I stopped for gas at the station at around 3:30 PM on March 27th, 2024. There was a problem with the one gas pump not taking credit cards. I was trying to understand what to do as far as how much money I should probably put in, etc. The male cashier was VERY RUDE to me. When I asked him his name, he turned and would not answer me and walked away so I couldn’t see his name tag …that man has no business working with the Public. I’ve never done a review of this sort, because I give the benefit of the doubt to people but he was off the charts rude. I left and went across the street to buy gas.

Store is spotless, safe, and friendly. I got off a late flight from Spokane and stopped in for road trip snacks to Walla Walla. It was also nice to see an officer having a coffee break inside there, talking friendly with a customer. I love small towns. People are so darn nice.

Heading to silverdale to see my mom cause she had a heart attack and all the cappuccino mixes were out, so we decided on brewed coffee which still didn't mix right and then I went to the bathroom before getting back on the road and they were out of tp. Only good thing about this place was the gentleman working the front counter.

Worst bathrooms I have seen at a gas station in awhile! The whole store looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Wanted to try something other than the loves across the hwy but never again.

There's no paper towels to check my oil at the pump there's no water or cleaning solution in the windshield cleaning bucket very disappointed

It’s usually always an out of order sign when I go there to grab a pop on the machine. I don’t get why but on certain days it works perfectly fine and other days it doesn’t. One worker here was scanning my things at the counter and kept giving me a stink face and was yelling at me while roughly putting my things on the counter. I suggest for the high rank management team to deal with this worker or fire him. I’m positive his name was Randy but all the details I remember is that he is a big white man and I am positively he's bald. I would maybe come here again but better service is needed.

Randy is absolutely horrible! This guy rolls his eyes, and huffs and puffs if a customer comes in for a soda after 6 pm. Like the $0.79cents ain’t worth him having to get up! He sits down 90% of His shifts, in fact I’ve never seen him not sitting. Treats every single customer like trash. So glad I moved away from that town! Circle k needs to do better! Ritzville deserves better! His actions are inexcusable! Avoid this place at all cost!

Ladies room destroyed-seat covers all taken out of the holders and sitting on the back of the toilets and on the floor; toilet paper strewn all over the floor. Gas pump receipt says clerk has but that machine doesn't work either. Hot food was less than appealing. Seems like only one clerk for such a busy location is not enough considering what needs to be addressed.

This was such a bad experience! Me and my mom came down there in the morning to grab some stuff and when I went to grab a soda the machine was perfectly fine, So then we come back at least 2 hours later there’s a “ out of order” sign and I check the machine and it works fine and then an employee saw me and threatened to call police when u didn’t even take a soda. ( horrible place never coming here again)

0 out 5. The automosphere was horrible from the moment we walked in. We first stopped into the subway that's inside were we recieved poor service by being ignored after they asked what we wanted. Than went to purchase chips and drinks for the gas station/market side where the worker rolled his eyes and scoffed after we tried to switch flavors of chips that we previously couldn't find-with no help from them. So we bought both just to make it easy. We told him were supposed to get good service not bad a bad attitude. More like Circus K not circle K. Rather run out of gas than stop here.

Just recently got soda fountain fixed after being out of order for months. Still no sweet tea, though. Always seems to be something broken down at this location. Staff is friendly but some of them make up excuses when asked about issues like if one of the current promos doesn't ring up correctly, or out of stock on something, etc.

Randy is a disgrace! He should be fired IMMEDIATELY for putting an “out of order” sign on a still-working pop machine. His actions are unacceptable and he’s extremely rude. He’s LAZY! And I hope you guys understand thatNot to mention the bathrooms are totally putrid.

0 our of 5. The cashier clerk rolled his eyes and scoffed at me after I bought chips, but then found a different flavor and asked if I could exchange/return the chips I had just bought. After seeing him roll his eyes and make a face and just said “don’t worry about it, I’ll buy both, sorry you’re having a bad day” to which he told me to stop, as if trying to shut me up really quick. Subway employees are a different circus too. Big Yikes. Got lots of napkins, so that’s a positive, other than that, avoid, Avoid, AVOID this place and it’s terrible energy/atmosphere. Most immature old man I’ve ever seen in Customer-service. Sorry about your day or life but we did nothing to you

0/5 Randy is a HORRIBLE worker, he is to lazy to ring people up and he sits the whole shift. he could care less abt your experience, he only wants the pay. i would avoid this place at all costs. it’s not worth the bad experience. wish i could take my time and money back

I'm just in awe at this store it is always clean always a friendly hello how is your day and very eager to help ☺️.Subway is AMAZING there so polite and so giving always making me laugh one of thee best sandwiches I've ever eaten I will definitely be coming back every chance I get

New worker there lance doesnt have enough training decided to deny my valid id without even scanning it to see if it was valid only by glancing at it seeing its "vertical" and making up some fake law thats its somehow not vailid didnt check actual dates didnt scan nothing have been going here for over a year no problem was there litterally last week and used the same id for every perchase needed no problems apperently he needs to get proper training or find a new job and was very rude and instantly hostile when i tried to explain its valid and no such law exists then proceeded to interupt and talk over us and refused service because he didnt want to bother doing his job

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom. Parked and used the restroom first then asked the clerk if they were just pre-pay. He stated they were and asked which pump I was parked at. I told him I hadn't pulled up to a pump yet so it wouldn't tie it up while I used the restroom. I asked if he needed me to move my car to a pump first and he said no that he would put it on pump 5 and if someone came before I got there he would just move it. Before I even got out the door someone pulled up to 5 so I went to 7 instead. Waited for him to move the pre-pay to the other pump but he never did. I could see he was talking to a co-worker facing away from the front windows. Finally went in and asked if he was going to move it and he stated that since the person at the other pump had used the money that I would have to settle up with them. When I asked him why he didn't move it he stated that he was "distracted". I let him know that the fact that he was distracted was not my problem and that I wanted my money back. He vehemently argued with me until finally agreeing to give it back "as a one time courtesy". (Got news for you buddy, there won't be a second time. You can count on that!) If you are not planning on paying attention then simply tell the customer "I need you to park at a pump first because I have to ring up the sale first". Simple as that. EVERYONE knows you don't blame the customer for your screw up. That's how you end up with one star Google reviews!

Extremely poor customer service here we stopped here on our way home from Silverwood. The attendant was very rude that's putting it mildy fr. I asked if they had hot water he answered pfffft I'll be there in a min can you just give me a min. Wth he only had to say yes or no. He then came over and pointed to the spout and told me you put your cup right under this right here and then you push the button and hold it like I was not capable of understanding anything. Wow I didn't even want to ask where the spoons were but they were not beside the coffee station so I asked he said idk if we have any they would be over that way and pointed to the right in general lol find a different job that doesn't require dealing with ppl good grief12:45 a.m. 8-9-21

Absolutely horrible service. Last time I was there there was a bald man he would roll his eyes or overall be visible disterbed when he had to do anything, and now I can see many people are complaining about him to. Do better Circle K and fire him. He doesn't want to do his job or any work at all im surprised he even comes to do his job!

Very nice people on subway and circle k side. Store very nice and clean!!!Sorry about randy everyone!!! But he shows up for work! At least he shows up where everyone else is sitting at home!!!

Randy is just so rude and lazy and at this point he doesn't even deserve to have a job he told me to stop coming in the store because he's sick of me I've only been there 3 TIMES this is ridiculous.
