Shop #431! Rude, nasty, old, woman hater! As you can tell by most of these reviews they are mainly women. He rudely scolded me for turning the rack that contained key chains. I was looking for a corgi one to purchase and he yelled at me telling me not to touch it. I was on the phone with my daughter who was in the hospital and he yelled and said "get off the phone and stop touching it". How the hell am I supposed to find the Keychain I wanted if I couldn't spin it? He was on his phone and if he had a problem with me touching it then he should have put his dumb phone down and come spun it himself!! My daughter started crying on the line because she thought I was in an altercation with someone by the way he was yelling at me so ugly. She could hear him from the phone and freaked out when she heard the words exchanged between us. This old man needs to be shut down. He is very traumatizing. I came from Tucson to have a fun nice time exploring. I couldn't even finish looking through the whole market because of this traumatizing experience! We left immediately! Everyone that has left a review should also file a complaint with the pikes market management against this rude and agressive shop owner!

Wish I could give negative stars! Boycott this man! He is very rude, my little girl wanted something from his shop but after looking for a few minutes he kicked us out saying we were taking too long and there was too many of us. It was 4 of us. My 2 little girls (5 &7) were crying when he caused this scene. I think he discriminates against white ppl. Because an oriental man came in AFTER us and that's when he decided too many ppl were in the store and kicked my family out instead of asking the other man to wait until we were done. We were only in there for 3 minutes when he decided we took too long. This was the 2nd time going there and having him belittle us. First time I understood because it was after the 1st time the mask mandate was lifted and we didn't have our masks on and he kicked us out. So I decided to give him another chance. He has no business owning a business! There is plenty of other very kind wonderful small business owners in the area I was more than happy to support 😀

Costumer service was not it here. I was on the phone with my mom when she was at the store and I heard the man that was working in the background yelling at my mom saying she can’t move the keychains like how else is she supposed to look around. That man does not know how to treat costumers!

I walked into his store with half a cup of coffee in my hand, with a lid. He loudly yelled "No drinks in the store! Get out!" Now, if he had just let me know he didn't want drinks in the store, I would have gladly put the cup down outside the store, but I simply walked out, taking my money with me. Won't be going back here again.

Rude!The owner or shopkeeper never acknowledged our party entering and after a couple minutes browsing his shop he rudely stood up and dismissively told us there were too many people inside the shop. Our group left, even though we were ready to make several hundred dollars in purchases.

The owner is very rude. There was no sign for photography, so we were taking photos. He came and yelled at us. He could’ve just asked and there was no need to yell and be so rude.
