host an event from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. people are expecting you to fulfill those hours, not just leave when things get slow. I showed up during the scheduled hours and no one was there to greet me and another woman. Instead of them pushing out a notification stating that there would not be any more interviews they continued with the hours and kept the event going. I showed up from Bellevue at the beginning of eastside rush hour, and the other woman came from Auburn so it was very inconvenient and distasteful for your management to leave with.If you treat your potential future employees with this much discourtesy I don't want to imagine how you treat current employees. Not to mention one of the ladies called and spoke Courtney on speaker, and she was very inconsiderate of the time we spent waiting there. She didn't offer any contact information for management and she appeared to have a condescending tone when speaking. All I'm saying is get it together, because you can't be in the business of animals when you don't even know how to treat humans.

Stopped by to see what their store was about and everyone there was so friendly and helpful! Not to mention, a few days later I got this absolute gem of a card in the mail. My dog's name is Captain so my heart MELTED when I saw this little drawing they did! I now have it in a little frame on my desk at work. :) As for their products I purchased the probiotic and have been using it consistently. It has made a huge difference for my pup and I will continue to keep it in his regime.

Very poor quality control. The rice was not cooked all the way through and came out in my dog's poop, eventually with lots of blood. I told JFFD about this but they didn't improve. Not at all worth it.
