The cashiers were very polite and accommodating. I appreciated being kindly welcomed into the store, and told to have a nice night after my purchase. They’ve got a great selection of 19oz single beers priced $2.99-$3.99 to enjoy as a wind down following one’s flight. My 2x IPA was priced at $3.99 but the cashier gave me a buck discount!

I am not sure why it says 24 hours when they don't want to be open for 24hours. They deny you service no matter what you're trying to buy and act like they don't speak English when you're telling them you don't need alcohol. I've been coming here for a year and had the same experiance. They deny you service based on how you look like the products are not there for all to buy. They did this to me and my husband several time but news flash it's the same girl different wigs. Get your mess together if you don't want to serve is don't put your store in our neighborhoods.

So I go there with a $7 lottery winner then I got two $5 lottery tickets and a 3-door lottery ticket I gave them a $20 bill they tried to give me the change out of that and act like they didn't understand the language I explained to him you take the slurpee out of the seven dollar winner and then I gave you $20 for the lotto tickets that you gave me to change for. They gave me $2 so they charged me $5 for a small slurpee and act like it was my fault and started screaming at me they are thieves and they act like the language is the problem you can bet I will be getting a hold of the better Business bureau if you go to this place count your change can you use the language barrier as an excuse for stealing from you I mean it's pretty simple I take in a $7 winning lottery ticket and get a slurpee and then I get $13 in lottery tickets and give them a $20 bill and they try to act like we're all good but in the end they still only gave me back $2 so they did the same thing they tried to do in the beginning stealing from me there's no way a small slurpee cost $5 watch these people they're thieves

This store is NOT open 24 hours like it says. It closed at 1am, n was still closed at 6am. Guy sitting inside eating n ignoring folks at the door. Prices way higher than other 7-11's also. Rediculous

The clerks at this location seem to just want you to rush and buy your stuff and get out. I truly don't appreciate not being spoken to in English when I'm asking a question. Then I'm stared at for trying to make sure I understood the response I was given so I didn't waste anymore time in their empty store. I almost felt like I was being asinine after paying with EBT and then treating myself to some scratchers. After my first two selections I had all 3 clerks ALL helping with my transaction 🤔I spent $20 total and up until I pulled out my wad of cash the looks and energy I was receiving made my SOUL CRINGE. Once I pulled out my💵💵 they were all about helping and speaking English though.My apologies for the rant but people should know these things

Easy location to get in/ out of after arriving at SEA and they usually have what I need but the cashier intentionally, manually skips 7-Eleven reward screen so no points are awarded for purchases. No receipts either.

Not sure why the negative reviews, this is a nice but small 7 Eleven. I come here often since I work nearby. The guys working seem friendly enough, as long as your polite. I'm sure when confronted by attitude, they're rude right back. The best part is they don't sell gas, and it's usually quick in and out, they do have ready hot food items during the day hours.

Amazed at how much of a dick the cashier was!! We asked for a receipt and he gave us a dirty look and then threw the receipt at us. After picking it up we walked outside confused on why he was so rude and noticed he charged an extra energy drink. Walked straight back in and stood at the back of the line, the guy in front of us had a bunch of snacks and asked for a bag and the cashier just stared at him. The customer asked again and then the cashier snapped and told him knew what a bag was and still just stood there!!! Needless to say that customer and the customer behind me both left their stuff on the counter and left. Completely understand why he was a prick when we asked for the receipt, he intentionally charged us extra for our energy drink.

If I could give it a zero, I would they try to scam you they say your card is declined and then they make you pay cash but it still charges on your card and when you confront them they make up stuff would never recommend

The stock at the store is empty. I have to ask for my change as they are attempting to keep coins rounding down. I have also been charged for bags at this location whether I have asked for one or not. This used to be a reliable location.

Standard 7-11. Decent selection and plenty of hot food to choose from. Only draw back is the owner/attendant watches people like a hawk. I saw him clean the condiment station and put back the pieces that fell out of the bin. I understand not wasting stuff but that was a little too much.

Bittu the cashier at night is the most disrespectful guy I've met as a cashier. Came in and asked for some assistance and he said that wasn't his job. When finished paying told him he had very bad customer service that he should consider changing that. He replied " get out of here stupid " I asked him for his managers name and phone number and he refused to give it to me. Don't go here!

The reviews are all from a while ago, it's my neighborhood squeeze and the afternoon/night staff are nice and friendly as long as you aren't sketchy your fine, it's not the best area so they deal with a lot of bs. The reason I don't 5 star them is because they sell Newport reds for the same price as the menthol and they never have a good selection of hot food. Still, good people there at the moment.

My bad, I wanted to give negative 5 stars. I just had teeth pulled the day before which caused my sinus cavity to bleed I ask the cashier for the big - bite and big gulp for $ 2:00 he said they needed to stay on the rotisserie they were not done yet I ask how long, 20 more minutes at least I told him to forget it. As I was looking for something else he told me the hot big bites were ready, I told him I couldn't have anything spicy because of my mouth, he said that they weren't spicy hot they were temperature hot, I asked him again are you sure they are not spicy, he replied positive. trusting him I got one and the drink when I went to pay the total was $ 4 and change I ask him why not $ 2 that is for the other one not this I told him that is why I ask you for that but I paid anyway wanting to get back to my hotel. I took one bite and spicy hot not temperature hot scorched my gums. are they really that desperate for my $ 4 they have to lie. all I can say is " LAWSUIT " WAITING TO HAPPEN. HOPE THE A** H*** BURNS HIS A** before someone does it for him

The girl behind the counter was on the phone speaking in her foreign language the whole time. When my drinks didn’t ring up as advertised, 2 for 4.00, she said the price marked on the cooler was wrong and refused to change it. Worst customer service ever.

Stay away from this location. Go to any store around here besides this location. Either the one on 200th n pac hwy or the one on 176th up the hill a little ways is t far away and worth the drive. Every person that works at this location is rude and racist. I dont usually post reviews but after continuously being treated disrespectfully I felt the urge to let anybody reviewing this location know that weather they work for their money they've earned or not that this business does not deserve a single cent of it not do they deserve to have a business/convenience jobs in America. Lol charges me forsomething i didnt buy.. i bought 1 coke and a chip and the total was 13$.. how?? He told me it was some kind of extra taxes and fees. We argued for like 10minutes and he gave up. Dont go here

Worst place ever!! For starters ...you can see the employee sitting on the front counter from outside thru the window. Not a work environment at all! I know work sucks and it's tough but I asked him how his day was going and he decided to ignore me and said " here's your change. Customer service has to be there 24/7 no matter what.
