Overall, a great experience. Kimball was professional and very helpful. We would have preferred to know early that material delivery to the job site is an additional cost (except trusses). A couple of posts had defects. The roof trim made the roof two colors (not expected). Thank you for the experience. We would recommend it to others.

Always hate going to Home Depot or Lowes and taking an hour just to find stuff. And good luck on getting any useful advice.Quite the opposite here! Very helpful and friendly staff. Yes, prices may be a LITTLE lower elsewhere, but doesn’t nearly outweigh the previously mentioned negatives

The staff is awesome. The yard guys are always very helpful and make me laugh. Lots of familiar faces and it's nice to have a fill service hardware/lumber yard with better prices on many things than the box store. It's always my first choice.

I've been to this true value quite a few times, the staff are knowledgeable, seem to be a little standoffish, but there to help if asked, it's just a small town way is all, they've got a great lumber yard most things that you'll ever need to work on your house yard work or anything else they are well pointed well stocked true value

The young gentleman who helped me was super nice and took me straight to the two items I was looking for, sharing thoughtful advice. I have only been to the store twice. The staff is very nice, the store is pleasant and well organized. Prices, not so sure they are good but they can't compete with the big guys, like Lowe's.

I live here! The crew is great and the store is very easy to find anything. I'm giving four stars only because, being a small town hardware store, they simply can't carry everything, but they are much better than the big box stores at customer service.

We've shopped here for years and have always been treated well... A while back I and several others were sad to think that we were going elsewhere due to a " new family" employee that was so rude... But the last few times we haven't seen him and all the employees are great. Their prices are good and encourage you to do your hardware shopping with Rochester Lumber

I managed to complete my project, but with no assistance from what I was sold...
