I get my UPS packages sent here instead of one of the access points closer to my house because they have accessible, reliable hours and the store associates are always so friendly. Today I learned they have the sweetest little shop cat. I will always go here now for my cats’ toys and treats.

This store and its owners are fantastic and incredibly helpful. Support small business!Outside of that, this store is one of the few pet supply stores in the area that carries various different items that I have searched for over the years. Would highly recommend this store over the big box stores any day of the week!

Support local businesses. I have lived in ballard/crown hill my entire life (30) and gladly stopped in today as I've recently adopted a dog. They were very helpful recommending food and an awesome antler for Luna.

I've never purchased anything hereI was directed to this store as a UPS pick up spot. Why I give it a solid 5 stars is for this guy! This meow meow is the coolest! I'm super stoked I got to meet him!!!

First time visit here was wonderful. The store is small but compact with a lot of products and brands I haven’t seen at other pet stores. They have unique items like quail eggs, duck heads, etc. I got my chihuahua a duck head and he devoured it! Will definitely be coming back to this business, and the employee working was a joy to chat with and was incredibly knowledgeable.

I came in to pick up something that UPS dropped off and ended up having the best conversation with a few of the staff. There are some products that I was looking for that are special order. They took the time to see what would work best for my dog. When they didn't have what I needed, they made it a point to say they could get it, or they would find it.I would support this place more than I would Petco PetSmart any of those other establishments

It doesn't have the massive floor space of the big pet stores, but that also means it doesn't have aisle after aisle of stuff you'd never want. You'll most likely find what you need here, and what they carry the quality is good. They often use the products themselves, so it's always interesting to strike up conversations about various products, to get their take and experiences. Very educational. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and will work with you to get what you need.

As a big fan of All the Best and Mud Bay, I had not been to this neighborhood retailer until recently. Crown Hill is a great place to buy pet supplies. Chris delivers dog supplies straight to my door. He is also great if you need any kind of pet advise! I have been going to Crown Hill Pet Supplies for years, but I wouldn't go anywhere else!

As humans owned by our small rescue dog, Jack, we initially visited Crown Hill Pet Supply to submit his King County dog license application/payment. While we were there we also picked up a little rain jacket for him and a fuzzy penguin toy, which has become his new favorite.We mentioned to the guy manning the store that we were running out of Jack's food and we were having a tough time finding it. He let us know that Jack's current brand of dog food was being discontinued, which is why we couldn't find it. We asked him for some recommendations and he gave us a few single-serving sample bags of some different dog foods for free so we could try them out. We ended up returning to buy a full-size of one of the samples.Overall, Crown Hill Pet Supply is a great local pet supply store. They focus on natural/organic food, have a great selection of treats/toys/doggie outerwear, and the employees are knowledgeable. We're lucky that it's only a 10 minute walk from our house!

I really don’t comprehend the mentality of those that complain about prices. You get what you pay for: quality = price. If the price is ridiculously high, the company will not survive. All businesses market their goods and services that the market will bare. I found the staff here very knowledgeable and gave me several options for a cats poor health that’s in hospice. Was introduced to a brand new item that addressed my cats poor digestive issues. Was thankful for the woman who brought the item to my attention. Will be back again. Thank you for the great customer support and service.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time I come in. When I needed help trimming the excess weight off my fat cat, they helped me get her down to a healthy weight without imposing bogus human ideas of how to diet upon her (low calorie cat food - no way, just feed her less.)If I give them a few days heads up, they're sure to have the only food in that my picky eater will accept. They're good people and I will continue to give my money to them over amazon any day.

We've been buying dog food and treats here for over a decade, but they lost us as customers today. Our regular variety was out last time we needed food, so we got another variety, same brand. Our dog developed leaky gut with all the attendant symptoms and problems, which points directly to the change in food. We brought the mostly-full bag back to the store, and explained our dog's sickness and likely cause. Perhaps it was the change in variety, perhaps the brand changed the formula. The man at the counter listened, gave excuses, and never offered a refund, exchange or even a bag of treats.We went to this store because it's local and we wanted to support them. But today we were told very clearly that the store doesn't care.
