Went in on Saturday 2/11/23 to switch from USCell and Isaac was amazing! He was working by himself and he was professional, very friendly, acknowledged everyone that walked through the door and was transparent about waiting times. He helped everyone, answered phones and never stopped working. He is knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He is great to work with. I highly recommend going through and be patient if there’s only one associate working. Thank you again Issac!!

The gentleman who was there today (5/1/23) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He set everything and make it all as painless as possible. They even let my grumpy little dog hang out when she had finished her grooming and couldn’t stay at the groomer any longer

Mackenzie is so amazing and took the time to help me set up my new phone and cancel an order from another version store because they were not helping me at all (the store on Keene). She really knows what she is doing and is so personable to talk too. She made the time fly by while we set up my new phone. 10/10 definitely go to the store in queens gate!!

Sandee was very helpful setting up the best new option for our new 3 line plan. We had been customers of T-Mobile for 25 years, they offered no solution to keep us there but Sandee made us very welcome at Verizon.

As mentioned by others, Kenzie really is top notch and provided me very excellent service and even helped me make custom adjustments, twice, which I really do appreciate. There was no hand sanitizer I could find and some nice guy had to wait with a service need while Kenzie was helping me and maybe the store could have one more technical representative. Just fyi, it's a an overall A from me.

The people in this store are always enthusiastic when helping customers. I’ve been in this store several times for different reasons. Today Alex took the time to put my screen protector on. He was friendly, amazing, and you could tell he enjoyed making his customers happy. He made my day, and I will definitely be back. This is the BEST Verizon store in Tri-Cities!

We had a great visit on Saturday to get my father-in-law a new phone. Our salesman was extremely helpful and he treated my Spanish speaking family members with a great deal of respect and kindness. We hope to get our business phone plan set up with them soon.

I went intoVerizon looking for a better phone service. Everyone there was very friendly. If an associate didn't know the answer to my question she asked the manager and she was more than willing to help. They seemed to work really well together. If I remember their names correctly it was Brandon, Ashley, and Jasmine who were working. I felt very comfortable giving my personal information, given I just moved here from AZ. Thank you for your help and look forward to changing services.

We were offered $200 gift cards each to switch from AT&T to Verizon. The store implied it would be automatic. After no gift cards arrived in the mail we went back in to find the offer had expired and they could no longer help us. They said we should have recieved an email. After calling Verizon customer service, they think the store forgot to start the rebate or forgot to give us a code to intiate it and that is why we didn't receive the email. The store accepts no fault and because they're a 3rd party retailer and the Verizon customer service can't find any record of their work with us. We would have stayed with our old provider had we known.

We had such a great experience at the store we went to, 2661 Queensgate Dr., Richland, Washington 99352 (W297801). My husband and I got the S21 Ultra and the S21) We went to the Verizon store off Keene Rd in Kennewick, WA, before going to the store on Queensgate, and that place was horrible! The salesman treated me like I was stupid when I had questions) They didn't even have the New S21 there. He wouldn't even look to see if they had an open one in the back. We told him we'd have to actually see them before purchase them. He wanted us to order them right then. We left. We went to the one on Queensgate the next day. They had displays of them. The Sales person, AUSTIN, was fantastic! Answered all our questions. He even stayed late to get us already to start. He told us about all the specials we could get (like accessories and a new plan that was better for us). They were out of the colors we wanted. We didn't mind the wait. My husband works till about 4:30. And AUSTIN even stated till after closing (about 1 1/2 hours after he was to get off) it took a little bit longer to set up both our new phones set up. We felt sorry he was staying so late for us, but he said it was no big deal for him. If it bothered him he never let on. He even set up our warranties for our glass covers. We will definitely go to this store for all of our future business!

The staff is very friendly, considerate, and helpful. Ashley made the setup of new phones and transfer of data from our old phones painless even though we had purchased the phones from Costco. She even gave us great tips on the phones - way more helpful than Costco's kiosk employees were.

We went in on a Sunday morning. Michael F. was attentive, efficient, and helpful. He quickly identified best deals for us and talked in a language (not techie) I understood. Would highly recommend. Too bad he’s a Cowboys fan. 😉
