Good location I can find most of what I need for home improvements and projects in store. The garden section is nice! Lots of plants that usually look pretty healthy. As well as a good variety of planters and seed starts

If you’re thinking of having Home Depot Richland WA handle your install.. DON’T.FIND A PROFESSIONAL of your own!From issues with waiting to get the measure to the actual install can take months!I ordered doors. Waited one week to get in the measurement schedule. 8am the day of the schedule the guy calls and says “I can’t come. The Home Depot system is down! I will come this afternoon if it comes back up”.One day later after he never showed up and no follow up phone call, I called him back. He says “oh yeah, sorry about that. I can get to you next Tuesday. The system canceled you and I just keep going with whomever was next”. Followed by an UNAPOLOGETIC “Sorry”.Done with Home Depot.Do you have that kind of special patience? Then go ahead and use them.

Well well what do you say. I went and got some Thompson water seal and wanted clear. I asked a associate of home depot and was told "Transparent is a fancy work for clear" Guess what? It was red. I paid 9000.00 for my fence and now it's red. See pictures below...

Maybe it’s just me but this store is weird. In Kennewick they have carts for you inside. People walking around willing to help. Nicer staff. This Home Depot is disappointing. And take forever to fill an order….. I definitely miss Kennewick and hate living in Richland. Businesses in Richland aren’t the same as those in kennewick.

Rented a carpet cleaner from here. I sprayed the whole unit off top to bottom. I runned my fingers across the bristles on the bottom as i do everytime i use my cleaners . Im a clean freak on how i store my cleaners away. My spouse went in to drop off my unit and they told him it was filthy.JAY the associate thought it was a joke and was laughing at me when i came back in to ask about the unit.I said i would like to now how its dirty i spray the unit off and cleaned it as it was my own. He said we didnt charge you. I said i now but I won't be accused returning a dirty machine. I said what was on there he said clumps of dirt hair and carpet. I said oh really what color was the carpet he said brown. I said well my carpets are blue...He continues to laugh at me walk away and think im a joke.I waited for the other gentleman randy that was working the rental department and said i dont appreciated being disrespected. You got to give respect to get respect. I said i wont be renting here again to be accused a dirty machine. Jay said we didnt take a picture we just cleaned it i said well i geuss you should have took a photo so you could prove to me it was dirty.I would be careful renting from here as they want to state i brought back a filthy cleaner when i clearly know it was clean. They want me to thank them for not changing me. Its probably hard to charge someone for a unit that wasnt dirty. .What a joke.This is my 2nd time renting from them. There wont be a 3rd.

Seems like they’re out of what we need all the time. We look and see if it’s in stock online and when we get there it’s actually not in stock. We had to take back the back of an insert shower twice because they sold us busted up ones both times. The shower we bought here cost us 3 trips into Home Depot. Other than all the above, the employees are always helpful and nice and should all get raises!!

We ordered a door in September and paid for installation. The door arrived December 20th. We were told the installer would schedule an install date and deliver to us. Never happened. We had to go pick the door up. It’s now January 28th and we haven’t heard a peep from anyone. Whenever we call Home Depot, we are told to call back later.Sad!

I called ahead of going to this store to see if they had the product that I wanted they said that they had 77 bottles. Cool so I went there and could not find the product, I found th spot that it to be In it was empty, I asked the service counter and he acted like he was doing me a favor then sent me to the wrong spot. Ok I get that he might not know where every thing is but he never even tried to find out about it I then went back to the location it was to be tried to get help fron 5!! People and no one would help .e. Then Sam S helped me she said that there was a whole pallet there somewhere she sherched for it and could not find it she got h help from others and they could not find d it she told me that she when it got found she would set some out for me I tha ked her for trying so then I was heading out and found it close to the door going out. I found Sam and let her know where it was just incase someone else was looking for it

The lady with the bandana at customer service needs a better attitude, one of the most rude interactions if had dealing with retail employees.Alot of things are out of stock, not worth the trip. Don’t recommend, go to Kennewick instead.

Went into garden to get some stuff for basic yard maintenance this afternoon, and spent about half an hour looking for weed eater wires. This store looks like a tornado hit it. Could barely walk through the aisles, there was dirt and garbage EVERYWHERE, couldn't find a single garden associate to help me find what I was looking for. I used the home depot app but the majority of what they have is still wrapped up on boxes, nothing is where the app says it is. This store needs serious help! Stay clear of this Home Depot. Go to Lowes!

