I've given up. We have gone to this Zips for 35 years and have recently been very disappointed. They recently haven't been cooking their fries long enough. I have purposely gone inside so I'm not holding up the drive thru and asked that the fries be made "extra crispy". Every single time they are undercooked. This last time I asked the gal up front TWICE to please let the cook know that I need the fries to be fully cooked and crispy. We will now drive a bit farther and go to the Zips on Division.

The different variety of sandwiches, desserts, and finger foods make this a must try.The food is actually quite good compared to the other fast food places close-by.Their bacon-mushroom and Swiss is pretty good, and so is the Bacon Jalepano Burger.The crinkle cut fries are always cooked on point and are delicious. You don't taste the grease in these fries like you would across the way.Their employees have been friendly, courteous, and respectful, and I have not had a single error or issue when ordering.

Went here ‘cause it was convenient and not too impressed. Had a bacon cheeseburger combo and taste was average. Did get friendly service and it was clean. It was kind of busy but didn’t have to wait too long. Might skip the food next time but will definitely go back for the “Cheesecake shake”

Just ordered some food to go. When it was ready they brought it on a dine in tray. I politely said this was a to go order. One of the workers then reached behind the counter and tossed a to go bag next to my food. I stop here a lot when I’m on my way home from my business trip. Never again. Restaurant is filthy and the service is rude and free from any respect for the customers.

Wow. This place was incredibly horrible. It was a disaster in it's cleanliness, and the moment we walked in all 3 cooks were screaming and cursing about each other. 2 of them were roommates who wouldn't stop fighting. The poor girl at the front was by herself and it was only her second day, she didn't know any answers to our questions, she needed a trainer with her. And to top it all off I couldn't even eat the food as it was barely even warm. 100% will never return.

Rude rude service! Asked for a tarter and there window guy got yelled at in there which we heard from the car. He came back and said he can’t and that he just got yelled at for it. I said I seriously can’t get a tarter with my meal? Then in the background someone yelled nope! Gotta pay for it! I would have if they weren’t so rude about it. This zips is expensive and there staff are rude

We went in to order food on January 1 2024. The inside drive in dining area was filthy . The table had sticky tops and it did not appear they had been cleaned. The condiment area was not very clean ketchup was dried on the counter. As we waited a long time to order. Was told the person that could operate the till was in the restroom and needed to wait. We waited about Ten minute. Once he came over he did a good job. As I waited for the food I notice the prep area was dirty and no one was wiping anything down. The cook was handling the food without any gloves and when he left the area he did not wash his hand. He took his finger and pick up fries and just started eating. The food was ok but not outstanding. I could not recommend this drive in because how employees did not seems to care about hygiene and how dirty the inside the prep and dining area.

They couldn't get our order right. They even forgot the tarter sauce.Droped my husband's credit card out the window, said sorry, shut the window and walked away. It breaks my heart, because I've always loved Zips. And when we're coming to visit on the eastside, I always make sure that we go to one. But I don't think we'll visit this one ever again.

We stopped here on Dec 26 on our way through town like we always do, but this time was terrible! This is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. All tables dirty, windows filthy and women's bathroom was out of toilet paper. Our order was completely messed up but they fixed it. We tried to eat here again on our way back home and omg it was worse! Restroom still out of toilet paper and filthy. I asked for a chicken sandwich with cheese and they forgot the cheese. No big deal but turns out the dude who took our order failed to put it on our receipt so we had to actually argue with the girl at the counter! She finally believed us and said they'd remake it at no charge and to keep the original. Went back to wait at our table, next thing we know, that same girl came out with a dish with a piece of cheese on it says here you go then left! No new sandwich at all! Extremely rude. We will NEVER eat here again which is sad since it's been kinda a tradition every time we pass through.

If I could leave a minus I would! Filthy dirty from the front door.... hallway to the bathroom.... bathrooms were disgusting! So dirty every place you looked. A remodel should have been done YEARS ago. Everything was built up grimy with old sticky grease. No amount of cleaning will improve this place. The girl who took the order was either super sick or hated being at work. Trust me I'm emailing WA state for an inspection. This place DEMANDS to be closed down. I wanted to leave hubby said no....ugh... food thankfully preparers had gloves on....

Waited forever. After waiting 45 minutes for our food (seriously, over 45 min) during a big rush, I finally walked up to the counter and asked if our order was up. Well when I asked about our order the cashier offered us free ice creams for the kids we gladly accepted because we were hungry. That and the fact that our order was right is the only reason they get 2 stars.Mind you, we are a family of 5 but we ordered 3 cheese burgers, 1 jalapeno burger, 1 buster, and a tub of fries. Not a huge elaborate order but they were taking forever with everyone and we were at the end of the rush and no sense of urgency to get it out.I recognize and accept that this is a popular local "dive" joint, but the whole restaurant was dirty and gross. The bathroom had literal cobwebs hanging off the toilet plumbing and dust all over the walls. The halls had old walpaper tearing and all the artwork removed. I'd underdstand outdated decor but this just looked run down. Carpet in the dining area is dirty, stained, and just gross. And after almost an hour we get our food and it was just okay. The fries were hot that is the best I can say.I feel really bad for the employees because I know they must have been shorthanded and working hard and tired but again saying something as you're calling out orders "I'm so sorry for your wait" or "hey we're shorthanded so its going to take longer to get your food" would help because once we paid we felt committed to stay.We are traveling with a travel trailer on a long journey and this delay was not only frustrating but we can't easily just leave and go to anywhere else with the trailer as well as we will be over an hour late to our destination.Not worth it.

Rustic with a classic charm but rundown exterior and interior. I haven't been here for a few years, and we don't believe we'll try again in the future. Over priced food for the quality you get. Employees were very nice. Large booths inside. Restrooms were clean. Easy parking. Easy to find from freeway. ATM inside.

I hate making this since it's the only zips in town but the service is absolutely terrible. I waited 30minutes at the second window from the time i paid, after 30 minutes he opened the window and said, what are you waiting for. And every time there after I am waiting at the second window and EVERY single time they open the window and ask what I'm waiting for. We only go there for late night milkshakes and it terrible.

They put a special on their board belly Buster special when you go into the restaurant I read the sign you have to ask for the special even though it's a daily special and it's 50 cents off but they don't give you the 50 cents off unless you ask for it specifically even though it's a daily special it's getting ridiculous they lost my business
