Stopped here on a trip. Not a normal stopping point but I was tired. Super friendly manager working the desk. Very clean updated rooms! Definitely recommend. Will make this my new stopover point.Noteworthy details: Great Mexican restaurant across the street. Also Zips burgers across the parking lot. Super convenient. Parking lot was great-I travel with a trailer. Having ample room to park is a plus!

This was by far the worst stay of our trip! The staff was rude. At check in, we requested a first floor room, due to my mom not able to do stairs (no elevator). The lady's response was...just take the stairs one at a time! Really! Same women coded our room key wrong, so I had to go back and ask again, she accused me of not knowing how to use the key!Breakfast was ok. They used real plates, flatware and cups. Sounds good, but it adds extra work for the staff and not sure how sanitary it is.

Excellent stay. We showed up about 2:30 AM and was still greeted with a very warm welcome. Even got two goodie bags just in case we didn’t make it to breakfast.Highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was amazing! It is definitely homemade and not just frozen stuff they warm up in the morning. The room my husband and I stayed in was one of the newly remodeled rooms so it was super clean. The bed, and pillows are comfy and the hotel is quiet and pleasant. The staff are soo friendly and kind!! Absolutely a hidden gem for the price!! It’s right off the I-90 so great for pulling over for a quick stay.

Night clerk discounted room price even though unable to prove match on travel/hotel type apps. Clerks in the am were very kind.It was a bummer when i tasted the milk served at continental breakfast. It had turned bad. I informed them of the spoiled milk and they pulled it right away. Otherwise no complaints

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is super sweet and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We arrived early (noon) and the rooms were not yet ready but the check in clerk told us he would expedite and call us. We went across the street and had a delicious meal at the Mexican restaurant while we waited. The check in clerk called within half hour to tell us our room was ready. The room was fresh and clean. The pool was clean, cool and refreshing. In the morning the breakfast was delicious and had a huge selection. There were biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hard boiled, pastries, waffles, hash browns, sausage, juices, fruits, cereal. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Super sweet, friendly and kind. They are the diamonds. They truly care about the customers and did everything they could to help each customer have the best experience. We would definitely stay here again.

A truly underrated hotel! Staff is so nice and friendly! Rooms were clean and breakfast was on point! The pool is well maintained, nice and deep in one end, maybe 10' deep, good enough for some extreme cannonballs! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a great place inside! There is an excellent Mexican restaurant 50' from the front door lunch and dinner.

The front desk service was good. The employees were friendly and nice. The pool was refreshing after a 102 degree day and has a grassy area for picnicking and grilling.Good location right off the interstate. Impressive breakfast with fresh cooked food. Very good

Charming hotel. Very nicely decorated for Halloween and fall. Little dated but in the process of updating. Best breakfast I've had on the road in years!! Restaurant 10 ft away. Plus a gas station with market. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!Walkability: Amenities are walking distance from hotel.Food & drinks: Great great great breakfast options!!!

We stopped here again on the way to Montana. This time the room was very cleanly, and fresh. The property is well kept and the price for our pets was $15 each.Our first stay was better. My son, my dog, and I stayed in the same room on our way to and from Montana this month. On the way there, the room was pretty clean when we came in and I left a little tip for the housekeeper.This hotel charged my $15.00 for my dog staying and on the way back they charged me $16.50 for the same tiny dog. The pool area was very nice and well appointed. The staff was kind and the hot breakfast was good.On our return trip the room was filthy. There were bits of trash and dirt all over the floor. There was also a used razor in the shower. I know things get missed and I let the checkout clerk know. I didn’t leave a tip that time.

9pm check-in - Young man was polite, cheerful and offered AAA or vet discount, apologized for pet deposits. Room was clean, nicely furnished. Good breakfast, well cooked, young lady very cheerful. Check-out - quick, efficient, and cheerful.Location - easy off and on to highway but it is basically in the middle of nowhere. Not close to much.

Stayed here a few weeks ago when we had a blowoutThe hotel manager, Toni, had a really comforting mama-bear energy about her, she made me feel lucky to have a blowout when/where I did.You can tell she looks out for her employees and guests just as she would for her familyI played her a song (Many Roads by Trevor Hall) we had a good cry together. From the outside, looking in, it doesn't seem like much but we will always remember our short time thereLove you, Toni, love you all! Keep talking to God as a friend 🙏

The front desk clerk David is only reason i gave any stars, he was great. However, the room wasn't clean, so bad that we asked for a broom to clean up ourselves. The beds are hard (guess that's not their fault? But there was people (not pet) hair everywhere! And crumbs around the bed! Room was very small. Breakfast was standard.

Had a very long day and needed a place to stay before heading home that could accommodate our special request. Called and spoke to the front desk, Sierra connected us with the general manager, Toni and she had 1 question for us, “is your bike going to get oil on my floor?” Needless to say we made the right call. Everyone at the hotel was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. The breakfast is home cooked and delicious (better than any place we’ve stayed at in over a year)! Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back. Other hotels could take lessons from this place. One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The staff are wonderful, the room was clean and the free breakfast was beyond our expectation. We had a great sleep on a very comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for anything more. We'll be back.Safety: Ritzville is a small, friendly town and provides one with a sense of safety and comfort.

Conveniently located along I-90. Very clean and the rooms are nice and the AC is cold!!! The front desk lady is very nice and friendly. There is an outside pool, its small but very clean. Will stay here again when we get a chance.Rooms: Rooms are clean and updated.

This facility renews my hope in the Days Inn brand. What a nice facility! The staff is friendly, the entire place is spotless and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. They have lots of food options available for purchase for dinner if you don’t want to leave in search of food! Breakfast was nice with many options! They even have real plates, silverware and cups to use vs just styrofoam!! Parking lot is large and able to accommodate a truck with a trailer. Only word of advice, there is not an elevator so make sure you request a ground floor room if you are unable to use stairs. This location is for sure added to our “will stay here again” list!
