Sage and Kristin as is the theme of any all the best pets pet care are just phenomenal so incredibly sweet they saved me a ton of money and helped me make a terrible decision of skipping pet holiday shopping and explained the sale ending tomorrow was not to be missed and they were right! where I would’ve missed out on the holiday sale and was able to get me all kinds of sales for all of my fur babies holiday gifts. I was going to wait and potentially would’ve forgotten, but they mentioned the sale right now that was ending tomorrow and then personally walked us through to help us find the best gifts that we could. They’re extremely knowledgeable and so so friendly. I had an exchange as well and they took lovely wonderful care of us. Your policies here are phenomenal and your staff are even better. Thank you so much once again for making our days brighter. it is so rare to have kind and knowledgeable staff these days so please please please don’t ever stop doing what you guys do to get these amazing stars.as your staff come by as they always have a sale of some kind and make this your one stop fir baby pet shop my dogs used to have horrible allergies and could only eat fresh chicken. And rice because of their knowledge experience and educating me on the difference between store-bought dog food that is literally roadkill and their food that is processed more humanely and not heavily processed with preservatives and awful ingredients. My dogs are now able to eat any protein they like because of their education. I send people here all the time for the no pull collars and anytime I hear someone say they’re dogs or cats are picky or sensitive or have behavior issues I tell them just to stop in to all the best pets these employees are so compassionate and knowledgeable and the products here are life changing for both me and our fur family!

I love going here. I can get overwhelmed with big stores and lots of choices but this store is the perfect size. I walk in I can see everything and I know exactly where to go. The staff is friendly but they won't bug me if I take a long time making a decision. Which as a black person is really awesome. The atmosphere is warm and they were kind to my crazy dog haha I just really like the store and it feels good to shop there.

I love this store. The employees are incredibly helpful and nice. I was looking for CBD treats and a special cleaner and they helped me find both and hooked up the doggo with some treats to try! My dog is quite anxious and they were gentle with him and made him feel comfortable.

All The Best has the nicest people that are knowledgeable and genuinely care about animals. I love that new customers get a little goodie bag to start, which was really helpful because we realized some treats our Great Pyrenees is obsessed with. Super cute toys for all kinds of pet needs and I always get helpful advice from staff! I love coming here!

The people working the evening shift on 1/10 are awesome! I came in to let my dog do a little birthday shopping, I mentioned it was a birthday and they gave him a birthday goody bag. The birthday hat really topped it off since I wanted one for him. That was superior customer service and marketing. You won me over, I'll be back.

Best pet store in Seattle. Amazing healthy and alternative selections for dogs and cats. Lots of the selection is US made and also locally made. Super friendly and helpful staff that I've never had to look for. They're always asking if I need something before I can even start browsing. Great customer service here!!! My pup's birthday was recently. We went in to get him some treats as we usually do for his big day. They gave him a soft cake shaped squeaker toy and a swag bag full of fun treats and samples for my little guy. We both left with big smiles on our faces, feeling appreciated and taken care of as customers. Not many businesses go out of their way to do that little bit extra these days, but All The Best does....every day!

I used to work at this store, my dog grew up here actually! I still frequently shop here for food, toys and training tools.I’m a dog trainer now, so I come by for new leashes, collars, treats, etc.I love All The Best because they carry Herm Sprenger prong collars, the go to brand of all professional and reputable dog trainers in our area. For those that know, these collars are hard to come by in pet stores!!! Usually I have to special order them online and wait several days for them to be delivered. It’s the only brand prong collar I trust to use on my dog and client dogs that gives us clear and precise communication during training! My German shepherd lab mix gets excited when he sees his collar cause that means it’s time to work.We also love coming to this store cause the entire staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable - they always hook us up with treats and samples to try too!If you’re looking for a pet store with staff that actually cares about you and your pet, and will answer any and all question you may have, stop by All The Best! ❤️❤️❤️

My cat has terminal cancer. He is at a very weird stage with what he is willing to eat. My cat’s usual canned food was out. Sage not only remember about it she even hold some for me she really cared! She also share her knowledge and personal experience on cbd for pets with me. Which really helped me to make up my mind on giving my cat cbd. It helped with some of his pain also help with his appetite. Not just Sage all the girls that have helped me at this store I am truly grateful and I appreciate everything you guys did for me. Thank you for going through this hard time with me! You guys are amazing.

The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and a joy to deal with. I get some really good advice and product suggestions for my finicky cat with allergies and health issues. The samples they give out are super helpful too because of said finicky cat.

Sage was so incredibly helpful. I called to ask if someone could come out to the car with a dog cone so our dog wouldn't lick at injured area. Even though I gave just a few minutes notice, she came right out with the soft cone I requested and offered tips on fitting it on our dog. She then came out with a goodie bag of treats for our dog and zipped in and out of the store to process payment. I appreciated this so much as it helped our dog in her healing process. Sage was highly professional, thoughtful and went above and beyond to problem solve and help. Thank you!

Been going here for a while. It’s a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying for quality. The older guy who works at this (Holman Rd.) location, with the ponytail, is a bit snotty. I’ve found Customer Service here lately to be poor-mediocre. I’ve been thinking about switching to (staff-owned) Mudd Bay… tonight’s experience at all the Best put me over the fence.So long, All The Best.

Love this store. Great products. It’s positive for the community. Also a shout out to them for hosting Doggy Dentals. It was easy to schedule, and the cleaning was wonderful for my pups. We get to skip the crazy expensive anesthesia cleaning this year and hopefully going forward. Thank you for hosting this All the Best Pet Care.

First time here to pick up some dog treats. They have an amazing selection of dog/cat treats as well as frozen food(I’ve never seen a frozen food section this big). Super friendly staff and they gave me a welcome bag upon signing up with high quality samplers and a toy in there! I usually go to mudbay but will definitely be frequenting all the best from now on!

First time in (Holman Rd location), looking for good quality canned cat food and was stressed out about a picky cat...what if I buy and he doesn't eat it? The wonderful human who helped me said the most magical word, "sample". What a concept!!! (I apologize for forgetting your name! But you had fabulous fingernails!!) Two different brands to sample and he lived them both! And the little catnip treat?! He doesn't care much for catnip, or so I thought. Turns out, he's crazy about this one! I will never go anywhere else for his food. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

My favorite pet store!!All of the people who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful, they can give you detailed information on almost any item in the store as well as nutritional needs for your pet. They are always willing to go above and beyond here, just how everybody would hope to be helped. I've shopped at All the Best for over 10 yrs until recently, as their selection of food, treats, toys and accessories is great. I say until recently because I discovered they sell prong collars which are an aversive-based training tool that can jeopardize both the physical and mental health of dogs, namely stress-related behaviors during training, elevated cortisol levels and problematic behaviors such as fear and aggression. "Balance training' is not science-based. When I mentioned this to a staff member, she highly defended them, saying it was a matter of opinion. It's actually not- that's the science part. Customers rely on the store for their knowledge and supporting this training is a big failure.
