They provide 10% discount on Veterans Day and 4th July and they will also price match items from other stores. They have handicap and Veterans Parking, Pet Wash Station, Propane Tank Refill Station, different size trailer rentals, BBQ's, Smoker's, chicken coops, and more!

We had tractor supply order us teeth for an auger and when the order came in they called and told us it was ready. I came to pick it up and they had ordered the wrong part. 1 week later they called and said OK the correct parts came in come pick it up. I arrive and they then said, it's been delayed. Twice now I've had an employee tell me that the inventory I ordered his in and yet when I arrived nobody can find it. It is really frustrating that instead of someone double-checking their work... my time is wasted..

Customer service and knowledge of inventory poor. Spoke to a manager asked for specific product, she said they didn’t carry it but I went into the store and found it on the end shelf near the dog food. When I let her know, her response was simply ‘oh’, did not care at all!. I will go back to shopping at Wilco.

I keep trying to buy Diamond Crystals Solar Naturals salt for my well water filter system. Their website keeps saying that my two local stores have it. But when I go to the stores, they don't have it. They stopped having it in stock a couple of months ago. They try to substitute non-solar salt, but my well filters must use only solar salt. The headquarters customer service department doesn't help.

Just recently opened and still getting items in stock. I'm happy that I don't need to go to Woodland for a hardware store. I'll update the rating come spring time when they get their yard and garden area full.

Staff are friendly and helpful every time I've been in. For the Ridgefield area, they have a decent selection of items that may save you a trip to Vancouver.They may be working on getting fully stocked, some isle have sections with little or no inventory.

Nice people, but in Ridgefield, they leave the pine shavings outside in the rain, and their straw is usually moldy.

Well, I went in, had not been in there yet, and I will say I will not go back. I stood in line there was three people at the cash register. One told me I could go to self check out, but I needed to place a large Feed order, so I did not want to go to self check out. The one knew I was in line finished helping a customer and immediately walked out the front door to collect a cart leaving me in line and so I put down what I was standing in line to Buy and left as many employees as were in that store there should’ve been people at the cash register to help customers.

Came in for one item. The person up front told us where they would be but couldn’t find it and no one was available to help us. Gave up and went to buy a clearance plant that didn’t come up the correct price that the sign had it at. Asked if they do senior discount and was told they’ve never heard of that. If you need help with anything this is not the place to go.
