This was my first experience with dog grooming and our dog's third. I was greeted by Shannon who listened carefully to my concerns and preferences. Two hours later upon picking up the dog they had done exactly what I anticipated. Seems a little pricey, but I suspect you get what you pay for. Overall I was very pleased!

On November 25th I had taken the two dogs in to get groomed at Shannon’s. When I arrived to pick up the dogs the front desk girl looked very annoyed. I apologized for being late as traffic around the mall was terrible. She informed me that Ranger had some sore spots behind his ears and it was likely “dry skin or excessive scratching”. Later I found that it appeared Kinley wasn’t even bathed and her nails barely trimmed or filed. It was 280.00 for both dogs!! After switching groomers the new groomer stated “since they haven’t been groomed in Months” which isn’t true but maybe my suspicions were correct? I have gone to Shannon’s for years, and even after she moved. I think the problem they are facing right now is the staff doesn’t have the same goals as Shannon does for running her business. I never leave reviews like this but after confirming the dogs were not properly taken care of and we were over charged it’s a little upsetting. Needless to say, I won’t be a returning customer to Shannon’s.

I’ve been bringing my goldendoodle to Shannon’s every 6 weeks for the last year and they are by far the best groomers in Tri-Cities! Ruby has seen multiple groomers and they are all fantastic and friendly! She leaves clean, well trimmed, soft and smelling good. The haircuts also always grow out looking very nice as well!

I do not know how they are able to make our Kiko, who is a very nervous long haired chihuahua look so good. He won't let us trim his nails or even brush him! If your dog has a lot of anxiety or signs of past trauma that makes them not trust others, these are the miracle dog groomers! So thankful for them!

We’ve been taking our horde of dogs to Shannon’s grooming for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. My Cooper is a Great Pyrenees Border Collie mix, so he’s a big guy, and he is a SUPER anxious bather for me. For Sarah and the awesome crew at Shannon’s though he apparently is a total gem! I was able to talk to them about his anxiety he displayed when I would try to wash him, and they took extra care and time his first visit - and I was so relieved to hear when I picked him up that he was excellent for them! Our other three small breed pups get haircuts and baths every time and always come home looking and smelling fabulous. The staff here is so courteous, attentive, and always excited to see our babies, I’m so glad my vet was Nextdoor and I found out about Shannon’s Grooming. Highly recommend!!

My girlfriend brought our mini schnauzer in the other day. I don't understand how nobody can manage a proper schnauzer cut. Her beard was cut too short and tapered backwards. Now her face looks like some sort of weird string ray. One side of her skirt is lopsided, the other side wasn't cut at all. Her eye brows are lopsided. The lines from chest to legs, weren't cut near low enough, which makes her look like she's pregnant. Her legs are completely butchered. I get that it may be a bit odd because she never had her puppy hair stripped, but I managed to do it properly myself for years, with cheap clippers and a pair of scissors, and I'm crippled! At least the last place managed to evenly chop everything off when they screwed it up.

We actually were clients when this salon first opened. Shannon personally groomed our little guy and she did a good job. It was our second visit, that didn't go well. He was shaved down to his skin, even his ears were naked. He definitely did not have any matting prior or other issues that would warrant such an extreme cut. He had been groomed regularly for 7 years by a local groomer that had to retire suddenly. We really wanted to give this new groomer the benefit of the doubt and support this local business. However, when I mentioned that we were unhappy with his expensive ($70) cut and that the skin on his ear had been nicked, the owner responded defensively and actually tried to blame his shocking new look on me. I would have never asked for that and what happened to the customer is always right? We hold no ill will towards this business, unfortunately we had a bad experience and Google asked for a review.

Was quoted $125 for my poodle to get groomed, once they were done the bill came to $175. This was to include his ears being cleaned out and nails trimmed. His nails were obviously not trimmed and they did a shotty job on cleaning his ears. Would not recommend going here.

We had both Shannon and Arica as groomers today. They are worth every penny I spent! Usually at the groomers you can see fine lines from the clippers. No lines on these puppies! They smell great and were well taken care of. Thank you ladies for loving on my babies! ❤️

I love bringing my dog here it's the only place he has been. I'm not surebif there is a new employee or they were really busy, but my last experience wasn't what it usually is? When I picked up my dog he didn't look like anything was done? He wasn't soft and fluffy like a cotton ball like he normally is? He wasn't trimmed and he didn't even smell cleaned? I always just have them do what they previously have? He didn't even look brushed?

We recently moved to the area and got a flyer from Shannon’s. We called to get our dog groomed and she got us in right away on a Saturday!! Bonus for us is that she stocks our dog food. “Pure Vita”. She did a fantastic job grooming our Golden and her pricing is a good value. Highly recommend trying her out.

I have been taking Angus to Shannon's for 2 years. The results ha ve always been so so but I kept thinking it would get better as Angus matured. Today I learned that they have been lying to me. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in anyone as I was today. Do be very careful of these people, they will not treat you or your puppy well.

Some rude woman named Sarah answered the phone to a simple inquiry and told me that "it's not very smart" to call more than once a day to figure out how to continue Forward with a job application that did not work online.Maybe it's just me but it's not up to an EMPLOYEE about how smart it is to try and receive employment, it's up to the owner and hiring manager.Drives away potential employees and I can't imagine she's better with customers.
