Very kind and helpful! I came in today feeling very stressed after accidentally quicking my cat’s nail. They had exactly what I needed and told me what to do to help my kitty. They also sent me home with little treats and a toy. Above and beyond sweet!I’m happy to report my cat George is doing great. I think the whole thing hurt me more than it hurt him. He’s now happily playing with the little yellow mouse from his goody bag. I’ll definitely be back soon! 💛

super friendly and helpful. it is a very small store so not the widest selection if you're looking for things like an exact harness shape. many of the bulk treats are very expensive. be careful to get a small portion the first time since they are priced by weight.

The people who work here are Fantastical! we were having diet issues w/ our furbaby..they let us try! several cans of foods before we purchased! so knowledgeable about what to feed etc. Always a Great experience! Customer service these days are next to nill! Not Here!! Suggestions with a "RealSmile", Nice to know business' like this still exist! Neeco's mom n dad say Thanks!

We just rescued a dog who has separation anxiety. Caden was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and thought through various scenarios to find the best solutions. Caden even wrote down the instructions because there was a lot going on and that I would remember the details.

Highly recommend! Katie and Shayne are always so friendly and help with all of my questions. The store is always clean, welcoming and my dog starts pulling from a block away to get to her favorite treat spot!

This place is great for buying all sorts of food and treats. The staff is awesome. They will always greet your furry friend with treats. Everytime I take my dog nearby, he always makes a beeline for All The Best. I usually stop in and end up buying more treats then he needs. But they do allow you to buy in bulk so you can try different kinds without buying a whole bag. The treats they have are mostly limited ingredient too which is great when you have a dog with allergies.

The staff love to help and get to know you. At this location, the cat section has a limited selection and the prices aren’t competitive on most items. Good if you need an emergency toy or treat but not recommended if you’re looking for something specific at the best price.

Super nice staff—my dog always gets a little treat when he comes with me! Good selection of wet and dry food. They have little sample bags of dry food for many of their stock, which was wonderful because it let me do a dry run (😉) to figure out what my dog liked best! Lots of natural foods and chews, toys, & more. This is our go-to pet store in Seattle!

I dropped in here on a whim for the first time the other day, and grabbed a harness for my adult cat. She enjoys walks, but we are experimenting with different harness types to really find what she is comfortable with. The clerk assured me that if the harness doesn't work then I can bring it back, and even recommended a specific brand of harness that the store didn't currently carry. It does look like I will have to bring the harness I purchased back - but this store has earned my loyalty thanks to the kindness of their staff!

Love the work this business is involved in, in the way of looking out for animals and the quality of their care. As a previous caretaker of two dogs, I failed. I was wrong and didn't prioritize right and because I loved them I let them go. It is said " if you really love something you let it go." It's an expression about letting everyone find the right way for their own self. I understood that my incapacities were leading them to a more and more poor quality of life and neither option felt good but I knew more capable people that could care for them while I work to care for me first. So I can pay that forward in the future if and when the universe calls upon it. Thank you for your help however it came.

All the Best offers the best service I've ever experienced at a pet store. The store is small, but for food and treats they still maintain a fantastic selection of great, products. The employees here are extremely nice and are happy to offer suggestions, samples, and dog treats for your pet while you shop.

Our favorite, neighborhood, go-to for any of our pet’s needs. Shayne and Gerardo are always very personable and extremely helpful. Everything is high quality and a lot is locally sourced.

The staff member that served us was very judgemental. She lectured us for 10 minutes about everything that she thought we were doing wrong without knowing anything about us. She also went on about how our private pet adoption was wrong, how the previous owners were awful (completely not true) and how our pet was going to be aggressive with social problems (also not true). She made many assumptions and spent most of the time giving us stories and anecdotes of how she has seen things go wrong and how our pet could die.Not the best experience.

Covid occupancy of 2 people, asked if they could grab what I knew I needed and I would wait outside, was told rudely that if I didn’t like waiting outside, “I could shop elsewhere”. Five years I’ve been only buying from these guys, not anymore. Attitude is everything and this was enough to make me shop elsewhere.Poor customer service experience.