I came here to look for gutters. The gutters were blocked by a few boxes. I asked for help and was told rudely that I needed to wait until the person was done on the forklift. I waited 20 minutes watching the lady who definitely didn’t know how to work a forklift then was told I was in her way ( I most definitely was not in her way) and she wasn’t going to help me. There was another employee there and I asked for his help. He knew nothing about gutters but was told this was his department. After 1/2 hr of this nonsense I lost my patients. I went to customer service and asked to talk to a manager. I was then told all managers were busy. I will never step foot in this place again! Such poor customer service.

About half the employees are good. The other half are........difficult to deal with. I asked for chain by the foot girl took her phone out to look it up for me (I had already done that) when I said none of the options on the app are what in looking for she ignored me and kept looking on the app. Finally another employee walked by and I asked him he pointed at exactly what I was looking for.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was in need of some help. After looking in the area I need some assistance in and not finding an employee I walk down to find someone to help me. Walked up to three employees as they look to be having a great time giving each other hi fives and caring on a conversation. I wait for a minute and the Politely asked for some help. I told them what I was was looking for and one of the three employees told me where I could look. I explained I had looked and was not able to find it. He told me well we must not have it, must be online ordering only. I said can you come show me or help me? He said I wouldn't know that's not my department. I was shocked never had someone in customer service be so rude. One of the other employees looked it up on his phone and explained to me where it was. It was in a totally different area of the store then I would have expected. The one employee just could care less, was not helpful at all and would have just let me leave with out what I came for or a sale for the store. He should be fired as I am sure his job title has the word customer service in the title. I hope a caring manager or supervisor reads this. This was on July 24th at 6 pm by the hanging doors. You will see on your cameras the three employees that I am talking about. Don't forget it started with the high five to the other employee as I walk up looking for some assistance. Should have gotten the ones employees name. He couldn't even be bother to find someone to help me , someone in that area. I don't expect him to know it all but to be helpful in any way he could would have been appreciated and the right thing to do.

Won’t be shopping here much any more. Can’t get customer service, even after going to a register and requesting a call for someone to help me after I searched and couldn’t find help in the outdoor section. Needed help with a large order of concrete edging. No one came to help, even after the call for help. Taking my business elsewhere, as this isn’t my first experience like this here.

Every time I have to go to this Home Depot I’m reminded how much I hate it. Well it just got worse with the aisle crowding. The front aisle is full of double displays and if you have a cart you can’t get through as long as someone is looking at something. Also there’s only enough room for one way traffic. Now there are appliances lining the second row which are crowding that aisle and also easily damaged by passing carts. If I didn’t have to I would never set foot in this store again with it like this.

The Home Depot store in Richland, WA has the best employees! They are always very helpful and accommodating. I had absolutely no problems associated with the few times that I needed to return an item. I want to congratulate the management at this store location for hiring such helpful an courteous employees!

Waited over 1/2 an hour for an in-store pickup that was placed and ready by 9/30 and claimed to be held till 10/7. Today (10/4) I waited about 45mins till I was fed up with no assistance. After giving them a phone call, I was told to go into the loading zone. Still nothing. It then took about 10mins after for someone to approach saying it would take a couple minutes more to get my order for what I needed. Don’t place an order here unless you want to wait hours for something that was supposed to be ready. If I wanted to be there that long, I would’ve just went in and got it myself.

Great service! Bought a storm door online, but found out it accidentally was the wrong one when we went to the store to pick it up. CS took care of us quickly and was able to process the exchange in just a minute or two. Also, one of the other employees helped steer us properly towards the aisle with the replacement item as well. Thank you!

Google was more helpful in possibly finding the product I needed in the store. I was redirected to multiple departments without the option of going with me to look for said item. Finally I googled the solution only to find out it was offered online but not in store.

Our fridge broke so we went to Home depot to get a fridge, the appliance manager and associate refussed to sell us a scratch and dent wouldn't let a dented floor model leave the store . So we went to lowes ! Best choice and best experience . Fridge was priced the same without damage and lowes has a warehouse on sight with next day delivery for free . They also offer a veterans discount where home depot does not . I won't be wasting my time with home depot anymore They let two sales go a fridge and a chest freezer. Service is better at lowes .

You may have heard the expression, "If you've seen one Home Depot, you've seen one Home Depot." No two HDs on the planet are laid out the same. Even with decades of experience, the Richland store often throws me for a loop, and I have to ask for help. I was in the propane/knee pad/hammer drill section the other day when I had to ask where something was (as it turned out, in the blowtorch/work glove/drill bit section at the opposite corner). The associate commented, “Yes, all Home Depots are different, but this one is actually a designated experimental layout that the corporate office is testing: NOTHING is where you expect it.” I was laughing all the way to the doorknob/toggle bolt/Lysol section.

Need reflective material for large RV window and they had several options in weight and roll size. Saved a ton of money compared to buying custom prefab covers. And, my dog did not have to sit out in the car. Win-win.
