Good stop for bathroom and snacks. The Dog Park area leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of dog poop not picked up and a bit on the smaller side. Can't blame the location completely, but it is not well kept by pet owners or staff.

Rather come here for all my trucking needs, just wish Loves would start to get more trucker parking, a lot of their lots are to small. Quit updating the stores for awhile and update the truck parking first

Large parking area and easy access off the highway. Not much for over dimensional parking.Clean and friendly staff. Repair shop on site.Loved has really made the trucking industry an enjoyable place to rest.

The loves app say skip the line redeem drink refill and walk right on out. But the girl on the counter say I can’t walk right on out I have to be in line and scan my card every time. I have the diamond teir, When I try to open the app to show her what it says she disappears, it’s a good morning.

Shower 1 lock doesnt work. Cleaning staff barged in shower area without knocking. Security metal flap had been broken before, I noticed as it's hanging off the wall. They just push right through. Could have been on the toilet as other drivers walk by. No cure for stupidity seems like.

Stopped at Love’s because my radiator hose broke while passing through. Fortunately for me, Nathan who works at the truck shop, offered to help me find a hose and when they didn’t have the one I needed, he patched it up and made sure I was able to get my family home safely. Great experience with Nathan!!!

The man working the 4:00 a.m. shift on March 6th 2024 is fantastic. He is kind and personable and made such an impression that the Ritzville Loves will be on my preferred list of stops every time I come through the area

This has been a stop for us for several years when traveling thru the area. Today Loves gets 3 stars, for the wide range of services offered at location. However, if I was giving stars for cleanliness and friendly customer service, it would be 1star. The ladies bathroom reeked of piss and body odor. Hubs said the mens bathroom was the dirtiest he’s ever seen at this location. Customer service was short and curt for the start of the morning. Someone needed sleep and or an attitude adjustment. Diesel price was $6.00 plus. 60 cents cheaper at a nearby station.

The people who work here don't represent love. They deal with people rudely. I don't want to come here at all. Love management must teach the workers that respecting people is a duty and they work because we are the ones who make them work. Customers must be respected, not as a favor from them, but as a duty for them.

We always love the Love's and especially the Restaurant they have inside. This one has a Carl's Jr inside and they have really good breakfast specials, like the 2 Sausage Egg Biscuit for $2.50 and the Sausage Biscuit Gravy. 👍😉🤗👍👍👍 This was a Delicious combo for us and we enjoyed it. 🤗👍👍🤗

I used to always stop at Love's for their excellent coffee. I don't know if they changed brands or the coffee makers are dirty, but the coffee tastes like it has been sitting all day. The maker that fresh grinds the beans has been out of order most of the time.

A female named Katherine caused a lot of distress; we left our bank card at this location on our travels to Oregon; we left it on the roof while pumping gas and it blew off; we called to see if it had been turned in and for someone to check for it and this individual rudely dishonorably said in a tone that she wanted us to know she could care less and that we could not find the help we needed; there were not enough staff to look at the pump ; ? How do you respond to that? We are over 1500 miles from home and bank at a local institution that does not have branches in this part of the country; Awful! Never again 'loves', losing a bank card is a travelers feared ordeal, and your staff made it worse and are the opposite of your byline; this is the last time we patronize the chain the behavior is too offensive

We stopped to use the restroom. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, smiling clerk. I was very pleased with the condition of the restroom. It was clean, well stocked and had blow dry hand dryers that all worked. I will be stopping here again next time I go to Spokane.

Shout-out to the best Love’s shop!!! Chris and Hernan and the rest of the guys were super nice and help me out with an Annual DOT Inspection and they also changed an air bag, so I can pass the Inspection. Everybody at the shop was ready to help and very proactive. They got me back on the road and I wanna thank everyone at the shop. As truck drivers we depend on good service and good mechanics/technicians. Thank you for your help!!!

It is a very busy place but they have ample parking, popular for RVs and Trucks and is always packed. But their store is a delight and has snacks and trinkets galore, and Clean Restrooms! We stop frequently and every time I have seen someone maintaining the restrooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent spot to waste a few minutes.It is easily accessible from the highway and parking is not a problem.There is a fenced dog area, albeit a little small. But you can walk your dog around the outside of the lot.There are a TON of options for food, snacks and drinks.The bathrooms are amazing and they have showers available.

Cash only because their card machines are down. Also, if like me you need to use the ATM to get cash, it's a five dollar fee lol. It's always nice as a truck driver to be taken advantage of by businesses 😂 merica!
