The whole crew here is nothing but fantastic. The continuing remodel has made this amazing store Great to go to. Every time they do an update in the store it makes a vast improvement in the prices came down a large amount when they took over. It went from an absolute ghost town before to a happy modern supermarket.

Just bought a discounted pork chop, labeled sell by July 1 (today). Brought it home, on the grill in 2 hours. Inedible!! Tasted spoiled, we both tried 1 bite and threw it away. Have been overcharged twice recently for items on sale. They did correct it when I pointed it out. Produce is super expensive unless on sale. Chicken prices are insane!! Inflation there is more like 20%!

The store is very clean and nothing is ever our of stock. I do wish that the prices weren't as high, but I do understand it because ritzville is such a small town. I also wish that they had jarritos. Other than that the store is very nice.

Tonight the cashier asked me if I had been pissing in my house again while he was ringing me up. Because I was buying cat litter? Amazing customer service and enjoyably high prices. Almost $10 for a gallon of orange juice.

Love, love, love our little hometown grocery. I walked out this morning with 4 large bags of fresh meat, produce, and groceries for less than forty bucks! Fast, friendly service from folks who know your name. Highly recommend!

The prices are high located less then three miles off I 90 and hwy 395 how can freight be that high to drop off I was told the freight jumped the prices

Prices are absolutely astronomical!!!!!!! Figures when the owner enjoys living and loving his lake side home in Coeurdalene Idaho. The staff are absolutely amazing and such beautiful and friendly people, I couldn't say enough of their hard work and dedication for an absolute Evil owner. The owners and family damn well knows their taking advantage of all the residents of RITZVILLE Washington. Go to hell Owners. You know you will. God sees everything!!!!

My wife was wearing a face covering that the power trip warden didn't approve of. Was very disrespectful and abrasive about it. Try nice out for a change Kim. Might make a friend. At current pace, you'll lose them all.Needless to say, no more funds from our income will support the store.Be considerate of people's health concerns. Do research and you'll find that there are people that have very harsh health effects to being forced to wear a mask.Going under?

This place is expensive! It's not real big but the biggest grocery in town. High turn over rate with employees and very picky about who they hire. You can be very qualified but if you don't fit into their social clique your screwed. $10 for a 24pk of pop

I have done the majority of my grocery shopping here for 2+ years. I have never been treated with anything but respect. I have never had an issue finding help for anything I needed or any question I have had.I have no idea where all of these complaints originate but I have not seen any of the issues being mentioned and I am in there 8 days a month minimum. My guess is most of you are unhappy wherever you go.

Good clean store. Just not as well supplied as the other large stores in neighboring communities. And their prices are higher than most. Their deli is good. Great service.

Nice grocery store for a small town. Slightly pricey but has a fairly complete selection. Does not cash checks. Lots of wines and spirits. Good amount of fresh produce.
