Love this shop! Every time I stop in the budtender’s have been incredibly helpful and patient with me. I always leave with a good mix of flower and concentrate to get me through the week. The last time I stopped in, I was helped by Austin. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the products and helped me pick out a couple new companies I hadn’t tried yet. I ended up really liking everything he recommended. I highly recommend this shop!

Very distasteful experience here. I walked in and an older gentleman was standing in the store looking at his phone, the young Caucasian female worker with the piercings asked him what he was looking for and he briefly said something like “after I look at this I’ll let you know” and crouches in front of the glass case by the door and is looking at the product. The girl then asks “are you looking for flower?” He doesn’t respond to her and this girl starts screaming “ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FLOWER” repeatedly at him while walking over to where he’s crouched in front of the case - mind you, I just walked in so he probably thought she was talking to me. He looks up at her, realizes she’s talking to him and says in a very calm tone “you don’t need to yell,” and she goes off about how he was ignoring her and he’s being disrespectful… the lady sitting by the door to scan the IDs starts laughing and the guy looks at her and kinda laughs and shakes his head, and the lady with the loud mouth goes “oh shes not laughing with you, she’s laughing at you.” Screaming at a customer and then belittling him by saying you and your coworkers are laughing at him is disgusting. I’m sure they deal with a variety of difficult clientele at this Central District location, but this was treatment was unnecessary. I honestly commend this gentlemen for saying “thank you, have a great day” after she checked him out. I was boiling inside and she wasn’t even talking to me. The entitlement and disrespect she exhibited was extremely distasteful. After he left she was still loudly saying how she “doesn’t have the time to deal with this today,” as if she’s not standing there on the clock with no other customers.

Love this place! Friendly, knowledgable staff, great quality/variety of product, they have a small parking lot, deals EVERY day, AND they’re open until 11:45pm! The only place I can make it to after work. Highly recommended 👌🏽

I had a fantastic experience shopping at this store. I believe Daniella was the budtender’s name, she was super knowledgeable and helped me find a great sativa. It’s got me blasting Coltrane’s Live at Birdland and baking a coffee cake. Great folks working here at every step of the experience, security and ID check and the whole thing. I highly recommend this shop.

I love this store people are friendly and ive never had a bad experience. When i came in last week king (the door guy) saw i was struggling with my stuff and helped me out then gave me a extra bag that made the walk home a lot easier. Scot (the bud-tender) understood what i wanted even though it came out as word salad.Good vibes, the best prices on concentrate, i recommend fukit and delectable dabs but they come in wax or goo so make sure its the consistency you like. If you are after flower i recommend the 2727 joint packs they are rolled well not to tight and come with matches that actually work.

Terrible experience. I came to this location on Wednesday and one of the store associates told me to come back on Friday for the specials. I came back on Friday and he remembered me. He asked me if I had an account, which I didn’t. Then proceeded to charge me for the items. And when I asked if the discounts have been applied, he told me that the discounts can’t be used without an account. Why would he fail to mention that? I would have made an account. The only reason I came back was for the discounts. And there was nothing he could do to apply it when I hadn’t even walked out the store. Will definitely not be coming back, you shouldn’t either.

Update: The pricing and discounts continue to change a lot. Prices on good oil for example are a few dollars more than other stores, which makes the discount not as good. I came for the Wednesday special for bubbies Rosin and it had also been discontinued. It was a long drive.Unfortunately I have to lower my ratings after the discount policy changed. They are no longer competitive vs all other stores offering high end brands. The successful shops run 20-30% discount on top shelf at least weekly. Forbidden tops out at 15%
