I adopted a cat -- Princess Penumbra the very sweet black kitty -- two months ago around Halloween, as my first pet ever, from PAWS shelter in the U-District. I went to my local All The Best for the first time that day and met Evan. I came in largely clueless -- I only knew what I'd looked up from my own research and what the shelter had told me. That day, he told me about the benefits and tradeoffs of wet food vs dry vs raw vs raw-coated he helped pick out an entire selection of different types of wet foods and sent me home with them, with the helpful All The Best guarantee standing behind us to be sure she'd like them, and helped me pick out a bunch of toys for her to help her get comfortable in her new forever-home. 8 brands and lots of patient Evan advice later, we found her favorite brand and she's been incredibly happy about food time ever since! The toy recs were spot-on too -- I've been restocking on the feathers-on-a-rod from y'all for months now.Every time I go back to All The Best CD, I'm looking for Evan to talk about the latest developments in Penny-land and pick up some helpful advice. I swear, he lives and breathes for animals! Never pushy but always caring enough to ask the follow up questions that matter, like I know I sound like a broken record but wow, I've never felt this taken care of _anywhere_ for _anything_. He's kind and empathetic and you'd be missing out if you didn't nurture that talent and passion in your professional staff. Evan has so much love for animals in his heart and it comes side-by-side with a hunger for excellent customer service. It almost feels wrong to call it "customer service" when he treats my Penny like a member of his own family :)AllTheBest CD team -- y'all are all incredible! Evan -- thank you for being there for the Princess all the time -- I legitimately don't know what I'd do without y'all! I don't usually write feedback like this unless it's a very bad time or an incredibly positive time, and this is without a doubt the latter. We have always loved this store but that love hit next level a few minutes ago. The manager, Riley, let us in 10 mins after the store had already closed when we completely ran out of dog food. She was so kind and accommodating. No one should make a habit of this but she was a life saver today. Our doggies thank you Riley!

I did the classic customer experience, I pulled in at 15 minutes to close, went to the cat food section and frantically scanned for the one food that my picky cat wants to eat. Without taking time to actually appreciate how carefully, methodically, and well-organized the cat food section was, I couldn't find the food I needed. Caden immediately recognized my plight and found me. They asked what I was looking for and instantly zeroed in on the specific food I need and all the various options available. Afterwards they provided an exceptional experience, and sent me on my way with some complimentary treats for my cat in the same flavor she loves. She absolutely devoured them and then devoured dinner promptly. Thanks Caden!!

Great selection at this store. Very spacious store and laid out nicely. Easy to find what I was looking for, knowledgeable sales person, and great variety of items. I wanted one of everything so that was the only difficult part. I’ll be back!!

They have everything your dog would want, and I got a cool food sample bag today. I like the PetPlay toys, my dog destroys most fluffy toys but these show no signs of tearing up

I love all the best and if I was rating just the store I'd give it a 5. It's not the cheapest place so this isn't for people on a strict budget for their pets. But the issue I have with this new location is the tiny dismal parking garage that has a few parking spots but they're all so small that if you're not one of the first cars in there forget about actually getting into the spot and being able to get out of your car. Street parking also sucks. Whoever developed that apartment complex and businesses there really should have been forced to make at least four times as much retail parking

Fairly expensive but quite worth it :-) the person who help us was super kind and even gave us a first time dog bag and pet resources/checklist! I wish I had gotten their name but thank you!

Wonderful pet store! Riley was super nice and helped me find my doggie some new things. My dog enjoyed all the smells and sights, even if I couldn't get everything she wanted haha.
