Amy rocked today! She was sooooo helpful and Im so grateful for her knowledge and advice! I dont know why my dog was vomiting so much - gonna try pumpkin, digestive enzymes & soaking in kibble with some raw food. Going to have him try a slow feeder too. Vet has checked him out many times, no solutions. Thank you Amy. I’ll keep you posted.

I love this store and so does my step-dog Wilbur! The staff are always unbelievably friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the return policy. Amy helped me pick out a birthday present for my cat bb and went above and beyond helping me plan a transition to raw cat food. She and all the staff are so clearly knowledgable and adore animals; it makes me feel confident in their recommendations. This store is my go-to for all things cats and dogs!

I find what I need here and the staff is so helpful. I learned things about ingredients in the cat food that might hurt my cats, got recommendations, and always went home with treats. I love that they run charity events for shelters. They definitely live up to their name!

I really can't speak highly enough about the staff here. I got a new cat from the shelter who was severely traumatized and wasn't eating anything. Daisy and Amy spent considerable time helping me out with tips and samples. A day after my visit here my new friend finally started eating thanks to one of the wet food samples I was given. The love and care these people provide is above and beyond! So grateful for this awesome store and phenomenal staff.

I never post reviews, literally, I think this is my first one, but Amy was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that I had to. I went into All The Best for some dog food samples for my mom's dog and got so much more. I was so impressed wit not only her knowledge, but her very apparent passion for animals. All The Best is very lucky to have an employee like her!

We had the best experience with Amy! My Scottish terrier was having major separation anxiety issues, so we took him to All the Best Wallingford to find a solution. Amy was attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable about different options we could try to calm Spud’s nerves. We took him back the next day to report back on how everything worked and Amy remembered us! She was ready with a pocket full of treats to celebrate spud’s bravery. Thank you Amy! You’ll be seeing much more of us.

My son and I came in to buy a scratching post for our new kittens and ended up buying a whole lot more. This was because we were approached by Amy, who is extremely knowledgeable. She was friendly, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. Amy provided me with information to review about cat diets and shared her personal experiences. I’ve been coming here regularly and I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They are always so helpful! It’s also very clear they all love pets and they always greet my dog with a treat. Last month we were shopping for booties to protect his hot spot and Amy was very helpful - she helped us pick the right size and gave a lot of tips that might work to prevent them in the future. Definitely appreciated that!

We came here to buy some more food for our dog, who has some kind of allergy that we're working on figuring out. Rachael was very helpful in walking us through an exclusion diet, and was very gracious to offer us a variety of food samples to work through the different proteins that our dog could be allergic to. We don't live near this location but make it a point to stop by every time we're in the area because we like the All the Best staff here!

I usually shop at the Columbia City location and have since I got my kitten Raphael. So I just stopped into this location to pick up some cat food since I was in the area, but Amy came and helped me discover new items I hadn't considered to increase my little guys happiness. This place is great! The staff is super friendly and were so excited that I was getting a new kitty! I was helped by Amy who gave me lots of tips on my cats diet and a checklist for other things I might need to pick up in the first couple weeks of owning a kitty. A great local pet shop!

I adore this store and have gone back over and over for kitty care supplies. Racheal in particular was almost always on site to help me and my partner out. They are so wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful! I also think it's so sweet that Racheal sends us off with 1-2 extra little sampler goodies for our cats. I really did received "All the Best" pet care at this Wallingford store! One of my cats was recently diagnosed with early stage renal failure. When I shared this with Amy, I was taken through absolutely all of the most up-to-date information on how to support my cat both now, when he is basically asymptomatic, all the way through when things get tough. Amy spent at least 40 minutes with me ensuring I felt confident on the best foods, as well as how to interact most efficiently with our vet on the matter. THANK YOU, AMY!!

The compassion and customer service at this store is truly unparalleled. Employees Amy and Sel are dog whisperers! I took my giant resident dog and shy foster dog to the store today to pick up some treats. My foster dog is learning to rebuild trust in humans and Amy took the time to provide him a safe space to do so. Her patience and kindness towards my foster dog really made my whole day and gave me the encouragement I needed. I can’t thank All The Best Pet Care in Wallingford and its employees enough! Fantastic service at the Wallingford location of All The Best. Racheal and the entire Sunday afternoon crew were so helpful and welcoming today. To be fair, I frequent the Lake City, Columbia City and Kenmore locations and the service is always courteous. All stores have signs up that indicate the space is safe for LGBTQIA+ and “Black Lives Matter.” I just want to specifically call out how welcoming the Wallingford space was to me and our dog. It is worth the few extra miles to travel. Thanks y’all!

All the Best is amazing! I always have a great experience at any of their Seattle locations but one staff member, Racheal, made my day today. I was buying a puzzle feeder and mentioned I was going to use it to bribe my dog, Buck, into letting me clip his nails, a task that usually takes my husband holding him tight while I try to clip as quickly as I can. She asked if I had a minute and grabbed a stuffed dog to walk me through positions to hold him to be able to safely and quickly trim his nails along with some tips for making him more comfortable with the experience. I got home and was AMAZED, it was by far the most painless trim we've done, which is no small feat when dealing with an 80 lb lab who has mastered the art of "gentle but firm resistance". Thanks again Racheal!!Aside from amazing staff they also have great selection, from all sorts of treats to dental care products I used to have to purchase online. Buck and I are customers for life!

This ie the best pet store filled with the best products, and more importantly absolutely above and beyond pet-loving staff ever! I have always found the most natural, healthy products for my cat in their store, and they are very attentive and helpful in finding new products. The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming, and always are happy to offer a free sample of a suggested product and happily accept returns of unused products incase your pet (in my case picky cat) do not like them.I recently found out that my cat has a terminal illness, and while checking out and asked if I wanted his (free!) birthday goody bag, I broke down. The staff went above and beyond with a personal touch, were beyond compassionate and helped give me some free goodies that he might enjoy. As I was getting ready to leave, the staff member who was helping me shared her story of pet loss, gave me a packet of forget me not seeds to plant when he is gone, and asked if she could give me a hug. That interaction made what was already a terrible week a bit better, and while they made me feel so special and taken care of, I am sure that this is just a day at work for them- they're just THAT awesome. All their employees are exemplary and I cannot wait to come back for all my pet needs for my fur babies to come.

They are wonderful, and have lots of samples they can give you - I asked if they had a small amount of catnip and they just gave me a packet! Another time they loaded up a bag with treats for my ancient ailing foster cat. These people are so kind and helpful and the store has a good variety of products. A little on the pricey side but I think it's worth it. Amy especially has helped me with recommendations for dietary needs of kidney cats and where to find resources for them.

My dog's and my favorite pet store. All of the staff here are über friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Daisy, Domini, and Amy super, but I'm forgetting a couple more names. They are all wonderful people that love all the furbabies that visit. ATB carries our favorite food products, too. They are stocked with everything we need 99.9% of the time. Amy answers all my dog food questions, Daisy makes my dog happy and helps me find what I need, and Domini does it all; she even ordered some treats from another ATB bc they are my dog's favorite.

I have two new kittens, and have received wonderful assistance from Rachael, Courtney, and Amy on different occasions. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about cat health and dieting. I am feeding my kittens a mainly raw diet, and am fully convinced that this is the healthiest way for them to live 😁
