The lady wearing the orange jacket that works at this location is so rude. I took in my unused dog colar that's got a scratchy inside surface and told her my little dog wouldn't wear it without it bugging his neck. So ask to exchange and she said well your dog will get use to it. They all feel the same. I ask to exchange for something different within store at least and she was rude and walked away to greet another customer. I'm writing this review while in the parking lot of her atore she just shocked me with rudeness and no customer service skills. Won't be back and I am a regular bought at least 10 timesT this year. The store in Westwood village is way nicer

Holy cow! Look at this Full Length Bull Tail. This place is incredible. Lots of local goodies for your animal friend.Sweet humans.Also, they have a sewing machine for their handmade collars. They collect money for a nonprofit that serves the Seattle pets who are living with humans together experiencing homelessness.Y'all. Come and support this wholesome local business. They are getting all our pet coins now.

We came here with our dog for a Halloween costume contest. It was super cute and we got to meet the owner. The store is extremely well stocked with a ton of different options for food, and snacks, and treats, and toys, and clothing.

Lori has a wealth of knowledge and a lot of great products. She also has great dog bathing station that is in a room by itself if your dog is stressed.

I go here every month to get my dog his food. An amazing shop that's a bit bigger than one expects when looking at the outside. Every time I go here, the staff is super awesome with my pup. They always give him treats and let him run around and sniff all he wants! It is a leash on building, but if you're lucky and no one is there, you can let you pup go wild off leash! The facility is great, food choice quality outstanding, and above all, they are super friendly. Also, there is a personal dog washing station in the back, and a loyalty program too! I hope we can support this business. Even if the prices are a little high, it's definitely worth it for our pets!

Great off the beaten path shop for pets. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They have two locations one in white center and the other in georgetown. Worth the trip, price compare nicely and they have some kibble samples to try new foods for you pet.
