Such an incredible experience. Don, the owner and hunter was so sweet and kind. He gave me a little private tour of the facility. There are hundreds of animals. I did a circle back so I could see all his photos on the walls. He's lived an incredibly big life and he was welcomed into the homes of many different cultures across the world. If you go, give yourself a couple hours because you will be enchanted! Is it worth a 2+hr drive? Absolutely! I hope Don writes the book on his life and legacy. He's a faciniating man who loves all animals, insects, bugs.

This is in the top three museums I've ever been to and I have been to a lot of museums because I am a nerd. Just absolutely amazing super affordable. Please take your children there it's important to get them away from screens and to actually experience life. The man that owns this and has put this all together with his wife has lived the most crazy beautiful life. I truly appreciate people like them. They did the world a favor by having this vision.

This place is AMAZING! Give yourself at least a couple hours to really get through it. The building is HUGE and you can really get lost with all the different corridors to go down. The owners are super nice and full of stories of all their adventures around the world hunting (for conservation puposes) amost 95% of the specimens in the building. You can see everthing from elephants to butterflies. Every display is beautifully done and really transports you to the natural environment for which it came. The walls are covered with pictures from the trip where many of the animals are from. As well as artifacts they've collected along the way. Even the gift shop is full of more interesting artifacts and VERY reasonably priced.

A fascinating and amazing place. Never seen anything like it. The owners are some of the most interesting people I’ve met. Such a passion for this unique hobby. She reiterated how she wanted kids to understand more about wildlife and see how big things really are. You’ll need to be semi-comfortable with hunting.

This is much more than a museum. The owners are so incredibly thoughtful. The guided tour is approximately 2 hours in duration. We arrived late for the last tour of the day and they still took us through. The exhibits are extensive. This is a great Way to spend a Saturday. The gift shop is fun and surprisingly more than just a few museum themed items!

Absolutely incredible. The couple who owns this place are so kind and full of information. My family learned a ton. We were blown away by just how vast and large that place was. From Africa to Russia and everywhere in between. They had animals from all over the world with pictures and a story to go along with them. A thousand percent worth traveling to. My photos are only of the entrance when you first walk through the doors. This is not even the actual museum.

Came 6/20/21. This place is AMAZING. What a collection. Owners Donald and Sandy have done an amazing job sharing their passion with the world. Cannot wait to come back, especially when they have a dino exhibit. Also, love the Star Trek exhibit in the back (yes!!!). I love Natural History museums and this one definitely rivals any big city museum.

A huge collection of stuffed animals from a dedicated hunter. The kids liked it. However, it is also very depressing if you think that many of these animals were killed precisely to be displayed here.

Super fun and educational! They have a Liger which is HUGE! The view of the African exhibit from the top floor is breathtaking and the prices in the gift store are really reasonable so I was able to buy both of my grandcubs a souvenir plus one for myself!

This museum is so much more than I expected. Not only in size and the amount and quality of the exhibits but the curators. The amazing couple that has put this together and are there to guide each and every guest. They made each exhibit come to life with the stories of how they came to be there. We will definitely be going back with more friends and family.

Sorry to give you guys one star. I was so sad to drive up here and find out that even after I waited 2 hours at the rest area down the road for you to open, only to get over here to find out that you're not open on Saturdays and Sundays anymore. So I called the number and it says you're only open on Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00 and by special appointment with a group of 15 or more. That's a shame because I would really Have liked to have stopped while I was in the area. I'm driving towards Michigan and pulled it up online last night and planned my overnight stay and everything around coming. Well if I ever get back in the area, I'll try and time it so I can come and I'll call ahead of time to double check the hours. This place looks like it would be phenomenal.💔

So incredible! I've been to dozens of museums in Washington state and this is by far the best! If you haven't taken the time to go here you are missing out. The collection of animals is truly extraordinary. The displays are so well put together and expertly crafted. You really are transported into the another world. If you want a truly amazing, once in a lifetime museum experience go here. Pictures can't even do justice to the incredible skill, care and expertise that was put into assembling these world class exhibits.

This place is awesome! Took my granddaughter, who is 3 years old and she was amazed! All the different animals just seemed to be brought to life. The owner had some great stories. Felt like talking to your grandpa about history. Definitely will go again. Kinda hidden off the highway and you could miss it if you aren't looking. Needs better advertising in my opinion.

My wife and I didnt get to enjoy this experience with my 9 and 4 yr old due to the gates being chained and padlocked due to being closed even when the HUGE sign says Saturday and SUNDAY!!! Very big let down when we had our hearts so set on the visit!!! I hope this issue is remedied to prevent this issue in the future for other excited families that try to enjoy the experience!!!!

Amazing place! Took our family there and had a tour by the husband that owned this treasure. This man was so knowledgeable and fascinating, he shared his incredible journey of his hunts and the years creating this amazing place. If you get a chance to come, ask for a tour from the owners. Wonderful people and such an interesting man who has explored the world.

We loved going to this place! The owner gave us a personal tour. He has such a vast collection. This is a beautiful place and his wife does all the backdrops. He has over 650 life-size wildlife mounts. This exhibit is very professionally done. They also have a gift shop. The wildlife exhibit is open only on weekends, and the admission price is reasonable. We definitely plan to go back sometime again.

Super cool museum. 100s of animals, some actually hunted by owners, some donated, some replicas. There's two floors of animals from all over the world. This is a cool opportunity to see animals you'd never otherwise encounter. Owners are there to answer any questions you may have about the entire process of traveling to various countries, taxidermy, to building the displays, etc. Super neat way to spend an afternoon. There's a neat little room for kids that let's you touch some hides and look at various bugs up close.

We were extremely pleased to find out they have two wheelchairs to offer patrons for use there. They even have an electronic lift for the stairs! The owners were very friendly and gave us a personal tour. This is not only a display of animals, but also a testament of the couple's journeys around the world. They have pictures, artifacts, and stories about all the places they've traveled to.They have more coming soon and plans for new displays so we will definately be going back again!

Update: a lot of people are saying all the animals were killed just to be displayed here and that’s not true. If you talk to the owners, they explain the whole process of what safari hunts actually do to benefit the reserves and the conservation of the local animal population. This place helped preserve the animals in their natural habitat and only took animals that were sick and dying anyway. A lot of pelts were donated, too. This is not just one man’s killing frenzy. This is a man trying to preserve nature by showing and teaching people about itReally neat to see nature up close! Wish they had more in their touch and feel room. It was fascinating to see how tall an elephant and a giraffe are! The owners are so friendly!! They should have put their museum in Spokane closer to more people that would appreciate the wildlife. I hope they get plenty of visitors where they are at because this place is worth a visit!

Very nice place. Very well done exhibits of animals from around the world and time periods. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Clean restrooms. Quaint gift shop with everything from coffee mugs and picture frames to toys. Price seems a bit spendy at $12/adult but they do have senior and child prices as well and it is a huge 2 story facility with lots of level parking. We had a nice visit.
